Define and advance AML screening and payment compliance product capabilities by balancing regulatory requirements, customer needs, and technical complexity.
Innovative Systems, a worldwide leader of hi-tech data management, AML compliance, and Payment Screening solutions, is looking for a high-achieving detail-oriented AML Screening Product Manager(reporting to the Head of Product) who wants to be with an organization where they can make a REAL IMPACT!  Innovative provides just the right mix of opportunities.
What’s the challenge?
An AML Screening Product Manager faces the ongoing challenge of balancing speed, accuracy, and compliance in an environment where regulatory expectations evolve faster than product release cycles. Delivering real‑time decisioning while minimizing false‑positive rates becomes a core tension for compliance teams, especially as organizations demand faster results, agentic reviews, and a seamless user experience. Ensuring the product remains technically resilient while integrating with diverse third‑party data providers, and partner tools designed to enhance the scope of the results, adds operational and architectural complexity that must be managed on an ongoing basis.
At the same time, the product manager must understand and operationalize compliance requirements that differ across jurisdictions, industries, and payment types. This means translating regulatory mandates into actionable product functionalities while addressing customer pain points such as workflow bottlenecks, alert fatigue, screening latency, and evolving risk typologies. Engaging customers is both essential and challenging: they expect ease of use, rapid enhancements, and high configurability to match their internal policies. The PM must continuously prioritize features that minimize customer risk while ensuring the product remains competitive, scalable, and adaptable to new technologies and functionality in the market.
How will I make an impact?
You’ll help define and advance Innovative’s customer sanctions, watchlist, and payment screening capabilities in the global market, partnering closely with customers, engineers, and industry experts. Analyze screening data, user feedback, and operational metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
Support go‑to‑market planning, customer onboarding, and internal enablement for new payment capabilities.
Research and understand capabilities of key competitors, their product focus, and serve as an internal expert of the competitive landscape for revenue and product teams.
What do I need to have to make an impact?
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2-3 years supporting AML, sanctions, KYC, fraud, compliance, or financial crime solutions.

A strong understanding of the following:

You will define, refine, and prioritize data-related work across ingestion, transformation, APIs, integrations, and governance — ensuring the right data sources, structures, and intelligence are always available to support current products and future innovation.
Success in this role means bridging technical depth with product thinking: writing precise acceptance criteria, partnering closely with engineers and data architects, and relentlessly prioritizing the highest-impact work. You’ll work across Engineering, Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to turn data into a durable competitive advantage.
Data is not a supporting function at Dynatron — it is the foundation upon which our products are built. Every metric, recommendation, and workflow surfaced to a dealership service department depends on the depth, accuracy, and structure of the data we curate and evolve. The ideal candidate is equally at home interrogating source systems and mapping data gaps with our Data team as they are representing product requirements in architectural discussions. You translate product needs into data requirements with the rigor to ensure we build for extensibility and scale — not one-off solutions that require rework — and you hold both sides accountable to each other.
What You’ll Do
Ready to shape Dynatron’s product future?
Join us to build customer-centered products that turn insight into action, align teams around clear outcomes, and drive Dynatron’s next phase of growth.
Solution Consultant translates client requirements into custom technical solutions using APIs, no-code tools, and automation platforms, owning delivery end-to-end.
As Solution Consultant, you will be the technical partner of our account executives in France and Belgium. You are the person who translates client needs into concrete solutions built on top of the PriceHubble platform, then delivers them end-to-end.
The role combines:
Unlike our enterprise track, where a Solution Consultant works in a trinome with an account executive and a dedicated project manager, this role means owning your own project management. You are your own captain: you scope, you build, you deliver, you communicate.
Own project scope, timeline, and delivery for the accounts you support - you are your own project manager
Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, design) to deliver on time and to standard
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and GDPR compliance across your builds
Handover finished projects to customer success cleanly, with documentation
2-3 years of experience in a Solution Consultant, Technical Project Manager, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar client-facing technical role
You’re equally comfortable in French and English, close to native level in both. This isn’t a nice-to-have: you’ll be switching between the two every day
Comfortable presenting to clients and explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and confident way
Basic to intermediate technical foundation: you can read API documentation, understand JSON, work with structured data objects, and follow how systems talk to each other
Exposure to no-code or low-code tools (any of: Bubble, Webflow, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, n8n, ActivePieces, Retool)
An eye for design, quality, and detail: pixel-perfect matters when you build the customer-facing pages
Organised, reliable, and comfortable owning your own project management without a dedicated PM
Well-presented and professional in client-facing settings
Experience with automation platforms (n8n, ActivePieces, Zapier, Make)
Exposure to AI or LLM-powered workflows (autonomous agents, MCP, voice agents)
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and how to integrate with them
Understanding of JSON, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and basic HTTP concepts
Experience in SaaS, proptech, fintech, real estate, or data platforms
A personal side project or portfolio showing you are a builder
A CDI and a role with real ownership: you own your accounts, your projects, and your outcomes
Exposure to modern data platforms, AI-driven workflows, and automation technologies
Close collaboration with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams across Europe
An international, fast-growing SaaS environment where you can learn quickly and grow into more senior technical or PM role and professional development opportunities
Product manager who owns internal AI enablement workflows, configures agentic solutions for business teams, and drives adoption of AI capabilities across Finance, RevOps, and other departments.
Pindrop is the Real Human + Right Human® Identity Trust Platform for the AI era. As AI-driven fraud and deepfakes erode trust in digital communication, Pindrop delivers continuous identity verification and deepfake detection across voice, video, and digital interactions in real time.
Enterprises rely on Pindrop to secure billions of high-risk customer interactions each year, including top U.S. banks, as well as leading insurers and healthcare providers. Powered by models trained on more than 1.5 billion real-world interactions annually and protected by 300+ patents, Pindrop restores trust while reducing fraud, lowering operational costs, and improving customer experience.
Recognized by TIME as one of the Top 10 Most Influential Software Companies of 2026 and by Inc. for Best in Business for Innovation, Pindrop is backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, IVP, and CapitalG.
Pindrop is an AI-native company — but outside of Product, Engineering, and Research, most teams are still figuring out how to use AI in ways that actually stick. This role fixes that.
As Product Manager, AI Enablement, you will own the product experience that turns Pindrop’s AI capabilities into practical, repeatable workflows across Finance, RevOps, People, Recruiting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal. You are not an AI trainer or a help desk. You are a product manager whose users happen to be internal — and your job is to map their processes, identify the highest-value problems, build or configure the right agentic solutions, and prove the ROI.
You’ll sit within the centralized AI Operations group and work alongside an existing AI practitioner already embedded in Product. The first 50% of your time will focus on Finance and RevOps; the rest goes where the highest-value problems are.
More specifically, you will:
Must-haves:
Nice-to-haves:
Most companies are building AI strategy. Pindrop is past that — we’re building AI products for internal users who have real problems and real deadlines, and we need someone who can take that seriously.
This role puts you at the center of a hard and interesting problem: how do you move an organization from scattered AI experimentation to repeatable, measurable AI advantage? You’ll have a direct line to the leaders whose teams you’re serving, a peer already doing this work in Product, and the mandate to consolidate what’s working into something the whole company can use.
Fair warning: the first 60 days will feel exhilarating — every function has problems you can help with. The next 60 will feel hard — because shipping the last 20% of an AI solution is where most people stop, and your job is to not stop. If that arc sounds energizing rather than discouraging, you’re the right person.
You’ll work alongside some of the sharpest technical and creative minds in AI, security, and voice intelligence. We operate with intense focus on execution, and we’re a team that genuinely enjoys the work. If you want to build things that matter, teach others to use them, and help shape how a serious AI company operates — this is that opportunity.
Travel: This role requires approximately 6 trips per year for team on-sites, cross-functional workshops, and company events.
As a part of Pindrop, you’ll have a direct impact on our growing list of products and the future of security in the voice-driven economy. We hire great people and take care of them. Here’s a snapshot of the benefits we offer:
Competitive compensation package, including RSUs (Restricted Stock Units) for all employees, so everyone shares in our long-term success.
Remote-first environment - giving you flexibility and autonomy in how you structure your day.
While we work flexibly, we prioritize meaningful in-person moments through regular team on-sites, company-wide events, and intentional gatherings that foster connection, collaboration, and shared success.
Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)
Generous health and welfare plans to choose from - including one employer-paid “employee-only” plan!
Best-in-class Health Savings Account (HSA) employer contribution
Low-cost vision and dental plans for you and your family, providing comprehensive coverage and peace of mind.
Paid Parental Leave - Including birth, adoptive & foster parents
Recurring monthly phone and internet allowance to help cover essential connectivity costs and support flexible work.
Enhanced fertility and GLP-1 benefits to support family-building journeys and personalized health needs.
Annual Learning & Development stipend to support your professional growth, skill-building, certifications, and continued education.

