  • Strong understanding of ML experimentation and evaluation, including defining metrics and using empirical results to guide technical decisions
  • Experience building synthetic data, data augmentation, or model-generated training and evaluation datasets
  • Experience with LLM evaluation techniques, including LLM-as-a-judge, model-based evaluation, rubric-based evaluation, or custom evaluators
  • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous technical problems from problem definition through delivery, with strong technical communication and experience working directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience serving as a technical lead—setting technical direction, driving architecture and key decisions, mentoring engineers, and creating reusable approaches that influence broader engineering or product outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing datasets for fine-tuning, preference optimization, or benchmarking, including human-in-the-loop generation and review workflows
  • Experience building agentic environments and tasks—repo-scale coding tasks, tool-agent-user interaction design, and agent tool protocols and interoperability
  • Experience with reinforcement learning for LLMs, including reward and verifier design and RL with verifiable rewards (RLVR)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments where requirements and technical approaches evolve quickly

Operator Senior IT Systems Engineer, IT Innovation at Spring Health

Designs and builds complex business-critical automations and integrations across systems, including AI-powered workflows, to eliminate manual processes company-wide.

Senior Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Our mission: e liminating every barrier to mental health.

Spring Health is a global mental health company on a mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health. We’re building a world where getting support is simple, personal, and built around the person, so care can continue through every job, move, health plan, and life stage.

Our AI-native platform helps us deliver personalized support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care. With outcomes independently validated by JAMA Network Open and the Validation Institute, Spring Health reaches more than 170 million people worldwide through leading employers, health plans, and partners.

As an AI-native company, we believe technology should expand the reach, quality, and humanity of care. Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission.

Spring Health’s IT Innovations team builds the automations and integrations that let every team here move faster and stay focused on removing barriers to mental healthcare. We connect our business systems and look for the manual, repetitive work across the company so we can engineer it away. As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you will take on the most complex of that work — where requirements are ambiguous, systems are interdependent, and the right approach is not yet obvious — turning manual processes into reliable automations, and turning what you learn into the patterns the rest of the team builds from.

The toolkit keeps evolving, and AI and agent-based approaches are an increasing part of it. What stays constant is the judgment to choose an approach when there is no precedent, the care to build automations others can rely on and troubleshoot without you, and the ability to move partners toward a sound technical decision. You will work as a technical peer with teams across the company, cultivate the vendor relationships that give us leverage, and help the engineers around you grow.

This is a full-time individual contributor role reporting to the Director, IT System Engineering, and it is fully remote within the United States.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver the complex, business-critical automations and integrations that connect Spring Health’s core systems, including AI-powered and agentic workflows that call our automations as tools and run inside our governance guardrails.
  • Choose the technical approach where no established pattern exists, document it so the team can repeat it, and bring recommendations that carry options, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Look past the request to the structural cause — a brittle integration, a workflow gap, an unclear data contract — and fix the cause, not the instance.
  • Develop the reusable patterns, shared components, and agent building blocks — tool definitions, permission scopes, fallback paths — that other engineers build from, and drive adoption across IT.
  • Guide how technical principles are applied — how integrations authenticate, how errors are handled, what an agent may act on without human approval, how work is tested — and help shape new standards with Security and Compliance.
  • Own monitoring, alerting, and incident response for production automations and agents, and lead the investigation when something breaks.
  • Serve as the escalation point for IT Systems Engineers and the last escalation inside IT Innovations, reducing that volume over time through root-cause fixes, added automation, and better tooling.
  • Work as a technical peer on integration design across the company and build durable relationships with partners outside your own area of expertise, shaping approaches together rather than handing requirements over.
  • Cultivate relationships with the vendors and platform partners whose roadmaps affect our work, and bring what you learn back to the team.
  • Support the growth of IT Systems Engineers through design review and pairing, and help colleagues across the organization build orchestration and AI agent building fluency through training and shared documentation.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • You deliver the team’s highest-complexity automation and integration projects each quarter, against committed scope and date.
  • Production automations you own sustain a defined successful run rate (for example, 99% or better), with mean time to resolution trending down.
  • The patterns and components you author are adopted, and a rising share of new team automations build on them.
  • Escalation volume reaching you and recurring incident categories decline over time.
  • Hours of repetitive operational work reclaimed each quarter through the automations you deliver.
  • Partners outside IT Innovations bring you in early, and the shared processes you design hold up without rework.
  • IT Systems Engineers grow in capability and confidence through your support, with less design rework needed over time.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years in automation, integration, or IT systems engineering, with hands-on delivery of business-critical automations.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Workato preferred — recipe design, API integrations, error handling — or another integration platform as a service (iPaaS) such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Tray, or n8n.
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems — identity and access management, human resources, ticketing, finance — using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
  • A track record of designing reusable patterns other engineers adopt, not just individual solutions.

