BrandCycle is an influencer and affiliate marketing platform representing over 7,000 social media influencers, bloggers, and content creators. Our members have a combined following of more than 300 million on social media. Most of our influencers have been creating content to drive sales for years. They are savvy shoppers who cross-promote and achieve high ROI for brands. We work with over 700 top brands, including Target, lululemon, Michael Kors, Under Armour, Crocs, Kate Spade, and Converse. In 2021, BrandCycle was acquired by StackCommerce, a leader in commerce content for major digital media publishers. The Role:

We’re hiring a Manager, Creator Community & Content to lead the growth and engagement of BrandCycle’s creator community. You’ll own the channels our creators live in - our Facebook Group, Instagram, email, and webinars - and the content that keeps creators active and earning with BrandCycle.

This role blends community management with content strategy and a real revenue mandate. You’ll decide what thousands of creators see and hear from us, and you’ll measure it in creators activated, creators retained, and dollars earned. You’ll also carry the voice of the creator across the company - into our messaging, campaigns, and product roadmap. It’s a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company at a pivotal moment in our growth.

This is a 100% remote position, must be based in the U.S.

  • Manage community channels. Actively respond to messages, moderate conversations, and share feedback with internal stakeholders.
  • Educate and inspire the community. Build the always-on content that empowers creators to maximize their earnings on BrandCycle.
  • Turn brand moments into creator earnings. Package campaigns into content creators can act on fast to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Be the voice of the creator. Act as a bridge between BrandCycle creators and internal teams, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Test and learn. Continuously explore innovative ways to enhance engagement and provide value to our creators.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media, community management, and/or influencer marketing.
  • Experience managing social media groups or online communities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and support creators and influencers.
  • Hands-on experience working with content publishers, creators, or influencers.
  • Proficiency in email marketing using Mailchimp, Hubspot, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or others.
  • Working knowledge of affiliate networks, creator platforms, and social platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools, and a genuine desire to expand how you use them.

Who You Are:

Relationship-driven

  • Warm and relationship-driven; you are a person creators want to hear from.
  • Builds trust quickly and anticipates what creators need before they ask.
  • Balances fierce advocacy for the creator with what’s right for the business.

Self-directed

  • Entrepreneurial and eager to grow within the role and the company.
  • An effective communicator in a remote environment, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup and enjoys wearing many hats.
  • Brings mature, measured judgment and solves problems independently.

Goals-driven

  • Deadline-driven and composed under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical, and energized by reaching and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Fluent in KPIs and the business metrics that measure success.
  • An eye for the next product, trend, or moment worth putting in front of creators.

The Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team. In this role, you will own product marketing for the single-family office (SFO) segment and help shape how Addepar goes to market with clients and prospects across EMEA, LATAM and APAC. You will develop a deep understanding of the needs, market dynamics and buying journeys of SFOs, while also becoming a trusted expert on the regional nuances, product availability and audience needs that influence our go-to-market approach in each geography.

You’ll work closely with regional Sales, Relationship Management, Demand Generation, Product and other go-to-market partners to translate insight about target buyers, prospects and existing clients into differentiated positioning, acquisition campaigns, sales enablement, client engagement programs and launch strategies. We are looking for a curious, collaborative and hands-on product marketer who can connect a consistent global platform narrative to the distinct needs of each client audience and market. You are resourceful, adaptable and motivated by the opportunity to help grow Addepar’s presence with sophisticated investment firms around the world.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $106,000 - $166,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a product marketing strategy for the single-family office segment and for clients and prospects across EMEA, LATAM and APAC, aligned with company and platform goals.
  • Become the expert on the SFO market by continuously deepening your understanding of target buyers, prospects and clients; their operating models; buyer personas and committees; and the full journey from awareness and evaluation through adoption and expansion.
  • Develop market expertise across EMEA, LATAM and APAC, identifying the regional trends, client and prospect needs, competitive dynamics and cultural nuances that should inform our go-to-market approach.
  • Build strong working relationships with regional Sales, Relationship Management and Demand Generation teams to identify priorities and turn local market insight into coordinated go-to-market programs.
  • Define segment and regional positioning and craft compelling messaging that connects Addepar’s global value proposition to the distinct needs of prospective buyers and existing clients.
  • Partner on broader product launches to tailor positioning and activation plans to regional audiences and product availability across EMEA, LATAM and APAC, supporting both prospect education and client adoption.
  • Develop and execute SFO and region-specific campaigns in partnership with Demand Generation and regional GTM teams, building programs that generate awareness and demand among prospects while supporting engagement, adoption and expansion among clients.
  • Create scalable core materials and thoughtfully adapt them for regional use, including prospect-facing campaign content, sales enablement, client education, thought leadership and co-branded resources.
  • Research and monitor SFO and regional markets, industry developments and the competitive landscape; measure program effectiveness and use feedback from GTM teams and clients to continually strengthen our approach.

