Product Director of Product Management - Technical at MelodyArc

Director owns product roadmap and strategy for an enterprise AI orchestration platform, translating customer needs into sequenced delivery plans while working hands-on with engineering and customers.

What this role involves

Director of Product Management

About MelodyArc

MelodyArc is building the orchestration layer for enterprise service work — where rules, people, and AI collaborate to get complex operations done reliably at scale. Our orchestration core (the Point Engine) enables teams to configure agentic AI Operators that execute work end-to-end while leveraging existing business logic and human-in-the-loop workflows. Learn More.

Role Overview

As Director of Product Management, you’ll own the product roadmap and strategy for a fast-moving organization serving large enterprise operations. This is not a manage-from-the-whiteboard role: you’ll wear many hats and do whatever it takes to see technical delivery over the line, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, Deployment Strategists, and customers. You’ll turn what you observe in the field into a sharp, sequenced strategy, and just as often into a working prototype that proves the idea before we invest in building it for real.

The best person for this role is an operator and a builder: equal parts product strategist, hands-on prototyper, and delivery-driver who is energized by ambiguity and a break-neck delivery. You translate messy enterprise needs into clarity, ruthlessly prioritize, and never let a deliverable stall for lack of an owner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and strategy for the organization; translate enterprise customer needs and market signals into a clear, sequenced plan aligned to company objectives.
  • Wear many hats to get technical delivery over the line — partner hands-on with engineering and the field team, unblock execution, fill gaps, and do whatever the moment requires to ship.
  • Rapidly prototype new features based on observed client needs — turn field signals into mockups, specs, and working proofs of concept that validate value fast and de-risk the build.
  • Write crisp PRDs, define success metrics and KPIs, and prioritize ruthlessly by business value and technical feasibility.
  • Balance platform investment against forward-deployed, customer-specific delivery.
  • Partner across engineering, design, data, Sales, and customers; facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership; keep alignment across the organization.
  • Build and grow the product function over time, mentoring product managers as the team scales.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years in product management, including 5+ years in technical product roles, with experience owning a product area or leading a product function.
  • Demonstrated track record shipping enterprise software end-to-end, from concept through production launch.
  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable in code-adjacent work — reading data and SQL, and prototyping with low-code tools or light scripting to validate ideas without waiting on engineering.
  • A proven “many hats” operator mindset — willing to do the unglamorous, cross-functional work required to land delivery.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and the ability to make sound technical trade-offs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the executive presence to drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience translating customer and field signals into product requirements and a prioritized plan.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML, agentic AI, or data products; familiarity with workflow or orchestration platforms.
  • Familiarity with NodeJS/TypeScript, cloud platforms (AWS), and modern prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of customer service operations, contact-center workflows, or enterprise business-process operations.
  • 0-to-1 / founder / early-team product experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Experience supporting SOC 2 Type II or similar compliance frameworks in product development.

Location

Remote (United States).

Equal Opportunity

MelodyArc is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, genetic information, or any other status protected by law. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or interview process, let your recruiter know and we’ll work with you.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $150,000–$185,000. This is a good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay on hire; where an offer lands depends on experience, skills, and work location. As an early-stage company, total compensation also includes equity. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, flexible paid time off, and paid parental leave.

Product Staff Product Manager - Care Application Platform at Included Health

Staff PM defines product strategy and roadmap for AI-native clinical care tools, partnering across engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to reimagine practitioner workflows.

Lead Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Included Health is building an AI-native Care Platform that helps clinicians and care teams deliver higher-quality care with less administrative burden. We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the product strategy for the tools that practitioners use every day across Clinical and Care.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical workflows, care operations, platform infrastructure, and applied AI. You will identify where intelligent systems can remove friction, improve decision quality, and help teams act on the right information at the right time. You will shape experiences in which people, AI agents, and underlying systems work together safely and effectively—not by adding AI as a feature, but by rethinking how care workflows should operate when capable AI is part of the product from the start.