Operator Staff Simulation Data Modeler at Onebrief

Directs AI agents to research and build military simulation entities, manages data catalog accuracy, and establishes standards for a proprietary game engine.

Senior Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Consequential Work. Dedicated People.

About Onebrief

Onebrief builds collaboration and AI-powered workflow software for military planning and operational coordination.

Military planning is complex by nature, requiring teams to coordinate information, people, and decisions across systems and locations. Onebrief brings planning, collaboration, simulation, and AI into one connected environment, helping teams test strategies, adapt to changing conditions, and make decisions with greater clarity when the stakes are real.

We are a distributed team of builders from military, operational, and technology backgrounds who care deeply about improving how important work gets done. Some team members work remotely, while others work directly alongside customers in operational environments around the world.

Founded in 2019, Onebrief is backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Battery Ventures, Insight Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Human Capital. Valued at more than $2 billion, we continue to invest in product innovation, AI capabilities, and team growth.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

As a Staff Simulation Data Modeler at Onebrief, you own the ground truth that AtomEngine’s entire simulation stands on.

AtomEngine is our proprietary, cloud-based game engine that makes the world playable to solve real-world military problems — and every scenario it runs is only as credible as the entities inside it. You’ll build and defend that credibility: directing AI agents to research and construct entities at scale, codifying the standards and formulas that make and keep the catalog accurate, and stress-testing your own assumptions in competitive wargames before a customer ever finds the gap.

As a Simulation Data Modeler you own the AtomEngine entity catalog end to end — not just the entities themselves, but the sources, the standards, parametric formulas, tooling, and test coverage that make them credible. You’ll direct AI agents to do the bulk of first-pass research, data entry, and testing at scale, while you focus on the judgment calls: what “right” looks like, where the catalog is weakest, and how to prove it’s correct. You’ll partner closely with Customer Relations to prioritize what gets built next, with Engineering to automate testing, and with other Content Creators in competitive wargames designed to break your own assumptions before a customer does.

Key Responsibilities

Catalog strategy & prioritization

  • Lead catalog strategy across multiple catalog segments. Build and maintain a structured catalog of all entities to be created across all service branches, nations, and eras — tracking completion, freshness, and data confidence for each segment.

  • Partner with Customer Relations to translate customer and field feedback into a prioritized roadmap for which catalog segments matter most right now.

Standards & tradecraft

  • Research the sources and codify the governing principles that any agent (human or AI) must follow when building entities.

  • Research and adopt or develop defensible formulas for weapon effects, sensor effects, fuel burn, survivability, and other performance models; make calls on when to adapt existing precedent versus build an original model from scratch; defend those models directly to customers and SMEs. Partner with Engineering on implementation.

  • Create & maintain a trusted network of subject matter experts you can pull in to ground the toughest modeling calls in real-world judgment.

Agent-directed production

  • Use modern agentic AI workflows as your primary force multiplier: design prompts, review loops, and guardrails that other analysts and their agents adopt to handle first-draft research, data entry, and documentation at scale, while you supervise for accuracy and catch what they miss.

  • Envision and define requirements for tools that accelerate the team’s workflow further, and partner with Engineering to help build them.

Verification, validation & accreditation (VV&A)

  • Lead the ongoing VV&A across multiple catalog segments: is it accurate, is it tested, and can you prove it.

  • Direct which automated test batteries get built and why, partnering with Engineering to design and implement automated tests that run continuously against the content catalog, catching regressions and inconsistencies before they reach customers.

  • Organize and run competitive wargames against other Simulation Content Creators and Customer Relations to stress-test your own entities and assumptions, using the results to validate or correct parametric data.

  • Continually interrogate the catalog and drive its ongoing improvement.

Knowledge & documentation

  • Lead documentation standards across the team, and author internal and external-facing knowledge articles that defensibly explain the model’s logic and sourcing to “show your work” so customers and internal teams trust the numbers.

  • Train and mentor other analysts on the tradecraft, rubrics, and VV&A methods you’ve established.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the judgment to make sound assumptions when source data is incomplete or conflicted.