Who You Are

  • 3–6 years of product marketing or related go-to-market experience. Experience with B2B SaaS, financial services, fintech, wealth management or investment management preferred.
  • Full-stack product marketer with experience developing market and audience insights, value propositions, messaging, go-to-market strategies, enablement and content.
  • Excellent storyteller, writer and communicator who can translate sophisticated and technical capabilities into clear customer value for different audiences.
  • A globally minded and curious marketer who is eager to build expertise across markets and can recognize when a global narrative should be adapted to reflect meaningful regional differences.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Demand Generation, Relationship Management, Product or other GTM teams to develop and execute coordinated programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to move thoughtfully between strategy and hands-on execution across multiple projects in a fast-paced, continuously evolving and collaborative environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regions, functions and time zones.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize efficiently, navigate ambiguity, anticipate roadblocks and escalate when needed.

Our Values

  • Act Like an Owner - Think and operate with intention, purpose and care. Own outcomes.
  • Build Together - Collaborate to unlock the best solutions. Deliver lasting value.
  • Champion Our Clients - Exceed client expectations. Our clients’ success is our success.

Please be aware that no job offers will be made from Addepar without a formal interview process. Additionally, Addepar will not ask you to purchase equipment or supplies as part of your onboarding process. If you have any questions, please reach out to ta-operations@addepar.com.

Marketing Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Chime

Designs and optimizes lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels (push, in-app, email, SMS) to drive member engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Mid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the role

We’re hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Product and Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you’ll design and optimize lifecycle programs that engage, retain, and grow members across their entire journey with Chime—from top of funnel through long-term retention—with a clear focus on driving growth, revenue, and member lifetime value (LTV).

This is a role for a holistic, business-minded marketer rather than a single-channel specialist. You’ll think in terms of segments, experiments, and outcomes: building targeted campaigns across the channels we own—push, in-app, and out-of-app (email, SMS)—while connecting those touchpoints with the broader, non-owned channels that shape the member experience. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies that move the business.

This is a role with department-level impact: you’ll own diverse projects, exercise significant independent judgment, and influence how members experience Chime across the full lifecycle.

If you’re creative, dedicated, and love working in a fast-paced environment alongside passionate colleagues, we want to meet you.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $139,000 and up to $181,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Own full-funnel lifecycle strategy—from top of funnel through activation and long-term retention—building targeted campaigns that drive growth, revenue, and member LTV.
  • Define segments and translate them into targeted, personalized campaigns across owned channels (push, in-app, and out-of-app), connecting them with the broader non-owned channels that shape the end-to-end member experience.
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses and run experiments to continuously optimize evergreen lifecycle campaigns and transactional communications, working with analytics to measure impact, socialize findings, and develop next steps toward bigger wins.
  • Develop and steward channel guidelines and governance, preserving the quality and integrity of our communications ecosystem.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with partners across Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, Design, User Research, CRM, and more to develop and deliver on shared strategies for large cross-functional initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you have

  • 4–6+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or related marketing, developing end-to-end campaigns from conceptualization to measurement.
  • A growth-oriented, business-first mindset—you think about revenue, LTV, and the full funnel, not just individual channels, and you can connect owned channels (push, in-app, out-of-app) with the broader member experience.
  • A proven track record of building segments and managing successful campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging).
  • Strong experimentation chops—comfortable with A/B testing and using results to inform what to scale next.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing and performance analysis.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various stakeholders, exercising significant independent judgment.
  • Experience with key marketing platforms (Braze, Looker; AI tools a plus).
  • A strong self-starter mindset—adaptable and able to think critically to develop creative solutions with limited resources.

Marketing Email Marketing Specialist (Contractor) at ISC (Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC)

Develops email marketing strategy, writes copy, builds automations, and reports on campaign performance across five insurance brands.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Integrated Specialty Coverages

Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is a growth stage technology and data-driven commercial MGA and insurance wholesaler leading innovation in the market.