You will partner closely with clinicians, care operators, Engineering, Design, Data, AI/ML, Security, Legal, and senior product leaders. Together, you will build the foundations that allow AI-enabled capabilities to scale across service lines while preserving clinical judgment, appropriate human oversight, privacy, safety, and trust.

This is a Staff-level individual contributor role with broad, cross-functional scope. You will establish direction in an ambiguous space, make tradeoffs across platform leverage and near-term delivery, and turn a fragmented set of practitioner needs into a coherent product strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-native Clinical and Care Tools in the Care App.

  • Reimagine practitioner workflows using AI for contextual assistance, summarization, intelligent task orchestration, recommendations, documentation, and agent-assisted execution.

  • Decide what to automate, augment, delegate to an AI agent, or keep human-led based on user value, clinical risk, and operational constraints.

  • Partner with clinicians, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data, Legal, Security, and Compliance to build trustworthy, reusable capabilities across service lines.

  • Establish evaluation, monitoring, human-oversight, and launch frameworks for AI-enabled experiences, including quality, safety, reliability, adoption, and workflow outcomes.

  • Lead products from discovery through launch and iteration, creating alignment, driving adoption, and improving outcomes through research, analytics, and real-world feedback.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience leading complex product and platform initiatives

  • Experience defining and shipping AI-enabled, automation, workflow, or platform products for clinicians, care teams, expert users, or operational teams.

  • Ability to partner deeply with technical teams on data, APIs, architecture, integrations, reliability, observability, permissions, security, and cost.

  • Experience in clinical, care-delivery, healthcare operations, or another high-stakes domain, with comfort navigating privacy, compliance, auditability, and human oversight.

  • Experience building reusable platform capabilities across multiple products, workflows, or service lines in a startup or scaling environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, communicate clearly, and turn ambiguity into strategy and shipped outcomes.

Product Principal Product Manager at Chime

Leads end-to-end product strategy and execution for lending top-of-funnel platform, owning discovery, registration, and approval experiences across multiple credit products.

Lead Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the role

We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead Top of Funnel Lending at Chime. This is a platform role, not a single-product role: it spans every credit product we take top of the funnel for — loans, credit cards, lines of credit, and the products that come next. You’ll own how members discover, register for, and get approved for credit at Chime, setting acquisition and conversion strategy across the full lending portfolio and building the platform that every current and future lending product grows on top of. The opportunity here is enormous for Chime’s growth. It is bigger still for the millions of Americans looking for a fair source of liquidity — a little help getting past an unexpected expense, or a way out of bad debt.

As our Principal Product Manager for Lending Top of Funnel, you’ll own the product end-to-end — from defining strategy and prioritizing investments to partnering across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance to bring your vision to life. You’ll lead company-program-sized cross-functional efforts: building new registration flows into Chime; growing the funnel with credit bureaus, data rich affiliates, and other channels; partnering with Product Marketing to get sharp on channel optimization and CAC; and building the experiences that determine whether a member converts. This role reports to the Director of Product.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $255,000 and up to $290,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for lending top of funnel end-to-end, across loans first, but additionally credit cards, lines of credit, and the credit products that come next.
  • Lead company-program-sized cross-functional efforts, starting with new registration flows into Chime.
  • Grow the funnel zero to one.
  • Partner deeply with Product Marketing on channel optimization and CAC to make acquisition efficient at scale.
  • Build the experiences that decide whether a member converts to Chime for their primary bank.
  • Give millions of Americans a fair source of liquidity when they need it, whether that’s covering an unexpected expense or getting out of bad debt.
  • Drive product decisions across the full product lifecycle, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Make high-conviction prioritization decisions and align cross-functional teams around a clear product vision, measurable outcomes, and business impact.
  • Use customer insights, experimentation, and data to continuously improve the member experience while growing a profitable business.
  • Serve as a product leader for the team, creating clarity, setting direction, and ensuring exceptional execution from strategy through launch.