  • Demonstrated ability to direct AI agents productively, writing clear instructions, structuring review checkpoints, and catching agent errors, rather than doing all research and data entry by hand.

  • Comfort with quantitative modeling: you can reason about and sanity-check formulas for things like weapon effects, fuel consumption, or survivability, even if you’re not writing production code yourself.

  • Strong organizational skills: you can build and maintain a catalog/tracking system spanning hundreds of items without losing the thread on what’s fresh, what’s stale, and what’s next.

  • Concise, effective written and verbal communication — you’ll be authoring standards documents and knowledge articles that other people and agents must be able to follow exactly.

  • A wargamer’s mindset: you care whether the simulation is right, not just whether it runs.

  • Comfortable serving as the escalation point for contested technical calls, and defending those calls directly to customers or subject matter experts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with game modding tools, editors, or simulation authoring environments (hobbyist or professional).

  • Experience partnering with engineering on test automation or QA tooling.

  • Familiarity with military doctrine, force structure, or platform performance data.

  • Experience with version control and bug-tracking systems.

  • Experience mentoring, training, or setting technical standards adopted by other analysts or contributors.

Note that this role will evolve as modern workflows continue to.

Notice to Third Party Recruitment Agencies

Please note that Onebrief does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies. In the absence of an executed Recruitment Services Agreement, there will be no obligation to any referral compensation or recruiter fee. In the event a recruiter or agency submits a resume or candidate without an agreement Onebrief explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency. Any unsolicited resumes, including those submitted to hiring managers, shall be deemed the property of Onebrief.

Operator Senior IT Systems Engineer, IT Innovation at Spring Health

Design and deliver complex business automations and integrations across company systems, increasingly using AI and agent-based approaches to replace manual processes.

  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered and agentic workflows in a governed environment.
  • Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python.
  • Comfort choosing an approach on unfamiliar problems and defending it with evidence.
  • Experience partnering with engineering and security colleagues on technical design, and cultivating vendor relationships.
  • Ability to influence without authority by adapting your message to the audience, and to grow less experienced engineers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Workato or an equivalent iPaaS certification is a plus.

Operator Mission Engineer - Port St. Lucie, Florida at Axon Spain

Embedded engineer who builds and deploys AI agents, workflows, and automations on Axon's platform to solve customer operational challenges and drive mission outcomes.

Senior Onsite Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Join Axon and be a Force for Good.

At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.

Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.

Your Impact

This isn’t a relationship management role. It’s an ownership role. Sharp. Adaptable. Unstoppable.

You won’t wait to be asked. You’ll identify what’s broken before it becomes a problem, build solutions that didn’t exist yesterday, and earn the kind of trust that makes you indispensable to the agency — and to Axon.

In this embedded role, you are the primary owner of customer outcomes within a strategic account — accountable for the full lifecycle of Axon’s ecosystem. You combine deep technical expertise, builder instinct, operational leadership, and executive presence to help agencies transform how they operate, not just adopt software. You embed for the long haul: opening the laptop onsite, shipping on Axon’s stack, holding the room when it matters, and iterating on what you build until it sticks in production.

Success is measured by the agency’s operational outcomes and working solutions in production — not product health, not activity, not slideware.

What You’ll Do

This role is intentionally undefined in the day-to-day. Priorities shift with agency mission tempo, operational crises, and emerging opportunities. If you need a fixed playbook to succeed, this isn’t the role for you.

Building is the job. You will use Axon’s platform — AI Era, agents, workflows, integrations, and data tools — to design, build, and ship new capabilities on site. You own outcomes end to end across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success — as the accountable owner, not a coordinator of other teams’ work.

Onsite Building & Platform Delivery

  • Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes
  • Design and ship working tools on Axon’s platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines — built and tested with real users and real data
  • Build with Axon products, not around them — configure, integrate, and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records, and related systems in the agency environment
  • Iterate in the field until adoption sticks, then document patterns for reuse across accounts
  • Apply responsible innovation guardrails — CJIS, evidence integrity, privacy — in every build. Ship working software, not slideware
  • Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services when builds or integrations break

AI Build & Adoption

  • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows (agents, prompts, RAG, evaluations) that solve defined agency problems — not generic experimentation
  • Drive hands-on adoption with the people who use what you build daily
  • Measure whether changes stick — usage, workflow impact, mission outcomes — and iterate when they don’t

