Administers and optimizes multi-platform revenue operations systems (Salesforce, Zuora, Zendesk, HubSpot) across CRM, billing, support, and marketing functions.
OfferUp is looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. This is intentionally a multi-platform role spanning CRM, billing, customer support, marketing, and revenue intelligence, including Salesforce, Zuora, Zendesk, HubSpot, and Zoom Revenue Accelerator. We don’t expect candidates to arrive as experts in every tool in our stack. We do expect the technical aptitude to become one.
You’ll own technical execution within a roadmap and priority framework set by the RevOps Manager. We expect you to investigate problems, recommend solutions, and independently drive work through implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation. You’ll have meaningful autonomy in how problems are solved, while broader systems strategy, architecture, and prioritization remain with the RevOps Manager.
This is an opportunity to grow beyond a single-platform admin role. You’ll work across CRM, billing, customer support, marketing, and revenue intelligence systems with meaningful production ownership from day one, alongside modern AI-assisted development practices and direct access to the person setting architecture. As the RevOps Systems function grows, you’ll have the opportunity to become a foundational source of technical and operational knowledge for the team, and to grow into owning more of that architecture yourself.
Compensation Range: $130,000 - $145,000
OfferUp offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Individual salaries within our ranges are determined through a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. All roles will receive equity in OfferUp as part of their compensation, the amount of equity varying depending on the individual’s level and experience.
Benefits (all US roles): In addition to our compensation package, this role is eligible to enroll in health insurance, healthcare savings and spending accounts, retirement savings benefits (401(k) plan with match), basic and voluntary life insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off for sick leave, family and/or medical leave, vacation, and 12 company holidays. In regard to vacation time, OfferUp has a flexible vacation policy, and, in general, full-time, exempt employees will be expected to take 3-5 weeks (15-30 days) of pre-planned vacation time per year. Vacation needs are flexible and will naturally vary from year to year based on individual circumstances and business needs. In regard to sick time, all full-time employees (exempt and non-exempt) will be granted 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year (pro-rated if the start date is other than January 1). Your recruiter can share more details about specific benefits during the interview process.

Director leads three technology operations functions (QA, IT, Security), modernizes processes from manual to automated, develops teams, and translates technical risks into business decisions.
We’re hiring a Director of Technology Operations to lead the three functions that keep PadSplit’s technology and business operations healthy: Quality Assurance, IT & internal tooling, and Security. You’ll inherit existing teams across each area and be responsible for modernizing how they work: moving QA toward automation, IT toward proactive enablement, and Security toward a structured, risk-based program.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll set strategy and own outcomes across all three areas, while staying close enough to the work to evaluate a test architecture, challenge a vendor renewal, or lead an incident review yourself.
We’re looking for a technology leader who has led multiple technology operations functions and knows how to turn reactive, manual processes into scalable systems. You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, developing teams while also getting into the details when the situation calls for it.
You’ll need strong technical judgment, particularly across QA, IT operations, and Security, and the ability to translate technical risks and tradeoffs into clear business decisions. Most importantly, you’re a player-coach who can modernize these functions without losing sight of the people and teams responsible for delivering the work.
$160,000 - $180,000 a year
Compensation is based on the role’s scope, national market benchmarks, the person’s expertise and experience, and the impact of their contributions to our business goals.

What is Finary?
We are on a mission to give power back to investors. We’re building the AI-powered one-stop shop for investing, where you can track your assets, manage your budget, invest, and learn. Mounir launched Finary in 2021, and we’ve since crossed 1,000,000 users. We ship cutting-edge products with touches of delight, and we care deeply about experience, performance, and ease of use.
Why now?
A new generation of investors is emerging: ambitious and involved. Money is no longer taboo, and the pension system is under tremendous pressure. We see a world where investing empowers everybody to live the life they’ve always dreamt of.
