The Role

We’re hiring a talented, hands-on 3D Motion Graphics Designer to create high-quality motion content that brings AllCare’s brand, products, and technology to life.

This is a highly creative, execution-focused role. You’ll take ideas, scripts, storyboards, and static brand assets and turn them into polished 3D animations, product visualizations, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and product storytelling.

We’re looking for someone with a strong visual eye who can take a concept and own the creative process through final delivery — from modeling and animation to lighting, rendering, compositing, and editing.

What You’ll Own

• 3D Design & Animation: Create high-quality 3D models, environments, animations, and visual effects for marketing, brand, and product content.
• Motion Graphics: Design and animate engaging motion graphics that translate complex ideas, products, and services into clear and compelling visual stories.
• Product Visualization: Build polished product and technology visualizations that showcase AllCare’s platform, capabilities, and services in a modern, premium way.
• Brand Storytelling: Transform static brand assets, concepts, scripts, and storyboards into dynamic video and motion content while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
• Video Editing & Compositing: Own post-production including compositing, transitions, typography, sound integration, and final video editing.
• Lighting & Rendering: Create professional-quality lighting, materials, textures, and renders optimized for both quality and production speed.
• Multi-Channel Creative: Produce assets for paid and organic social media, websites, digital campaigns, presentations, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
• Creative Iteration: Work quickly through concepts and feedback, producing multiple creative directions and refining work through final delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, product, design, and leadership to understand objectives and translate them into strong visual concepts.

What We’re Looking For

Above all: someone with an exceptional portfolio who can demonstrate both strong creative instincts and the technical ability to execute at a high level. We’re looking for a designer who can take ownership of projects rather than simply execute individual pieces of a larger production.

• Proven Experience: 3–5+ years of professional experience in 3D design, motion graphics, animation, or a closely related creative role.
• Strong Portfolio: A portfolio or reel demonstrating polished commercial, technology, product, or brand-focused 3D and motion work.
• 3D Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D, including modeling, animation, lighting, materials, texturing, and rendering.
• Motion & Post-Production: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with strong compositing, motion graphics, and video editing skills.
• Visual Fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, lighting, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Commercial Quality: Experience creating professional content for brands, technology companies, products, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Concept-to-Execution: Ability to take a creative brief, script, storyboard, or rough concept and independently develop it into a polished final asset.
• Speed & Ownership: Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple projects, incorporating feedback quickly, and taking ownership from concept through delivery.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for technology, healthcare, SaaS, or AI companies.
• Experience with product UI animations and integrating interface designs into 3D or motion content.
• Experience with additional tools such as Unreal Engine, Redshift, Octane, Houdini, or similar rendering and animation software.
• Experience creating short-form social content, paid advertising creative, and digital campaign assets.
• Experience working with US-based brands or marketing teams.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where designers are expected to move quickly and work independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive package of USD $1,200–$1,400 per month (including performance bonus), commensurate with experience, portfolio, and technical skill.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• Location: Remote (Egypt-based candidates only)
• US holiday calendar — you’re off when your US-based team is off (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and more).
