What this role involves

About the Role

OfferUp is looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. This is intentionally a multi-platform role spanning CRM, billing, customer support, marketing, and revenue intelligence, including Salesforce, Zuora, Zendesk, HubSpot, and Zoom Revenue Accelerator. We don’t expect candidates to arrive as experts in every tool in our stack. We do expect the technical aptitude to become one.

You’ll own technical execution within a roadmap and priority framework set by the RevOps Manager. We expect you to investigate problems, recommend solutions, and independently drive work through implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation. You’ll have meaningful autonomy in how problems are solved, while broader systems strategy, architecture, and prioritization remain with the RevOps Manager.

This is an opportunity to grow beyond a single-platform admin role. You’ll work across CRM, billing, customer support, marketing, and revenue intelligence systems with meaningful production ownership from day one, alongside modern AI-assisted development practices and direct access to the person setting architecture. As the RevOps Systems function grows, you’ll have the opportunity to become a foundational source of technical and operational knowledge for the team, and to grow into owning more of that architecture yourself.

What You’ll Do

  • Salesforce Administration: Own execution across user management, permissions and access, Flow automation, custom objects and fields, data quality, integrations, reporting, and dashboards. Independently translate business and system requirements into reliable technical solutions, escalating architectural decisions and material trade-offs when appropriate. Example scope: sharing-rule and permission-set fixes for CRM sync parity, UTM/attribution field configuration, lead-routing troubleshooting.
  • Zuora Operations: Own billing workflows, subscription lifecycle management, product catalog updates, and pricing and general configuration. Example scope: product catalog and rate plan updates, subscription amendment troubleshooting for CS-escalated billing disputes.
  • Zendesk Configuration: Maintain and evolve ticket views, automation, triggers, macros, and reporting for CS and Risk. Example scope: after-hours routing triggers, time-tracking field setup, containment/reporting fixes.
  • HubSpot Maintenance: Support marketing-to-sales pipeline hygiene, list management, form configuration, and Salesforce↔HubSpot sync troubleshooting.
  • Broader Stack Support: Build functional knowledge of Zoom Revenue Accelerator and other tools in the revenue stack. Be the person who knows how the pieces connect.
  • Release & Change Management: Own the deployment lifecycle for changes across our stack, including Git-based branching (via GitHub), sandbox testing, PR-reviewed deploys, staged rollouts, and rollback planning. Coordinate timing and communication so changes don’t disrupt live Sales and CS workflows.
  • AI-Assisted Execution: Use AI coding assistants (we use Claude Code) to accelerate technical work, providing clear direction, reviewing generated output, debugging issues, and validating changes before deployment. This is now core to how RevOps work gets done here, not a nice-to-have.
  • KTLO Operations: Triage, investigate, and resolve inbound system requests from Sales and CS, proposing fixes and driving them through implementation without requiring escalation on routine issues.
  • Documentation & Runbooks: Build and maintain internal documentation for system configurations, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Cross-Training: Cross-train with the RevOps Manager on all major instances so OfferUp has operational continuity during PTO, leave, or team transitions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Typically 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a closely related field, with demonstrated ownership of production revenue systems
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience required; Salesforce Admin (ADM 201) certification strongly preferred
  • Exposure to Zuora or a comparable subscription/billing platform (Chargebee, Stripe Billing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or a comparable CS helpdesk platform
  • Experience with structured release management in a live production environment (Git/GitHub branching, PR review, sandbox/staging validation, and rollback planning), ideally on systems that sales or support teams depend on in real time
  • Practical experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate technical work, providing clear direction, reviewing generated output, debugging issues, and validating changes before deployment
  • Strong documentation instincts: you write down how things work so others can follow
  • Able to work independently from a problem statement to a shipped solution, while recognizing the line between execution decisions and architectural ones

Nice to Have

  • Apex fluency: comfortable reading and debugging existing code, and recognizing when a Flow-only approach won’t cut it
  • HubSpot experience
  • Zoom Revenue Accelerator or comparable conversation intelligence platform
  • Background supporting a two-sided or consumer marketplace business
  • Experience supporting both a direct sales team and a customer success team
  • Prior experience as an early/foundational hire in a RevOps or systems function at a scaling company

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $145,000

OfferUp offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Individual salaries within our ranges are determined through a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. All roles will receive equity in OfferUp as part of their compensation, the amount of equity varying depending on the individual’s level and experience.