To fuel that, we raised €40M and are backed by Hedosophia, Y Combinator, and Speedinvest, alongside world-class founders and operators like Steve Anavi & Alexandre Prot (Qonto), Matthieu Rouif (Photoroom), Eric Demuth (Bitpanda), Axel Weber (former UBS Chairman), and Harsh Sinha (CTO at Wise).
And in July 2026, the AMF granted us our MiCA license, on top of our Investment Firm license: Finary is now one of the very few French platforms holding both, offering stocks, ETFs and crypto on a single regulated platform, at the exact moment Europe consolidates around licensed players. There’s never been a more exciting time to join.
What we offer
We hire people who lift the team’s ceiling: A-players who are as kind as they are demanding. We move fast, aim high, and treat ownership as the default. Our culture is direct, transparent, and built on radical candor. We challenge each other openly, then commit. It’s demanding and not for everyone, but if you want to raise the bar every day alongside equally driven teammates, this is the place.
And we don’t hedge on this. We believe AI fluency is the single most important skill of the next decade, and it’s a real bar here, not a buzzword. Everyone at Finary has rebuilt how they work around AI. It’s the first reflex, not a side experiment. If reaching for AI before you reach for the old way isn’t already second nature, this won’t be the right fit. If it is, you’ll be surrounded by people pushing that frontier every day.
Read more about our values here.
What you can expect
A high-performing team: work with A-players across every discipline, in an environment that challenges you and helps you grow fast.
Ownership from day one: freedom, responsibility, and trust. We hire for talent and get out of the way.
Impact that matters: build a product that helps people take control of their financial future.
A hybrid setup: teammates across France and Europe, meeting in person in Paris six times a year.
Competitive compensation: a package aligned with your experience and impact.
What we don’t care about
Your degree or your school. We care about what you bring to the team.
Ping pong tables, free laundry, or trendy perks. We focus on what truly matters.
Finary One is building the benchmark digital private wealth platform for entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families: a consolidated view of their wealth, high-touch personal support, and access to premium investment vehicles: Luxembourg life insurance, capitalization contracts, structured products.
We’ve crossed €100M in assets under management, and our collection ambitions for the year ahead are a step change, not an increment. The operation system that gets us there is already live : advisors design allocations in it, generate client decks from it, run projections, track custodian values, and the ingestion pipelines behind it. It’s what makes our current pace possible. Now we want to take it much further, much faster, and for that we need more firepower.
Most ops roles hand you a system and ask you to run it. Here, the system is being built right now, and building it is the job.
You take the advisor to scale. You’ll know their job as well as they do and that’s what lets you build tools that don’t just save them clicks, but change what they’re capable of.
You ship what you design. An idea doesn’t turn into a spec waiting in someone else’s backlog: it gets built, deployed, and the team runs on it within hours.
You own the client experience end to end. You’re accountable for how a client experiences us at every step, and carrying that yourself is exactly what shapes the next iteration.
You build something that outlasts the week. In a year, how Finary One operates: the tools, the data, the automations, the partner who settles a situation in one call, will carry your mark.
70% building: you are building the machine that pilots: reading at the source, closing the reconciliation, writing the rules that decide and route without you in the loop.
30% frontline: real files and real partner calls, not to collect the spec but to feel the wait time you are supposed to be killing; the day it creeps toward half your week, you built the wrong thing.
Have shipped internal tools or apps that other people actually used
Use AI as a daily work multiplier, not as something you’re curious about
Translate a business problem into a technical one, and back
Build lasting relationships with clients and partners while guaranteeing an operational experience of the highest standard
Know what a thoughtful, well-timed follow-up is worth to a high-net-worth client
Would rather settle a situation in one call than let a thread run for a week
Are comfortable working in English
Are Paris-based, or ready to be
You’d rather write the spec and wait for engineering to build it
You need a fully defined playbook to operate
You see AI and automation as a gimmick rather than your core toolset
You measure your day by tasks closed, not by systems built
Compliance dates and data feel like admin details to you
Have exposure to regulated environments
Are already fluent in the wealth product
Tell us why you want to join Finary. Share with us what excites you about our mission and how you will contribute. Make your first impression count.