Operational Transformation & Leadership

  • Assess workflows onsite, identify friction and mission impact, and define what to build before you build it
  • Move from reactive support to proactive outcome design — arrive with hypotheses, validate with command staff and operators, then build to match
  • Build trusted relationships with agency leadership and operational stakeholders; lead QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning
  • Define success metrics and capture baselines before major deployments so impact is proven, not assumed

Field Intelligence & Growth

  • Capture customer insights, workflow patterns, and adoption barriers; share field intelligence with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions
  • Turn one-off builds into reusable playbooks and operational frameworks
  • Identify expansion opportunities based on demonstrated impact; partner with Sales on long-term account strategy

Onsite Engagement & Outcomes

  • Maintain consistent onsite presence (approximately 3-4 days/week), closely connected to agency operations and evolving needs
  • Track customer success metrics: time-to-first-production-use, adoption depth by role and site, workflow improvements, and mission outcomes
  • Support Sales → Post-Sales onboarding and handoff, establishing goals and accountability from day one

What You Bring

Required

  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments (typically 8+ years; varied experience welcome)
  • Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required
  • Proven builder: you have shipped working automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments — configuring products, writing integration logic, and delivering production-ready solutions. Using AI to assist is expected; owning the build is required
  • Comfort working across technical and operational domains: hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled technologies, and integrated systems
  • Strong communication with both technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff in mission-critical environments
  • Full ownership mentality in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; ability to navigate competing priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards

Preferred

  • Experience in public safety, law enforcement, corrections, or other mission-critical operational environments
  • Familiarity with Records, Evidence, digital workflows, AI-enabled platforms, or integrated public safety ecosystems
  • Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or operational transformation at scale

Additional Information

We recognize that candidates may bring strengths from different backgrounds and experiences. If your experience aligns closely with this role, we encourage you to apply.

This role is for builders who earn trust in the room — not for those looking for a predictable schedule or narrowly defined responsibilities. Every week looks different. That’s the job.

Benefits that Benefit You

  • Competitive salary and 401(k) with employer match
  • Discretionary paid time off
  • Paid parental leave for all
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Fitness programs
  • Emotional and mental wellness support
  • Learning and development programs
  • And yes, we have snacks in our offices

Don’t meet every single requirement? That’s ok. At Axon, we Aim Far. We think big with a long-term view because we want to reinvent the world to be a safer, better place. We are also committed to building diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve.

Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they check every box in the job description. If you’re excited about this role and our mission to Protect Life but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification listed here, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Operator Senior Customer Architect at Netomi

Designs and manages end-to-end AI agent architectures for enterprise customers, overseeing deployment quality, integration strategy, and scaling from pilot to production across multiple use cases.

Senior Posted 10 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Company:

Netomi is the leading agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience. We work with the largest global brands like Delta Airlines, MetLife, MGM, United, and others to enable agentic automation at scale across the entire customer journey. Our no-code platform delivers the fastest time to market, lowest total cost of ownership, and simple, scalable management of AI agents for any CX use case. Backed by WndrCo, Y Combinator, and Index Ventures, we help enterprises drive efficiency, lower costs, and deliver higher quality customer experiences.

Want to be part of the AI revolution and transform how the world’s largest global brands do business? Join us!

About the Role:

Netomi is seeking a Senior Customer Architect to own the technical arc of our most complex strategic enterprise accounts — multi-brand, multi-region programs with demanding security, compliance, and scale requirements. Reporting into our Customer Engineering organization, you will own the relationship from signed deal to expanded, in-production, governed value: the agent architecture, the integration blueprint, the adoption roadmap, and the evidence that it’s working.

Getting an AI agent live is no longer the hard part. The hard part is what comes after the pilot: expanding from one use case to twenty, holding quality as policies and systems change underneath you, proving containment and CSAT to a CIO, and earning the right to the next set of journeys. On our largest accounts, that work needs a senior named technical owner. That owner is the Senior Customer Architect.

You are deeply credible in a design review — able to read an execution trace, reason about why an agent chose the wrong tool, and design guardrails and evaluation strategy. You set the architecture and own quality sign-off; our Agentic Deployment team executes. Beyond your own portfolio, you raise the bar for the whole function: you mentor Customer Architects, lead playbook development for a vertical, and represent the function in the accounts where the stakes are highest. The operating principle: make deployments prescriptive and repeatable, not bespoke.