Benefits (all US roles): In addition to our compensation package, this role is eligible to enroll in health insurance, healthcare savings and spending accounts, retirement savings benefits (401(k) plan with match), basic and voluntary life insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off for sick leave, family and/or medical leave, vacation, and 12 company holidays. In regard to vacation time, OfferUp has a flexible vacation policy, and, in general, full-time, exempt employees will be expected to take 3-5 weeks (15-30 days) of pre-planned vacation time per year. Vacation needs are flexible and will naturally vary from year to year based on individual circumstances and business needs. In regard to sick time, all full-time employees (exempt and non-exempt) will be granted 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year (pro-rated if the start date is other than January 1). Your recruiter can share more details about specific benefits during the interview process.

Operations Wealth Operations Manager at Finary

Manages wealth operations and backend processes for a fintech investment platform, ensuring smooth execution of trading, compliance, and customer asset management.

Mid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

What is Finary?

We are on a mission to give power back to investors. We’re building the AI-powered one-stop shop for investing, where you can track your assets, manage your budget, invest, and learn. Mounir launched Finary in 2021, and we’ve since crossed 1,000,000 users. We ship cutting-edge products with touches of delight, and we care deeply about experience, performance, and ease of use.

Why now?

A new generation of investors is emerging: ambitious and involved. Money is no longer taboo, and the pension system is under tremendous pressure. We see a world where investing empowers everybody to live the life they’ve always dreamt of.

To fuel that, we raised €40M and are backed by Hedosophia, Y Combinator, and Speedinvest, alongside world-class founders and operators like Steve Anavi & Alexandre Prot (Qonto), Matthieu Rouif (Photoroom), Eric Demuth (Bitpanda), Axel Weber (former UBS Chairman), and Harsh Sinha (CTO at Wise).

And in July 2026, the AMF granted us our MiCA license, on top of our Investment Firm license: Finary is now one of the very few French platforms holding both, offering stocks, ETFs and crypto on a single regulated platform, at the exact moment Europe consolidates around licensed players. There’s never been a more exciting time to join.

What we offer

We hire people who lift the team’s ceiling: A-players who are as kind as they are demanding. We move fast, aim high, and treat ownership as the default. Our culture is direct, transparent, and built on radical candor. We challenge each other openly, then commit. It’s demanding and not for everyone, but if you want to raise the bar every day alongside equally driven teammates, this is the place.

And we don’t hedge on this. We believe AI fluency is the single most important skill of the next decade, and it’s a real bar here, not a buzzword. Everyone at Finary has rebuilt how they work around AI. It’s the first reflex, not a side experiment. If reaching for AI before you reach for the old way isn’t already second nature, this won’t be the right fit. If it is, you’ll be surrounded by people pushing that frontier every day.

Read more about our values here.

What you can expect

  • A high-performing team: work with A-players across every discipline, in an environment that challenges you and helps you grow fast.

  • Ownership from day one: freedom, responsibility, and trust. We hire for talent and get out of the way.

  • Impact that matters: build a product that helps people take control of their financial future.

  • A hybrid setup: teammates across France and Europe, meeting in person in Paris six times a year.

  • Competitive compensation: a package aligned with your experience and impact.

What we don’t care about

  • Your degree or your school. We care about what you bring to the team.

  • Ping pong tables, free laundry, or trendy perks. We focus on what truly matters.

Finary One is building the benchmark digital private wealth platform for entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families: a consolidated view of their wealth, high-touch personal support, and access to premium investment vehicles: Luxembourg life insurance, capitalization contracts, structured products.

We’ve crossed €100M in assets under management, and our collection ambitions for the year ahead are a step change, not an increment. The operation system that gets us there is already live : advisors design allocations in it, generate client decks from it, run projections, track custodian values, and the ingestion pipelines behind it. It’s what makes our current pace possible. Now we want to take it much further, much faster, and for that we need more firepower.

What you’ll build

Most ops roles hand you a system and ask you to run it. Here, the system is being built right now, and building it is the job.

  • You take the advisor to scale. You’ll know their job as well as they do and that’s what lets you build tools that don’t just save them clicks, but change what they’re capable of.

  • You ship what you design. An idea doesn’t turn into a spec waiting in someone else’s backlog: it gets built, deployed, and the team runs on it within hours.

  • You own the client experience end to end. You’re accountable for how a client experiences us at every step, and carrying that yourself is exactly what shapes the next iteration.

  • You build something that outlasts the week. In a year, how Finary One operates: the tools, the data, the automations, the partner who settles a situation in one call, will carry your mark.

What your weeks look like

  • 70% building: you are building the machine that pilots: reading at the source, closing the reconciliation, writing the rules that decide and route without you in the loop.

