AI is rapidly transforming the world. Whether itâs developing the next generation of human-level intelligence, enhancing voice assistants, or enabling researchers to analyze genetic markers at scale, AI is increasingly integrated into various aspects of our daily lives.
Arize AI is the leading AI observability and evaluation platform, empowering AI engineers to build and deploy high-performing, reliable models. As the AI landscape shifts from traditional ML to generative AI and agentic systems, Arize ensures teams have the tools to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI in production.
Our developer relations teamâs mission is to provide the best possible developer experience for our flagship products, Arize AX and Arize Phoenix. This role owns the teaching half of that mission. Evaluating and observing AI applications is a genuinely hard skill that most engineers are learning on the job, and our job is to teach it: on our blog and other peopleâs blogs, on our YouTube channel, in webinars, in courses, and in person at conferences as talks and hands-on workshops. The same material then gets adapted for our social channels where it makes sense.
The field of AI moves so quickly that a tutorial written six months ago is often wrong, so the content has to be built to be updated rather than shipped and forgotten. Also, a lot of your students now arrive with a coding agent already open, which changes what a good explanation looks like, what needs to be taught and what can be handled by agents. Those two challenges are exciting and central to this role.
We are heavy users of AI-driven automation and expect you to build pipelines that get you from one piece of source material to a blog post, a video, a webinar and a week of social content. Strong writing, speaking and teaching skills are of course required, but we expect you to use AI to greatly accelerate and amplify your reach.

This role owns the documentation half of that mission: keeping our own docs accurate as the products change, expanding our guides and cookbooks so a developer can get from first read to working code without asking anyone for help, and making sure Arize is documented correctly in other peopleâs material too, from integration partners to online courses.
Documentation now has two audiences reading it simultaneously: developers, and the coding agents working on their behalf. The same page has to be skimmable by a human and unambiguous to an agent that will act on it, and nobody in the industry has settled on how to do both well. Thatâs an exciting problem and it will be central to this role.
We are not looking for someone to hand-edit pages forever. We are heavy users of AI-driven automation and expect you to build systems that spot stale content, catch drift between the code and the docs, draft updates for review, and check that our examples still run. Good writing and editing skills are of course required for this role, but we expect you to use AI to greatly accelerate and amplify your skill.

Writes short-form B2B content including blog posts, emails, landing pages, and case studies based on product marketing briefs and SEO strategy.
Managed cloud infrastructure solutions
Role: Copywriter with strong B2B background
About the Company
Our client is a B2B managed hosting and ecommerce infrastructure company serving customers across three distinct businesses: a self-serve web builder business for small-to-medium businesses growing their online presence, a managed business unit supporting enterprises running cloud solutions, and a performance business unit serving buyers who know exactly what they need and manage the engagement themselves.
About the Role
There is a significant, immediate volume of short-form content to produce across three business units. This includes hundreds of pieces of content needed to be created before quarter-end, driven by multiple product launches per business unit and ongoing website expansion.
Product marketing and SEO teams have defined strategy, positioning, and the content pipeline; whatâs missing is writers who can take that input and turn it into clear, well-organized, audience-appropriate copy without heavy oversight. The in-house Creative Copy Director is currently managing this volume, and this hire is meant to give this role room to focus on oversight and quality.
This is embedded, full-time work (40 hours/week) through the end of the quarter, with possible extension depending on ongoing content needs.
Prioritized Responsibilities
Key Characteristics
Portfolio or relevant writing samples are required to be recommended to the client.