Responsibilities:

Account Architecture:

  • Design the end-to-end agent architecture across the customer’s journeys and channels — chat, email, voice, SMS, in-app — including agent decomposition, escalation and handoff design, and how autonomous and human-in-the-loop modes divide the work.
  • Design the integration blueprint against the customer’s real stack: CRM and ticketing (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow), telephony and contact center, identity, loyalty and reservations systems, order and payments, and data platform.
  • Set the guardrail, governance, and observability architecture: define what the agent must never do, how that is enforced, how it is audited, and what the customer’s compliance and risk teams see.
  • Set the architecture and governance standard the Agentic Deployment team executes against, and own quality sign-off before anything reaches production.

Technical Success Planning:

  • Author and maintain a Technical Success Plan per account: current-state architecture, target-state architecture, the sequenced roadmap between them, and the metrics defining success at each stage.
  • Define the measurement model with the customer up front — containment, resolution rate, CSAT/DSAT, deflection economics, handle time, escalation quality, cost per resolution — and hold both sides to it.
  • Run a recurring technical business review with customer leadership: what shipped, what it moved, what’s next, and what’s at risk.

Adoption & Technical Expansion:

  • Own the technical expansion path for land-and-expand: chat to email to voice to employee-facing, plus new intents, lines of business, regions, and languages.
  • Identify expansion opportunities from technical reality rather than wishful mapping, size the work honestly, and hand qualified opportunity to the account team.
  • Anticipate what breaks at the next order of magnitude — peak-event volume, new policy regimes, upstream system migrations — and get ahead of it in the roadmap.

Trusted Technical Advisor:

  • Hold the primary technical relationship with senior stakeholders: VP/Head of Customer Experience, Director of Contact Center Technology, enterprise architects, security and compliance leadership, and often the CIO.
  • Advise on the parts of the program Netomi doesn’t own — knowledge base quality, policy clarity, agent operating model, org readiness — because agent performance depends on all of it.
  • Deliver hard technical news early and clearly. Credibility is built on accurate expectation-setting, not optimism.

Partner Co-Delivery:

  • Set the architecture and quality standard that SI delivery partners build against.
  • Certify and enable partner delivery teams; scale through them rather than absorbing all delivery work.
  • Maintain quality sign-off regardless of who executes.

Prescriptive Playbooks:

  • Contribute to vertical deployment blueprints — airline, insurance, gaming, media — covering reference architecture, guardrail configuration, evaluation packs, and expansion paths.
  • Turn what works in one account into prescriptive onboarding and day-2 playbooks the whole organization deploys from.

Product Collaboration:

  • Translate field observation into specific, evidenced, pattern-based product input — quantified, not anecdotal.
  • Be a named internal voice on enterprise requirements: security posture, deployment topology, model flexibility, and auditability.

Escalation & Incident Response:

  • Lead the technical side of escalations: quality regressions, integration failures, and incidents during peak events.
  • Drive root-cause analysis with Engineering and communicate it to the customer with precision and appropriate accountability.

Practice Leadership:

  • Mentor Customer Architects on architecture decisions, account strategy, and stakeholder management; review their Technical Success Plans and quality sign-offs.
  • Lead playbook and reference architecture development for a core vertical, and drive its adoption across the account portfolio.
  • Take the first-of-kind deployments — new channels, new verticals, new deployment topologies — and turn what you learn into standards others execute against.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles — solutions architecture, technical account management, forward-deployed engineering, implementation architecture, or technical consulting — including sustained ownership of post-sales technical outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ownership of multiple concurrent enterprise accounts at Fortune 500 scale, including programs spanning brands, regions, or lines of business, with senior technical stakeholders and real consequences to failure.
  • Genuine technical depth: reads code and API documentation, reasons about distributed systems and integration architecture, debugs a failing data flow, and holds their own with a customer’s principal engineer.
  • Working understanding of LLM-based systems — prompting, tool use, retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, failure modes — and judgment about where they are and aren’t the right answer.
  • Consultative and prescriptive: builds playbooks, not one-offs.
  • Moves between a CIO conversation about business outcomes and an engineering conversation about trace-level agent behavior without losing either audience.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward writing things down.
  • Track record mentoring or leading other architects or senior technical ICs, formally or informally, and raising the standard of the work around them.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience co-delivering through SI partners — enabling delivery teams rather than doing all the work directly.
  • CX, contact center, or conversational AI background — CCaaS, CRM/ticketing ecosystems, IVR and voice, workforce management.
  • Depth in a core vertical: airlines and travel, media and streaming, gaming and sports betting, financial services and insurance, or retail.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance — SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, ISO 27001 — without escalating to Legal for every question.
  • Experience designing evaluation frameworks or quality programs for non-deterministic systems.

