What you have

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering, having led product initiatives end-to-end in recent years, preferably with user-facing AI
• TypeScript/JavaScript: You have an exceptional grasp of the language. You keep up with the latest spec and look for every opportunity to use new features. You’re familiar with at least one modern framework and client side rendering technique. We use TypeScript, React, and Next.js to create our user interfaces, although specific knowledge of those is not a prerequisite
• UI & Product Instincts: You have feelings about how a web page should look and feel, care about the nuances of how users will work with the product you’re building, and aim to build inclusive and accessible experiences. We don’t expect you to be a visual designer, but we’re looking for someone who can build on the work of our experienced design team and express opinions about how best to leverage AI
• Architecture and Performance optimization: You are comfortable going deeper into the stack to untangle caching inefficiencies, and troubleshoot across a wide array of distributed systems that make up a dynamic web application. You know how to use monitors and testing to know if changes improved or degraded the experience. You know how to architect for performance and maintainability

The Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Full-Stack Engineer to architect high-performance web applications and accelerate our development velocity across our B2B platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging modern Nuxt 3⁄4 frontend applications—including customer management portals and embeddable widget engines—with a robust Laravel and Doctrine ORM backend API, delivering seamless experiences that connect millions of students to funding opportunities.

You will own the technical implementation of core products across our entire stack, working with PHP 8.2+, Laravel, MySQL, and Vue 3 / Nuxt 3⁄4. Beyond traditional engineering, this role champions efficiency: you will deeply integrate AI-native workflows (using tools like Cursor and Google Gemini) to double shipping velocity, automate test coverage, and build intelligent LLM-driven platform features. What You’ll Do

• Full Lifecycle Development: Architect, build, and ship end-to-end B2B features across the stack- from Laravel/Doctrine JSON:API endpoints to reactive Nuxt 3⁄4 Vue components and server routes.

• Embed & Analytics Engine: Develop and optimize high-performance embedded widget systems, Nitro server engine logic, iframe cross-origin messaging, client event-tracking SDKs, and data ingestion pipelines.

• API & Database Architecture: Design robust relational database schemas (MySQL), Doctrine entity mappings, clean migrations, performant RESTful/JSON:API contracts, and Redis caching layers.

• AI-Native Acceleration: Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Gemini) into daily development for rapid feature prototyping, code refactoring, test generation, and building LLM-driven product features (e.g., automated applicant evaluation).

• Third-Party Integrations\*:\* Integrate and maintain core third-party services and APIs, including CRM platforms, error tracking systems, payment gateways, and cloud data services

• Automated Testing & Quality: Establish comprehensive automated test coverage (PHPUnit for backend, Playwright and Vitest for E2E/components) integrated into CI/CD pipelines to guarantee zero regressions.

• Mentorship & Code Reviews: Conduct thorough, constructive code reviews and collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and leadership to elevate team standards.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must Haves)

• Experience: 4+ years of professional full-stack web development experience, with at least 1+ year actively incorporating AI coding assistants into daily engineering workflows.

• Backend Expertise (PHP & Laravel): Strong commercial experience with PHP 8+ and Laravel (clean service architecture, queues/jobs, middleware, and OAuth2/Passport authentication).

• Frontend Mastery (Vue 3 & Nuxt 3⁄4): Deep proficiency in modern Vue 3 (Composition API), Nuxt 3 or Nuxt 4, TypeScript, Pinia state management, and Tailwind CSS.

• Database & ORM Skills: Strong relational database modeling and query optimization in MySQL, along with solid experience using ORMs (Doctrine ORM / DBAL or deep Eloquent experience with the ability to adapt to Doctrine quickly).

• API Design & Caching: Deep understanding of RESTful / JSON:API standards, server-side validation error mapping, request formatting, and Redis performance caching.

Our SRE / DevOps team’s mission is to securely deliver reliable and responsive computing platforms for our customer products to run on. We keep production available and responsive, manage our infrastructure as code across physical, virtual, containerized, and AWS estates, treat PCI DSS compliance as an engineering property of the platform rather than an annual scramble, and provide the secure internal platform that PayJunction’s operational, analytics, and BI tooling runs on.

Job Responsibilities

• Keep production available and responsive, owning uptime and incident response for the systems that process payments around the clock.
• Drive the containerization of our internal DevOps estate, moving legacy services into a modern, reproducible container platform.
• Engineer and evolve our AWS infrastructure with Terraform, building for reliability, security, and cost-awareness.
• Manage infrastructure as code across physical, virtual, containerized, and cloud estates using Puppet / OpenVox, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Administer Linux servers end to end, from cloud instances down to the physical hardware and data center work behind them.
• Build PCI DSS compliance into the platform itself, through patching, vulnerability management, logging, and monitoring that hold up under audit.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture and tooling decisions, and document them so the whole team can operate what you build.
• Stand up and support the secure infrastructure underneath PayJunction’s analytics and BI stack.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience across development, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
• 5+ years administering Linux servers in production.
• 3+ years building and operating production AWS infrastructure.
• 3+ years running production container workloads.
• 3+ years with configuration management and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, or similar).
• 3+ years scripting for automation.
• Hands-on physical server and data center experience, with willingness to do periodic on-site work in Santa Barbara for physical server support.
• Preferred: experience operating in an audited or regulated environment such as PCI DSS; experience standing up infrastructure beneath a BI or analytics stack; a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The base salary range for this role is $175,000-$230,000 plus our Total Rewards Plan benefit package. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: education, experience, skills and qualifications.