To thrive in this role, you have

  • 11+ years of experience leading consumer product strategy and execution for high-impact digital products from concept through scale.
  • Direct experience growing the top of funnel for lending products — loans, credit cards, or lines of credit — at a major consumer business, with measurable results on application volume, conversion, and CAC.
  • A proven track record of owning complex product areas with measurable business outcomes, ideally including growth, monetization, or financial products.
  • Experience working with credit bureaus, affiliates, and acquisition marketplaces and partnering with Product Marketing on channel strategy.
  • Experience building or managing complex consumer financial platforms, high-scale fintech products, or mission-critical decisioning systems.
  • Experience making strategic product decisions in highly cross-functional environments with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Risk, and business partners.
  • Strong product intuition backed by data, with the ability to prioritize effectively and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
  • Experience building products that simplify complex customer problems and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and executive audiences.

Product Pendo: Director, Customer Growth & Lifecycle

Director owns full customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion, designs data-driven engagement programs, and leads a team of adoption managers.

Lead Remote Posted 8 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Raleigh, NC / New York, NY / EST Remote

The Team + The Role

Pendo is rebuilding for the AI era, with new products, new buyers, and new ways to deliver value to customers. The Customer Growth and Lifecycle function sits at the center of that shift, helping turn customer engagement into a deliberate, repeatable, compounding growth motion. This team connects product usage, customer behavior, experimentation, and lifecycle programs to help customers get more value from Pendo.

As Director, Customer Growth & Lifecycle, you will own the lifecycle motion from first login to fully embedded power user. You will design the experiments, programs, and data-driven interventions that make engagement intentional rather than accidental, using Pendo’s own platform and analytics to understand what moves adoption, retention, and expansion. You will also lead a team of approximately five Adoption Managers and Pendo’s Center of Excellence / Product Operations function.

This is a role based in-office in Raleigh or New York, or Remote in the East Coast.

What this looks like day-to-day

  • Customer lifecycle ownership: Build, iterate, and optimize the full digital customer journey from onboarding through expansion. You will start with functional lifecycle infrastructure and make it more measurable, scalable, and compounding.
  • Behavior-to-action strategy: Use Pendo’s own analytics to identify where users find value, where they drop off, and which interventions move the needle. You will scope and prove your own work rather than waiting on an analyst to define the opportunity.
  • Scaled Pendo-on-Pendo execution: Act as one of Pendo’s most important internal practitioners of the product. Design and ship cross-channel experiments across in-app guides, email, NPS, segmentation, and other lifecycle channels that show customers what great product engagement looks like.
  • Roadmap influence: Bring front-line visibility into customer behavior directly into product conversations. Your insights will help shape feature decisions and improve how Pendo builds for adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Team leadership: Develop and lead a team of approximately five Adoption Managers while also guiding Pendo’s Center of Excellence / Product Operations function. You will set direction, coach the team, and raise the operating ceiling while staying close to the work.

Who You Are

Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work.

You're a builder, not a maintainer.

You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Directors of Customer Growth & Lifecycle don't just follow instructions; they operate as strategic advisors, influencing decisions, guiding stakeholders, and elevating how we work.

You're AI-curious - genuinely.

You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything — how you approach your work, how you prep, how you communicate, how you think. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut.

Must-haves

  • 7+ years of experience in product growth, lifecycle design, or growth marketing in software.
  • Experience running lifecycle or growth programs in a product-led SaaS company where the end user and economic buyer are different people.
  • A proven track record of moving product adoption and retention metrics, including clear examples of programs you shipped and the measurable impact they created.
  • Experience building and leading a team of growth or lifecycle professionals focused on the customer journey.
  • Strong data fluency, including the ability to scope, query, analyze, and prove the impact of your own work without creating an analyst dependency.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation, including forming hypotheses, testing quickly, learning from results, and shipping improvements.
  • Power-user experience with Pendo.
  • Daily use of AI tools, with a clear point of view on where they accelerate growth, lifecycle, and customer engagement work.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience designing lifecycle programs that connect digital onboarding, product usage, retention, and expansion.
  • Experience using customer conversations alongside behavioral data to understand motivation, friction, and value realization.
  • Experience influencing product roadmap decisions through customer behavior insights and lifecycle learnings.
  • Experience leading a Center of Excellence or Product Operations function.