Disclaimer: For all United States-based applicants, please note that Netomi participates in E-Verify for the purpose of work authorization. More information on E-verify can be found here and here.

Operator Airtable: Senior Solutions Architect- West Coast

Senior architect designs enterprise no-code solutions and agentic workflows, translating business processes into architectures where humans and AI agents operate together.

Senior Remote Posted 17 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote-US

Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done.

Work is being redesigned, and Airtable is built for that moment: the same platform humans run their most critical workflows on is where agents now operate alongside them. Professional Services is where that redesign happens.   The Senior Solutions Architect leads it. You hear a customer describe their problem and see the organizational design question underneath it. You bring a point of view early, design solutions that hold through delivery, and stay accountable for outcomes, not just recommendations. Depending on the engagement, you may own solution design, contribute to the build, lead delivery coordination, or all three.

What you'll do

  • Push to recommendations faster. Within the first engagements you are shaping direction and identifying where business processes need to change, not just mapping requirements. Enhanced handoffs and early POVs are how we create value at enterprise scale.
  • Recommend changes beyond the platform when the engagement calls for it: process redesign, workflow ownership, how work moves between teams and between humans and agents.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that translate existing enterprise workflows into architectures where humans and agents operate together.
  • Identify where agentic workflows create real leverage and design the handoffs that make them reliable in production.
  • Navigate organizational complexity: build coalitions, manage stakeholders with competing priorities, and find the internal champions who sustain momentum.
  • Create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures that extend impact beyond individual engagements.
  • Stay involved through delivery. Adapt the design as customer reality evolves. Hold accountability for what gets built.

Who you are

  • AI is embedded in how you work, not something you reach for on select tasks. You use AI tools to compress your own output: generating solution blueprints, structuring discovery, drafting documentation, prototyping automation logic. You have designed agentic workflows in practice, making decisions about model selection, prompt architecture, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and where AI should not be trusted without oversight. You walk into a customer engagement and immediately identify where agentic systems create leverage versus where they introduce risk the customer isn't ready to manage.
  • You have a business process transformation background. You have led engagements where the deliverable was a change in how an organization operates, not just a software deployment.
  • 7+ years in client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation, with a track record of leading complex engagements at VP and C-suite level.
  • Professional services or management consulting background. You know what it means to deliver to a statement of work and be accountable for outcomes.
  • You communicate across the full room: C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and the business SMEs whose daily work is changing. You know what each audience needs to hear and how to earn their trust.
  • You hear what a customer is not saying as clearly as what they are, and you bring a point of view on what they should do, not just what the options are.
  • Enterprise scale: thousands of users, multi-business unit complexity, compliance and security requirements that shape what can be built and when.

Airtable is an equal opportunity employer. We embrace diversity and strive to create a workplace where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or any characteristic protected by applicable federal and state laws, regulations and ordinances. What this role involves

About Vercel:

Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company. We free people and agents to ship what’s next.

For more than a decade, Vercel has shaped how the web is built. As the team behind Next.js, v0, and AI SDK, we create products that help builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.

Now, software is entering a new era, and the next generation of products will not just be used by people. They will be built, extended, and operated by agents.

We are building the platform for that future, trusted by companies like OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. Whether you’re building our products, supporting our customers, growing our community, or shaping our story, you’ll help define what comes next.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and build V as the primary agentic interface for getting work done across Vercel, from answering questions and analyzing data to executing complex, multi-system workflows.
  • Build the agent architecture that allows V to understand intent, plan work, select the right skills and tools, recover from failures, and complete long-running tasks reliably.
  • Ship polished experiences across Slack, web, and other surfaces, combining natural-language interaction with rich, interactive interfaces when chat alone is not enough.
  • Develop evaluation, observability, and feedback systems that measure whether V’s answers and actions are accurate, useful, efficient, and trustworthy.
  • Establish primitives that make it easy for teams across Vercel to contribute new capabilities without creating fragmented agents or inconsistent user experiences.
  • Help define what it means for a company to be operated through an agent and turn what we learn building V into ideas and infrastructure that can eventually benefit Vercel’s customers.