We’re looking for a collaborative, self-motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll help enable the broader engineering organization to do high-impact work by building and improving the infrastructure, tooling, and deployment systems they rely on every day. You’ll contribute to the development of standardized infrastructure and “paved paths” that make it easier to provision, deploy, and operate services reliably at scale.

You’ll collaborate closely with application engineering teams to ensure our container-based infrastructure is scalable, cost-efficient, and dependable across a wide range of workloads.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with DevOps and application engineering teams to design and improve standardized infrastructure, deployment workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
• Build, operate, and continuously improve our containerized infrastructure, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Bring deep expertise in Kubernetes and its ecosystem, helping define best practices and support adoption across engineering teams
• Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure on AWS, including compute, networking, and storage systems
• Improve observability, monitoring, and incident readiness across production systems
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation (approximately 1 week every 5 weeks), responding to and resolving production incidents

To Be Set Up for Success in This Role, You’ll Need to Have

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
• Solid experience working with AWS (e.g., EKS, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, Route53)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, or Argo CD
• Experience working with containerized systems such as Docker and containerd
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices and modern approaches to securing infrastructure, including shift-left principles
• Experience operating and scaling high-traffic systems and large-scale data platforms in production environments

Travel & Team Engagement Expectations

Salary

• The anticipated salary range for this role in Ireland is €95,000–€110,000 annually, depending on experience.

The Role We Need

PadSplit is growing its analytics platform and needs a hands-on Data Engineer to work alongside our existing DE lead. This person will build and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines across Dagster (or Airflow), dbt, and Snowflake, with supporting work in Python, Airbyte, and AWS. The role combines building new pipelines and data models with providing real coverage on critical paths — especially the daily Postgres → Snowflake → dbt flow and third-party API loads — all shipped through reviewed pull requests rather than one-off scripts.

The Person We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a practitioner who thinks natively in dimensions, facts, and slowly changing dimensions — someone who knows when to use a full refresh versus an incremental load and how that choice affects idempotency and backfills. This person writes clear, reviewable PRs and gives equally thoughtful reviews, with attention to scoped diffs, sensible tests, and failure modes. They’re comfortable in complex Python data flows and have enough AWS literacy to reason about task roles, buckets, and cross-account access without needing to own all of platform engineering.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• PR-driven shipping: Opening and merging pull requests for new or updated Dagster jobs, assets, schedules, and sensors, plus dbt models, tests, and documentation.
• Infrastructure tweaks: Writing occasional Terraform for secrets, environment variables, or job sizing when a pipeline needs it.
• Pipeline implementation: Building and debugging Python pipelines covering REST/API syncs, large Postgres extracts, Parquet loads, and Snowflake COPY operations.
• Airbyte management: Configuring or troubleshooting Airbyte connections wherever managed sync is the right fit.
• Production monitoring: Watching production runs and investigating failures related to IAM, OOM, Spot instances, or bad watermarks.
• Backfills & catch-ups: Running backfills and incremental catch-ups with a clear story for what landed and why.
• Modeling partnership: Working with analytics and product on dim/fct/x_fct design, incremental strategies, and data quality.
• Code review & runbooks: Participating in code review, release prep, and writing short runbooks so others can operate your pipelines when you’re out.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Warehouse fundamentals: Solid grasp of relational databases and warehouse patterns — keys, grain, normalization vs. star schema, and how SCD behavior gets encoded.
• Orchestration experience: Practical, hands-on Dagster (or Airflow) experience — not just writing SQL inside a scheduler UI.
• dbt proficiency: Real experience building and maintaining models, tests, and documentation in dbt.
• Python at scale: Comfort reading and writing Python that moves data at scale across extract, transform, and load steps.
• AWS working knowledge: Practical familiarity with S3, IAM, and ECS/Fargate at a “debug my job” level.
• EL tool familiarity: Experience with Airbyte or similar extract-and-load tools.
• PR discipline: The discipline to write pull requests others can easily review, and to give equally rigorous reviews in return.
• Reliability mindset: A track record of keeping pipelines healthy and modeling consistent across full refresh and incremental paths, without becoming a single point of failure.

Senior Software Engineer, MediaWiki Content Platform Team

Summary

The Wikimedia Foundation is looking for a software engineer to join our team, reporting to engineering management. As a software engineer, you will be responsible for engineering software that supports our product user experiences. In this role, you will work in a fully-remote environment (with occasional travel for team, department, or organization events), where we value teamwork and a consensus-oriented approach. You get to write open source code for collaborative experiences supporting well over half a billion pages accessed per day, and you get to do it at a place that believes we’re all more successful when everyone has a good work-life balance.