What this role involves

Why Thunderbird?

Thunderbird is one of the world’s most trusted open-source email applications, empowering more than 20 million people globally. At MZLA, the team behind Thunderbird, we build privacy-respecting communication and productivity tools that help people manage their digital lives while staying in control of their data.

We are open source by design. Our products are developed transparently and in collaboration with a global community of contributors, and that same spirit shapes how we work: collaboratively, inclusively, and with a shared commitment to putting users first.

We are a small but growing company of 60+ people distributed across seven countries. As Thunderbird evolves beyond a single desktop application, we are expanding across desktop, mobile, paid services, and new product experiences that help people and organizations work more effectively without giving up control to big tech ecosystems.

Our revenue model combines user donations, which help keep Thunderbird’s apps freely available, with paid services that cover the costs of hosted offerings while supporting long-term sustainability and continued innovation.

A note about MZLA and Mozilla: MZLA Technologies Corporation is the nonprofit-owned company behind Thunderbird and part of the Mozilla family. MZLA is separate from Mozilla Corporation and has its own compensation programs, benefits, and employment policies.

The opportunity

Thunderbolt is an open-source, cross-platform AI product initiative from the team behind Thunderbird. It is being built around a clear principle: people and organizations should be able to use AI while staying in control of their data, infrastructure, model choices, and long-term options. Thunderbolt is designed to support flexible deployment models, integrations with AI tools and workflows, and use cases across desktop, web, and mobile.

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead engineering execution, people management, and operating practices for Thunderbolt as it moves from R&D incubation into a more mature product and enterprise development phase. This role will help the team define what production-ready means at this stage: stronger release discipline, clearer ownership, higher user-facing product quality, stronger engineering practices, and a more scalable operating model.

This is a hands-on technical management role for a seasoned engineering leader who has helped early-stage products become reliable, production-ready, and enterprise-ready. You will manage and grow a small senior engineering team, stay close to code quality and technical execution, and partner closely with product and technical leadership to turn an open-source, privacy-respecting AI product into something organizations can deploy with confidence.

We are looking for someone who has seen this stage before: a promising early product, a small senior team, real enterprise interest, incomplete process, and the need to move quickly without creating fragile systems or one-off customer work.

What you’ll do

  • Lead engineering execution by clarifying priorities, ownership, timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality expectations.
  • Manage engineers and contractors, including coaching, feedback, prioritization, performance support, and team development.
  • Stay close to the codebase by contributing code, reviewing technical work, evaluating tradeoffs, and helping the team maintain momentum and quality.
  • Partner with technical and product leadership to turn product direction, AI strategy, user experience goals, and technical priorities into coordinated engineering plans.
  • Establish planning, review, release, and follow-through practices that improve predictability and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, reliability, security awareness, maintainability, and release readiness.
  • Build strong product and architectural context across AI-enabled workflows, integrations, local-first or customer-controlled architectures, and release requirements.
  • Partner across product, design, enterprise-facing teams, and technical leadership to balance speed, user experience, privacy, quality, enterprise readiness, and long-term sustainability.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and resource planning as the Thunderbolt engineering team grows.
  • Help Thunderbolt scale from an incubation-stage product into a reliable, enterprise-ready open-source AI product.

What you bring

  • 15+ years of professional software development experience, including significant experience in senior engineering leadership or complex product delivery roles.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, including senior engineers or senior individual contributors.
  • A track record of leading a team that shipped polished, top-tier products held to a genuine standard of craft.
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous product and technical direction into clear plans, ownership models, and delivery momentum.
  • Technical fluency with AI-enabled products, including the ability to evaluate tradeoffs across areas such as LLM applications, RAG workflows, agents, enterprise search, automation, on-device AI, or AI evaluation.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex applications across multiple platforms, such as desktop, web, and mobile, using technologies such as Tauri, Electron, React Native, or comparable frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise software, regulated environments, or similarly complex technical products, including security, privacy, compliance readiness, administration, integrations, and customer-controlled deployment models.
  • Practical experience with local-first, offline-capable, self-hosted, hybrid, on-premise, air-gapped, or other customer-controlled product architectures, including tradeoffs related to data storage, sync, privacy, reliability, and user experience.
  • Experience improving engineering practices related to technical planning, code review, release readiness, testing, documentation, CI/CD, maintainability, or technical debt management.
  • Excellent communication skills around technical prioritization, release risk, ownership, quality expectations, and tradeoffs.