Leads content operations and strategy for an agency, overseeing editorial direction and copywriting to serve high-profile clients.
Creates and produces video content for multiple platforms while managing channel growth and optimizing for AI answer engines.
Clearlink is a remote-friendly company, prioritizing virtual and in-person collaboration. This is a remote-first role for candidates who are located outside of Utah and outside of commuting distance. For candidates residing within 50 miles of our Salt Lake City, Utah office, a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in-office is required.
Reviews.org has built a loyal audience by helping people cut through the noise on internet, TV, mobile, and home services. Weâre looking for a Video Content Producer to turn video into a growth engine for the brand, scaling our existing YouTube channel, expanding into new topics and verticals as the brand grows, and making sure our video content shows up in a world where people increasingly ask AI, not just search engines, for answers. This role supports the larger editorial strategy for Reviews.org, bringing video into how the brand tells its stories and reaches its audience.
This role is unique in that it isnât just about producing videos; itâs about owning and growing channels. Youâll be judged on your ability to ideate, create, and publish high-quality video content, grow YouTube and our other video-first channels into meaningful audience and traffic sources (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and figure out how video content gets surfaced and cited by AI answer engines (AEO) before that playbook is fully written. Youâll partner closely with the Marketing Manager and Business Development team to make sure video content serves the brandâs broader growth and revenue goals.
Weâre looking for someone who can move fluidly between ideation and execution, who treats reporting and iteration as part of the craft, and who wants to help define what video growth looks like for this brand rather than just follow an existing playbook.

Why is this role important to Field Nation? The Senior Content Specialist is a skilled B2B content producer who executes against a defined content strategy to drive awareness, credibility, and demand for Field Nation. Reporting into the Marketing Services function in Bangladesh and working closely with the Product Marketing & Content team, this role produces high-quality Tier 2 content â customer case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, ebooks, landing pages, and demand assets â that brings Field Nationâs brand narrative to life and supports revenue marketing goals.
Field Nationâs Content & Editorial Manager owns brand voice, editorial standards, Tier 1 content (thought leadership, brand POV, executive messaging), and content governance. The Senior Content Specialist operates within that framework, owning a high volume of additional content that directly supports the US marketing and sales teams.
Content Production
Write and publish the monthly email newsletters, owning ideation, structure, copy, and on-time delivery in coordination with the Product Marketing team.
Produce customer case studies end-to-end: conduct interviews with Field Nation users, extract measurable business outcomes, and write polished narratives that demonstrate real-world impact.
Write blog posts that support our product investments, build credibility and drive organic traffic â researching topics, developing angles, and producing content that speaks to field service operations leaders.
Support the Revenue Marketing team with conversion-focused content: display ad copy, landing page copy, email campaign sequences, and other assets that capture prospect interest and move them through the funnel.
Produce 1-pagers, social content, and supporting content assets as needed to support campaign launches and Product Marketing initiatives.
Research field service market trends, buyer pain points, and competitive dynamics to bring credible context to everything you write.
Quality & Standards
Write with strict adherence to Field Nationâs brand style guide and editorial standards, maintaining consistency in voice, tone, and terminology across all content types.
Partner with the Content and Product Marketing teams to ensure all content is accurate, on-message, and aligned to approved positioning before publication.
Perform ongoing audits to identify content that needs updating due to positioning changes, product updates, or compliance requirements, and make those changes.
Operations & Performance
Manage your own production schedule: track assignments, hit deadlines consistently, and communicate proactively when priorities shift or timelines are at risk.
Track content performance against engagement and traffic benchmarks; share your perspective on whatâs working and what isnât, and recommend optimizations.
Use approved AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining the human oversight and editorial judgment that Field Nationâs content standards require.
8+ years of content marketing or editorial experience within B2B SaaS companies that sell to enterprise or mid-market buyers and whose products and content primarily target English-speaking markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, or similar). Not developer tools, consumer apps, or small-business-focused products.
A portfolio that includes published customer case studies and long-form content written for a senior B2B audience (VP, Director, or C-suite). Applications without writing samples will not be considered.
Demonstrated ability to research and write about complex technology topics for a non-technical business audience.
Experience conducting customer interviews and translating business outcomes, operational complexity, and technical context into clear, credible narratives.
Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple concurrent content assignments, hit deadlines in a fast-moving environment, and maintain quality under volume.
Comfort working within a defined editorial framework (brand voice standards, style guides, content governance processes) and producing work that meets that bar without close supervision.
Exceptional written English: clear, concise, and purposeful, with the ability to adapt tone and register to the content type and audience.

While we respect contractorsâ flexibility and ownership of their own schedule, we expect the localizer / writer to work for 15 â 20 hours a week on average. It is highly likely that more than 20 hours a week is appreciated, depending on the workload and the availability. We completely understand that availability may fluctuate and we also respect contractorsâ request to take time off. But we also expect a somewhat regular work schedule or hours in most occasions. All in all, maintaining clear communication with the manager is certainly expected.