On the Content Platform team, we work to support and evolve all things wikitext, the markup language behind Wikipedia. We aim to make wikitext easier to write, faster to parse, and less error-prone for humans. We also strive to support editing and content analysis tools with structured representations. We also maintain the web services associated with content rendering and transformation.

In this role, you will work in a mostly-remote environment. To ensure there are enough opportunities to communicate, the preferred timezone for this candidate will be GMT-4 to GMT+2.

You are responsible for:

• Designing and delivering improvements to Wikipedia’s wikitext processing infrastructure, balancing user experience, performance, backwards compatibility, and maintainability

We are seeking a Senior Safety Software Engineer to play a critical role in implementing a functionally safe perception system.  In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and functional safety principles.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and validate safety-critical software architecture. Key Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Deepgram is looking for a Software Test Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and exploratory test suites across our products, models, APIs, and data platforms. You enjoy breaking systems, probing edge cases, testing real-world and adversarial inputs, and automating repeatable validation so regressions are caught quickly.

You translate product requirements and model metrics into automated regression tests, evaluation pipelines, data-quality gates, load tests, and release criteria. You partner with QA, Research, Product, Data, and Engineering to plan testing, execute human and automated evaluations, support user acceptance testing, and communicate risks clearly.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute well-designed test plans across Deepgram’s products, APIs, SDKs, model-powered features, and data platforms, ensuring production software is robust, reliable, and performs well.

• Test data ingestion, processing, annotation, and quality-control workflows, validating data integrity, completeness, representativeness, deduplication, leakage, and downstream readiness.

• Execute staging and production validation, load and reliability testing, cross-browser and customer-workflow testing, and user acceptance testing in partnership with internal stakeholders and customer QA teams.

• Maintain and improve the test-case repository, automation coverage, test documentation, and release-readiness reporting so teams have a clear view of what was tested, what passed, and what remains risky.

• Write precise, actionable bug reports with reproducible steps, inputs, parameters, expected and actual results, logs or artifacts, and clear severity; participate in triage and escalate issues when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Applied Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Staff Software Engineer : Growth Engineering

About the Role

Growth Engineering is the team responsible for building and maintaining the reliable, configurable systems that power scalable client launches and secure member access to Modern Health, one that gives customers programmatic and self-service control over eligibility, identity, and feature packaging while ensuring members can quickly and reliably reach the care they’re entitled to. This includes owning the engineering behind eligibility processing, identity and access, the client configuration platform, and support of our reporting platform. Collectively, this is the engineering core of how Modern Health onboards, authenticates, and scales technical access for every client and member globally.

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who can operate with high ownership across the full stack: someone we can trust to work cross-functionally with product and design, translate ambiguous problems into clear technical plans (tech specs/RFCs), and then execute against that plan, both individually and in close collaboration with other engineers. You’ll be expected to have (or quickly build) deep familiarity with our tech stack and product domain so you can move fast without First-derivative learning curves slowing down the team. We expect an engineer at this level to be ramped up and owning critical parts of roadmap development within 30 days of onboarding.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

Your new role

As a Fullstack Software Engineer on the Catering team at Olo, you will maintain scalable, high-quality components and services that align with team and company goals. You will also monitor solutions that facilitate the online ordering, management, and effortless transmission of high-value Catering orders to our customers. Our team’s mission is to create tools and features that support restaurant operations for the accurate production of catering orders and ensure our guests are served on time and without interruption.

We aim to collaborate well. We encourage new ideas and experimentation. No part of the codebase is off-limits. You’ll work with a passionate team dedicated to delivering amazing products using modern technologies.

How you’ll make an impact

• Maintain scalable, high-quality components and services that align with team and company goals.
• Contribute to technical decision-making, including solution design and architecture, with a focus on addressing technical debt, reliability, and system performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Proactively monitor and improve system performance, identifying and resolving issues swiftly and effectively, while communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders during incidents to ensure alignment and prompt resolution.
• Take a proactive approach to support, digging into issues to identify root causes and developing long-term, proactive solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Document and share knowledge effectively to elevate the team’s technical expertise.
• Champion best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
• Use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot extensively as part of your daily workflow, and grow your skills through hands-on AI training designed to help you become highly effective with modern AI coding agents and IDEs.
• Demonstrate ownership of the team’s delivery pipeline, ensuring that code quality, testing standards, and deployment practices are continuously optimised.
• Active participation in on-call duties is required, with specific responsibilities determined by your assigned team and area of expertise.

What will set you up for success

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering post graduation, including experience with C#, .NET and commercial experience with a Front-end framework (React/Angular/Vue ).
• AWS Cloud experience
• Experience writing unit tests and testable code.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Exhibit excellent judgment, seeking diverse perspectives and challenging assumptions to improve outcomes.
• Deliver constructive feedback that empowers individuals and strengthens the team.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Consistently meets sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