About the Role:

  • You have 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience and strong TypeScript proficiency.
  • You are comfortable working across product surfaces and system boundaries, from conversational UI and interactive data experiences to APIs, queues, databases, permissions, and production infrastructure.
  • You care about the quality of AI interactions: context selection, tool use, memory, latency, generated interfaces, uncertainty, and how the system communicates progress and asks for help.
  • You have a track record of openness and adaptability. You have moved into unfamiliar technologies, domains, or responsibilities and learned quickly. This space is changing too quickly for fixed expertise to matter more than curiosity and judgment.
  • Experience with using and building agent harnesses (OpenClaw, Hermes, Pi, etc) is a plus but not required

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package, including equity.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
  • Flexible Time Off.
  • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000 - $312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

Operator Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer at Denmark in USA

Senior engineer who builds AI-powered agents and automated workflows for customer HR challenges, managing the full engagement cycle from discovery to deployment.

Senior Hybrid Posted 22 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

This role requires travel to local customer sites. Our engineers work daily with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. The specific tools evolve over time.

AI at BambooHR

At BambooHR, we’re all about setting people free to do great work, and we believe AI is a powerful partner in that mission. We’re leaning into intelligent tools to streamline our workflows, giving us more time for high-impact innovation. We look for curious, forward-thinking people who are ready to explore how AI can elevate their work and help us reimagine the future of HR.

Essential Job Duties

BambooHR builds HR software that small and mid-sized businesses run on every day. We are looking for software engineers who use AI to build production-quality software. As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you own the complete customer engagement cycle, from first discovery session to deployed solution. Engagements are focused, time-boxed, and built for SMB customers.

You are driven to solve real customer problems, and you scope, build, and ship with full autonomy. The AI tools and capabilities are changing rapidly. To stay resilient through change, you prioritize curiosity and continual learning, and you actively apply new best practices. You are accountable for what ships: its correctness, its reliability, and its fit to the problem it was built to solve.

You will:

  • Lead on-site and video-based discovery sessions with customers to understand workflow challenges and produce a clear definition of what to build.
  • Define project scope and deliverables with customers, setting realistic timelines and managing expectations through delivery.
  • Build AI-powered agents, custom tools, and automated workflows for each customer’s HR needs, deployed within the BambooHR platform.
  • Learn each customer’s internal systems and data sources to design integrations that fit their environment.
  • Construct each solution so it can be adapted for customers with similar needs.
  • Validate every solution for correctness, reliability, and fit before it reaches the customer.
  • Transition completed engagements to the tools team with thorough documentation for clean handoffs and maintainability.
  • Surface field learnings as product insights, sharing patterns and opportunities that belong in the BambooHR core product.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience on roadmap opportunities identified through field work.
  • Contribute to the Forward Deployed Engineering practice by applying its engagement playbooks, scoping frameworks, and handoff standards, and improving them from what each engagement teaches.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a record of shipping production software.
  • Sound judgment for when to build custom solutions and when to extend existing patterns for reuse.
  • Full-stack development experience, building and shipping independently.
  • Proficiency in designing systems, data models, and architecture, including performance and data-flow tradeoffs.
  • Track record of building and deploying AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
  • Fluency in context engineering: structuring repo and task context so agents execute reliably.
  • Confidence reading unfamiliar code and running root-cause analysis to debug it.
  • Demonstrated ability to review code for security and privacy risks: injection, data-handling, and unsafe generated output.
  • Experience with test design and test evaluation harnesses.
  • Proven ability to follow safe release practices: CI/CD, feature flags, staged rollout, and rollback.
  • Depth in writing clear technical documentation for both people and agents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including conveying customer needs, proposed solutions, and technical decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience is a plus.

What You’ll Love About Us

  • A Great Company Culture that has been recognized by multiple organizations like Inc, and Salt Lake Tribune
  • Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance
  • Generous leave policies that include 4 weeks of vacation, 12 company holidays, parental leave, and volunteer time off so you can enjoy quality of life
  • 401k plans with up to 6% company match
  • $2000 Paid-Paid Vacation bonus
  • EAP through Headspace
  • Check out all our benefits that benefit you

Operator Mission Engineer - Sarasota at Axon Spain

Embedded engineer who builds and deploys AI agents, workflows, and automations on Axon's platform to solve customer operational problems end-to-end.

Senior Onsite Posted 23 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

Important Notes

The above job description is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all duties, responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job. The job description may change or be supplemented at any time in accordance with business needs and conditions.

Some roles may also require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment.