Bonus points for

  • Experience working in open-source or maintainer-style engineering environments.
  • Experience with compliance or security standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience helping take a product from zero to one in a startup or new product initiative.

What success looks like

Success in this role means helping Thunderbolt make the leap from promising R&D-stage product to a production-ready, enterprise-grade open-source AI product that security-conscious organizations can deploy with confidence. • Raise the quality of the user-facing product experience while protecting codebase health, maintainability, privacy, and security.
  • Build the lightweight structure needed for a senior team to do its best work without slowing down experimentation.
  • Help build Thunderbolt for global scale, enterprise adoption, and real-world impact!

Within the first year, the Senior Engineering Manager should help turn a fast-moving early product into a team and engineering system that can scale by helping the team:

  • Define what “production-ready” means for Thunderbolt and consistently meet that bar.
  • Create the clarity, ownership, and release confidence the team needs to ship quickly and sustainably.

Work environment

This is afull-time, fully remote position. You’ll work with our passionate staff, open-source community members and partners from all over the globe. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for effective collaboration across time zones and disciplines.

Compensation & benefits

We benchmark our base salaries to local markets and target the 60th percentile of the peer market. The salary ranges for this role are:

Product GTM Strategy & Operations Lead at Affirm

Designs and executes go-to-market strategies for product lines, coordinating cross-functional launches and enabling sales teams to drive adoption.

Lead Posted 9 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

About the Revenue team

The Revenue team drives Affirm’s top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help partners succeed. We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through Affirm’s products.

About the Role

GTM Strategy & Operations takes product and pricing initiatives and creates commercially viable, operationally sound go-to-market motions. We partner with Product, Product Marketing, Legal, Rev Ops, and Pricing to design rollout groups, coordinate implementation, and equip the field — CSMs, AEs, and TAMs — with the processes they need to create world-class go-to-market. As an individual contributor, the Lead owns the go-to-market for a specific product line or segment end to end. You’re handed the objective (“drive adoption for this new feature”) and you decide how: the rollout plan, the enablement, the tracking. You turn half-formed product and pricing inputs into a plan a rep can actually execute.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the go-to-market for a product line or segment end to end — rollout design, enablement, and the adoption target you’re driving toward.

  • Turn inputs from cross-functional stakeholders like Product, Pricing, and PMM into a coherent GTM strategy, and track adoption against goal.

  • Fluently navigate different perspectives on the same launch — the exec “why it matters,” the customer value proposition, and the rep’s reasons to believe.

  • Build and maintain the materials, processes, and playbooks the field needs.

  • Sit close to the field, and turn what you hear into recommendations for Product Marketing.

  • Analyze performance data to find where a launch is stalling, and flag risks early.

What We Look For

  • 6+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, revenue or sales operations, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or another high-growth environment.

  • A track record of owning a go-to-market motion or product line end to end, rollout through adoption, within a defined scope.

  • You’ve been handed vague “go make this work” instructions, then built a solution that resonated with stakeholders and customers.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics, Legal, or Pricing.

  • Comfort translating product and pricing strategy into practical, field-ready execution.

  • Solid analytical instincts: you use adoption and performance data to decide what to do next, not just to report what happened.

  • Clear, action-oriented writing and speaking.

  • You do your best work in ambiguity and move fast without waiting to be told the approach.

  • Familiarity with merchant, payments, or fintech ecosystems is a must-have.

Equity Grade - 6

Principal Product Manager leads discovery and execution for content authoring tools, delivery experiences, and CMS platforms serving educators and students.