We want a diverse, global team, with a broad range of experience and perspectives. If this job sounds great, but you’re not sure if you qualify, apply anyway! We carefully consider every application and will either move forward with you, find another team that might be a better fit, keep in touch for future opportunities, or thank you for your time.
At Pindrop, we view artificial intelligence as a transformative force that, when harnessed responsibly, can unlock unprecedented value for our customers, partners and society and enable and empower us to continue to deliver cutting-edge technology to combat fraud and unblur the lines between what it means to be human versus machine.
Pindrop may use AI tools to help prioritize job applications for human review. The AI tool may analyze your work experience and skills to assess fit for the role, but does not consider your name or contact details. Applications with the strongest match to job requirements are prioritized for human review; not all applications may be individually reviewed.
Here at Pindrop, it is our mission to create and maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment. Senior Product Manager owns the vision and roadmap for benefits infrastructure, managing integrations, cost systems, and unifying benefits administration across multiple employment products.
Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. We make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. With our core values at heart and future focused work culture, our team works tirelessly on ambitious problems, asynchronously, around the world. You can find Remoters working from 6 different continents (Antarctica left to go!) and all of our positions are fully remote.
With Innovation as one of the core values, we have built Automation and AI capabilities into the requirements for every role.
We encourage every member of the Remote team to bring their talents, experiences and culture to the table to help us build the best-in-class HR platform.
If you are energetic, curious, motivated and ambitious, be part of our world. Apply now and define the future of work!
Benefits at Remote is becoming the provider-agnostic, payroll-correct, compliance-monitored infrastructure layer that sits underneath every way Remote employs someone — Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO — and, increasingly, underneath any external HR system a customer brings. It stops being a standalone module people click through and becomes a layer other systems build on top of: invisible when it works, indispensable when it doesn’t.
Near term, this is a deeply integration-heavy role. You’ll take over a live, high-stakes book of work: migrating benefit costs onto a unified payroll system across multiple carrier and broker paths, standing up retirement plan administration for US global payroll, building provider-agnostic cost ingestion so any customer can bring their own broker or carrier, making benefits data flowing out of clients’ own HR systems land correctly in payroll, and resolving benefit-cost data-integrity incidents that touch real employee paychecks. This is hands-in-the-data work: reconciliation logic, eligibility files, settlement thresholds, migration sequencing.
Longer term, this is a full-scope experience and unification role. As Remote consolidates fragmented, product-by-product benefits tooling into one administration platform, one cost-ingestion pipeline, and one source of truth, you’ll own the vision and roadmap for making benefits behave consistently everywhere — the same primitives (offers, costs, enrollment, providers, statuses) working the same way across 90+ countries and across Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO, and HRIS-connected customers alike. You’ll also own how that layer shows up for non-human consumers — APIs and agent-facing tooling — not just for people in a UI.
This is a senior, high-autonomy role reporting into Product leadership, with regular exposure to Engineering, Payroll Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal/Compliance.
Nice to have
Own the Benefits infrastructure strategy — near-term integrations, long-term unification
Lead complex, cross-functional integration delivery
Build a seamless benefits experience across products
Own data integrity across partner integrations
Manage the partner portfolio
Communicate and align

$59,900—$151,650 USD
Our full benefits & perks are explained in our handbook at remote.com/r/benefits. As a global company, each country works differently, but some benefits/perks are for all Remoters:

You will be empowered to take ownership and be proactive. When in doubt you will default to action instead of waiting. Your life-work balance is important and you will be encouraged to put yourself and your family first, and fit work around your needs.
If that sounds like something you want, apply now!
Not only do we encourage folks from all ethnic groups, genders, sexuality, age, abilities, disability status and any other under-represented group to apply, but we prioritize a sense of belonging. We have 4 ERGs (Women, Disability, Queer, Minorities in Tech) who meet regularly with the People team. During your interviews and beyond, we ask & encourage anybody who needs an accommodation to request one from their recruiter.
We will ask you to voluntarily tell us your pronouns at interview stage, and you will have the option to answer our anonymous demographic questionnaire when you apply below. As an equal employment opportunity employer it’s important to us that our workforce reflects people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences and this data will help us to stay accountable. What’s the challenge?
An AML Screening Product Manager faces the ongoing challenge of balancing speed, accuracy, and compliance in an environment where regulatory expectations evolve faster than product release cycles.

Technical Product Owner owns the data platform backlog, writes acceptance criteria, and bridges engineering and product teams to deliver data infrastructure that powers the AI-driven platform.
“Dynatron is championing a new standard of Fixed Ops excellence for automotive dealerships. We cut through the Fixed Ops data fog and deliver unique insights and actions that help you drive revenue growth, expand margins, and uplift retention—all through a unique AI-powered Fixed Ops Data Intelligence Platform, proven methodology, and expert coaching.
We’re seeking a hands-on, technically fluent Technical Product Owner to own the delivery and evolution of the data platform that powers Dynatron’s products and client outcomes.