Backed by one of the leading private equity firms, Onex Partners, and led by a forward-thinking management team, ISC is combining the worlds of insurance and technology to create an Insurtech powerhouse. As a leading online distributor of insurance products for a range of industries and “Main Street USA”, we are looking for the right people to help us in our mission of achieving exponential growth. We strive to be the number one place to go for brokers and agents to source insurance. To accomplish this, we’re building a digitally focused team that deeply understands the intersection between user experience, data, and AI/ML to optimize the way we engage with our customers and partners.

Job Summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is a specialty insurance MGA operating five consumer-facing retail insurance brands. Email is both an acquisition and a retention channel across the portfolio, and each brand has a materially different customer journey- from one-time event insurance buyers with a hard deadline, to contractors renewing surety bonds annually, to international visitors purchasing travel medical coverage for family.

We are hiring a contract Email Marketing Specialist to own email end to end across all five brands for a six-month engagement. This is a builder’s role, not a maintenance role. You will work with the head of digital marketing to set the strategy, write the copy, build and QA the sends and automations in Campaign Monitor and report on what worked.

Candidates considered for this role must live in the US. This is a 6-month temporary role with potential to extend and will be up to 40 hours per week.

Position Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Calendar

  • Build and maintain a rolling email calendar across all five brands- promotional, retention, and nurture sends balanced to avoid list fatigue.
  • Recommend send cadence by brand, segment, and season, tied to each brand’s booking and renewal patterns (event season, peak travel booking windows, construction activity cycles, bond renewal timing).
  • Identify and prioritize campaign opportunities tied to product launches, seasonal demand, renewals, and promotional periods.
  • Surface cross-sell and upsell opportunities within brands and flag where cross-brand contact overlap requires suppression.

Copywriting & Creative Direction

  • Write subject lines, preview text, body copy, and CTAs for campaigns, automations, and transactional sends.
  • Adapt voice precisely by brand- authoritative and efficient for contractor audiences; warm and plain-language for INF’s ESL international audience; editorial and non-salesy for Travelinsurance.com; reassuring and urgent for first-time Event Helper buyers.
  • Write for conversion: one clear objective and one primary CTA per send unless the format dictates otherwise.
  • Partner with brand stakeholders on creative; brief and route assets as needed.

Lifecycle Automation

  • Design, build, write, and QA triggered programs: welcome and onboarding series, quote abandonment, post-purchase, renewal reminders, event-date countdowns, policy extension prompts, and win-back flows.
  • Map automation logic explicitly- triggers, delays, branching conditions, suppression rules, and exit criteria- in documentation a stakeholder or developer can act on.
  • Design conversion paths that match how each brand actually sells (bind via agent vs. online).

Segmentation & List Strategy

  • Build and maintain segmentation based on purchase behavior, product/policy type, lifecycle stage, geography, and engagement recency.
  • Monitor list health- inactivity, hard bounce and complaint trends, unsubscribe rate movement- and execute remediation including sunset policies and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Own cross-brand suppression logic so shared contacts are not over-mailed or mailed for competing products.

Deliverability & Technical Execution

  • Own inbox placement: sending domain reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment, authentication for each brand’s sending domain, and compliance with Gmail and Yahoo bulk sender requirements (one-click unsubscribe, spam complaint rate under 0.10%, full authentication).
  • Build and troubleshoot responsive email HTML/CSS; QA rendering across major clients and devices including dark mode, and fix what breaks.
  • Manage warm-up and volume ramp plans for any new sending domain or subdomain.
  • Apply accessibility fundamentals- meaningful alt text, semantic structure, sufficient contrast, real text over image-only layouts.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Report on open rate, CTR, click-to-open, conversion rate, revenue or bound-policy contribution per send, unsubscribe rate, and deliverability metrics.
  • Maintain disciplined UTM taxonomy and reconcile email performance in GA4; for phone-bind brands, work through call tracking and Salesforce campaign attribution rather than click-to-purchase.
  • Deliver a weekly performance snapshot and a monthly rollup: headline metric movement, key observations, and prioritized next actions.
  • Diagnose underperforming sends and come back with specific fixes, not general observations.