Lead Posted 9 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: DC, District of Columbia, United States

Job description

Who We Are

Great Minds is a high-growth, mission-driven organization founded by educators in 2007. As a for-profit, Public Benefit Corporation, we believe all students deserve access to meaningful, challenging content—and all teachers deserve tools that are intuitive, effective, and built for the realities of today’s classrooms.

We develop high-quality, knowledge-rich math, science and ELA curricula grounded in research and designed in collaboration with educators. Our materials reflect real classroom needs and are built to drive lasting student outcomes.

We are committed to usability, coherence, and practical implementation—supporting teachers not just through curriculum, but with professional learning, purposeful technology, and responsive service that enable strong adoption and impact.

What We Build

Our products—Eureka Math and Eureka Math², Wit & Wisdom, PhD Science, Geodes, and the newly launched Arts & Letters ELA—are trusted by thousands of schools and districts nationwide.

  • Eureka Math is the most widely used math curriculum in the U.S., and is focused on balancing conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and application.

  • Wit & Wisdom® and Arts & Letters ELA™ anchor our reading strategy with content-rich, grade-level instruction that integrates literature, history, and the arts, grounded in the science of reading. Geodes® complements our reading suite with decodable texts that pair phonics with meaningful content to support early literacy.

  • PhD Science is a hands-on K-5 Science program that sparks curiosity as students build enduring knowledge of how the scientific world works.

These programs reflect a shared belief in high expectations, joyful rigor, and deep respect for educators and students.

Where We’re Headed

Great Minds is entering a new stage of growth and product maturity. We are focused on building more connected, customer-informed experiences across the full educator journey—from curriculum to professional learning to platform and support.

Our long-term vision is to become a true partner in impact—not just delivering curriculum, but supporting educators in achieving outcomes at scale.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director, Digital Product Management, the Principal Product Manager (Content Authoring, Delivery & CMS) will lead discovery and execution for our content authoring tools, end user delivery experiences, and content management system (CMS). This role will be critical to how curriculum and assessment content is created, managed, and experienced by teachers, students, administrators, and internal teams. This is a top-level individual contributor role with broad ownership and influence. The position will work with product design, engineering, curriculum, and assessment teams to ensure Great Minds’ authoring and delivery platforms are coherent, scalable, and deeply supportive of high-quality K–12 instructional and assessment experiences. The role will partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and other teams in and outside the Digital department.

Responsibilities

  • Content Authoring Platforms:

    • Define and evolve the product vision for tools used to author curriculum and assessment content.

    • Balance usability for authors with structural rigor required for downstream delivery, analytics, and interoperability.

    • Partner with curriculum and assessment teams to translate instructional intent into scalable software capabilities.

  • End User Content Delivery:

    • In partnership with the Chief Technology Officer, directors, and other leaders, form product strategy for how authored content is delivered to teachers, students, and administrators.

    • Ensure delivery experiences are performant, accessible, intuitive, and instructionally sound.

    • Work closely with Digital Product Design to validate real classroom and instructional workflows.

  • CMS and Content Architecture:

    • Initiate and sometimes facilitate product direction conversations for the CMS, including content models, workflows, permissions, versioning, and publishing—working with but deferring to expert partners in Product Design and Engineering.

    • Ensure the CMS supports multiple products, grade levels, subjects, delivery contexts, and modalities.

    • Partner with Engineering on long-term platform scalability and maintainability.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Set clear product strategy and success metrics for authoring, delivery, and CMS capabilities.

    • Translate complex instructional and operational needs into well-scoped product initiatives.

    • Write clear roadmap proposals and product requirements when they are defined.

    • Collaborate deeply with Product Design to ground decisions in user needs and evidence.

    • Partner with Engineering to make sound trade-offs across speed, quality, and technical health.

    • Influence roadmap priorities in partnership with Product Management and leadership.

    • Act as a subject matter expert on content platforms for Great Minds commercial products.

    • Identify and reduce friction across the content lifecycle—from creation to classroom use.

Job requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with senior level ownership of complex platforms or systems

  • Experience building products that serve multiple user types (authors, teachers, students, admins, internal teams) and not exclusively authors

  • Deep understanding of content authoring tools, CMS platforms, and structured content systems