  • 30% frontline: real files and real partner calls, not to collect the spec but to feel the wait time you are supposed to be killing; the day it creeps toward half your week, you built the wrong thing.

You’d be a great fit if you

  • Have shipped internal tools or apps that other people actually used

  • Use AI as a daily work multiplier, not as something you’re curious about

  • Translate a business problem into a technical one, and back

  • Build lasting relationships with clients and partners while guaranteeing an operational experience of the highest standard

  • Know what a thoughtful, well-timed follow-up is worth to a high-net-worth client

  • Would rather settle a situation in one call than let a thread run for a week

  • Are comfortable working in English

  • Are Paris-based, or ready to be

This role is not for you if

  • You’d rather write the spec and wait for engineering to build it

  • You need a fully defined playbook to operate

  • You see AI and automation as a gimmick rather than your core toolset

  • You measure your day by tasks closed, not by systems built

  • Compliance dates and data feel like admin details to you

Bonus points if you

  • Have exposure to regulated environments

  • Are already fluent in the wealth product

How to apply?

Tell us why you want to join Finary. Share with us what excites you about our mission and how you will contribute. Make your first impression count.

Operations Deal Desk Manager (f/m/d) at Apaleo

Manages deal approvals and post-signature workflows, automating revenue processes across sales, legal, and customer success systems.

What this role involves

Join Apaleo and Shape the Future of Hospitality Tech!

Apaleo is the world’s most open, API-first property management platform powering the next generation of hospitality operations. Its modular, AI-powered infrastructure enables hoteliers to customise their tech stack, automate routine work, and deliver seamless, personalised guest experiences, powered by best-in-class apps and autonomous AI agents that adapt to every stay.

About the role

This is a new role at Apaleo, and an important one. You sit at the intersection of Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal and Customer Success, and you own two things: deals that close cleanly, and deals that go live fast. The second part is where you make the biggest difference. Every day between signature and go-live is a day the customer waits for value they have already bought. You design that path, you keep it clear, and you automate the parts that should never need a human. You will build this function from the ground up, with the mandate and the data to do it properly.

What you’ll do

  • Own the deal review and approval process for non-standard, complex and high-value deals
  • Structure pricing and commercial terms with Sales and Account Management, and make sure every deal works for revenue recognition and margin before signature
  • Partner with Legal on non-standard terms and redlines
  • Own the flow from signed to live: instrument it, find the blockers, fix what you can and escalate the rest with a recommendation
  • Automate the flow with agentic workflows across Chargebee, PandaDoc, HubSpot, n8n and Claude
  • Be the reliable point of contact when deals get complicated

How we’ll measure success

  • Median time from signed contract to live revenue
  • Share of deals and setup steps running without manual intervention
  • Cycle time for a non-standard deal review

We will set the baselines together in your first month.

What you bring

  • Multiple years experience in deal desk, revenue operations, business operations or commercial finance
  • Strong analytics. You turn a messy funnel into a ranked list of what to fix
  • Hands-on automation experience. You have built workflows, not just specified them
  • A sharp eye for commercial risk and an instinct for the pragmatic answer
  • The confidence to question another team’s process and leave with a decision
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You are building this function, not inheriting a playbook
  • Familiarity with subscription billing and contract tooling. Chargebee and PandaDoc are a plus

Your contributions will directly shape our innovative platform, influence company-wide decisions, and help redefine the future of hospitality tech. At Apaleo, your voice matters, your ideas are valued, and your impact is tangible. Be part of a team where your work fuels progress, collaboration sparks innovation, and growth is a shared journey.

  • Compliance Management: Formulate and manage client registration strategies for A2P 10DLC text messaging compliance. Serve as the subject matter expert on evolving industry regulations to ensure customer and platform alignment.
  • Operational Governance: Establish, maintain, and enforce team governance policy regarding service scope and resource allocation. Analyze incoming service requests, evaluate business impacts, and exercise independent authority to approve, reject, or re-route non-standard requests.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Discretion & Decision-Making: Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and make key decisions on matters of significance without direct supervision.
  • Analytical & Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated capacity to analyze system workflows, evaluate technical trade-offs, and recommend scalable operational solutions.
  • Operational Governance: Strong policy formulation and negotiation skills, with the confidence to enforce business standards and operational boundaries.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Prioritization: Understands what’s mission critical and what’s trivial, and acts accordingly.
  • Boundary & Queue Control: The confidence and assertiveness to challenge incoming requests that do not belong to your team, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Systems Experience: Prior experience managing or analyzing workflows within enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and SaaS ecosystems.