Compliance

  • Keep all sends compliant with CAN-SPAM, TCPA (relevant given phone-based conversion paths), and GDPR/CASL considerations for international audiences.
  • Route insurance copy through the appropriate compliance review; avoid coverage guarantees, implied eligibility, or claims language that creates regulatory exposure.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Hands-on Campaign Monitor experience is required. You should be able to independently build segments, dynamic content, journeys/automations, custom fields, list imports, and templates without ramp-up time.
  • 4+ years owning email marketing execution and strategy, including lifecycle/triggered programs- not solely batch-and-blast.
  • Demonstrated ability to write conversion-focused email copy and adapt voice across distinct audiences. Portfolio or work samples required.
  • Working knowledge of email HTML/CSS- able to edit templates, fix rendering issues, and debug what a drag-and-drop builder produces.
  • Practical deliverability knowledge: authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), reputation management, list hygiene, and current Gmail/Yahoo bulk sender requirements.
  • Comfort with GA4 and UTM-based attribution; able to build a performance narrative from data without an analyst.
  • Experience running structured A/B tests and reading results with appropriate skepticism about significance.
  • Familiarity with CAN-SPAM and TCPA requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple brands or business units with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, particularly Salesforce-to-ESP integrations and using CRM stages as automation triggers and exit criteria.
  • Insurance, financial services, or another regulated-industry background or clear comfort working within compliance review cycles.
  • Experience marketing to both small business/contractor audiences and direct-to-consumer audiences.
  • Experience writing for ESL or international audiences in plain language.
  • Email QA tooling experience (Litmus, Email on Acid) and familiarity with deliverability monitoring tools.
  • Experience supporting phone-based or agent-assisted conversion models, including call tracking attribution.
  • Experience with a second ESP (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable)- useful if platform evaluation comes up.

The starting hourly pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits.

Marketing Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Chime

Designs and optimizes lifecycle marketing campaigns across owned channels (push, email, SMS, in-app) to drive member engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven segmentation and experimentation.

You’ll work closely with the Growth Producer, Creative Strategists, and Channel Managers to produce DR-minded content at scale across performance channels, and to drive performance improvements. You’re equally comfortable concepting big ideas from scratch and executing final design, and you know how to translate brand identity into high-performing creative — not just optimize within it. You’re AI-native in your approach to creative work, comfortable in prompting and directing AI tools to accelerate ideation and production without sacrificing craft or brand integrity.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $145,000 and up to $200,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Give effective creative direction and feedback across three distinct disciplines — design, copywriting, and video editing — ensuring copy, visuals, and video work cohesively together, and catching mismatches in tone, pacing, or message before final delivery
  • Concept original creative ideas and campaigns, not just execute against existing briefs — bringing fresh thinking rooted in cultural and social trends
  • Partner cross-functionally with Channel Managers, Creative Strategists, and brand teams — helping shape sharper, more actionable briefs, understanding what creative is winning and why, and ensuring DR creative stays true to brand voice and identity while still driving KPIs
  • Collaborate with external agency and freelance partners — briefing them clearly, giving timely creative direction and feedback on their work, and holding it to the same bar as in-house output
  • Guide creative approach across the full range of performance channels — paid social, organic/owned, CTV, print
  • Set a quality bar rooted in brand consistency and performance, not perfection — helping the team know when something’s ready to ship versus when it needs another pass, given the speed and volume DR/growth work demands.
  • Champion AI-assisted workflows: identify where generative AI tools can speed up ideation, scripting, storyboarding, rough-cut editing, and asset variation, and coach the team on effective prompting and tool use

To thrive in this role, you have

  • 8-10+ years in performance creative, including experience leading, mentoring, or managing designers, copywriters, and/or video editors (player-coach experience preferred)
  • Strong concepting and ideation skills in addition to design execution — proven ability to originate creative territories, not just produce against a given brief
  • Multi-disciplinary fluency:working knowledge of short-form video editing (hooks, pacing, UGC-style production) and copywriting fundamentals (hooks, CTAs, tone) — enough to give sharp, credible feedback outside your core craft
  • Deep fluency in cultural and social trends, and a track record of translating them into performance creative
  • Experience balancing brand guidelines with performance requirements, partnering cross-functionally with brand/marketing teams
  • Experience managing or directing external agency, freelance, or vendor creative partners
  • Experience across print, in addition to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Mobile, and Google
  • Experience directing or being on set for lightweight, fast-turn UGC-style production shoots — not mandatory, but a plus.
  • AI-native fluency: hands-on comfort prompting and directing AI tools (e.g., generative image/video, AI-assisted editing, script or copy drafting) to support ideation and production, with the judgment to know where AI speeds things up and where it doesn’t — not mandatory, but a strong plus.
