Product Product Manager - AML Screening at Innovative Systems, Inc.

Define and advance AML screening and payment compliance product capabilities by balancing regulatory requirements, customer needs, and technical complexity.

Mid Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Innovative Systems, a worldwide leader of hi-tech data management, AML compliance, and Payment Screening solutions, is looking for a high-achieving detail-oriented AML Screening Product Manager(reporting to the Head of Product) who wants to be with an organization where they can make a REAL IMPACT!  Innovative provides just the right mix of opportunities.

What’s the challenge?

An AML Screening Product Manager faces the ongoing challenge of balancing speed, accuracy, and compliance in an environment where regulatory expectations evolve faster than product release cycles. Delivering real‑time decisioning while minimizing false‑positive rates becomes a core tension for compliance teams, especially as organizations demand faster results, agentic reviews, and a seamless user experience. Ensuring the product remains technically resilient while integrating with diverse third‑party data providers, and partner tools designed to enhance the scope of the results, adds operational and architectural complexity that must be managed on an ongoing basis.

At the same time, the product manager must understand and operationalize compliance requirements that differ across jurisdictions, industries, and payment types. This means translating regulatory mandates into actionable product functionalities while addressing customer pain points such as workflow bottlenecks, alert fatigue, screening latency, and evolving risk typologies. Engaging customers is both essential and challenging: they expect ease of use, rapid enhancements, and high configurability to match their internal policies. The PM must continuously prioritize features that minimize customer risk while ensuring the product remains competitive, scalable, and adaptable to new technologies and functionality in the market.

How will I make an impact?

You’ll help define and advance Innovative’s customer sanctions, watchlist, and payment screening capabilities in the global market, partnering closely with customers, engineers, and industry experts. Your work will directly influence how Innovative’s customers conduct onboarding and payment screening, while supporting global requirements for a secure ecosystem.

This role is a great fit if you:

This is not a “sit in meetings and write requirements” role. This is a chance to influence product direction, work directly with customers, and help ensure that complex screening flows are executed accurately, efficiently, and defensibly—at global scale. If you want your work to have real regulatory, operational, and customer impact, you’ll find the opportunity here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns the product lifecycle for AML Screening products, including discovery, roadmap development, requirements definition, and release management

  • Work with Partner Managers to identify new curated data sources and strategic partner integrations.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends to inform product decisions and strategic initiatives.

  • Partner with engineering, operations, and revenue stakeholders to design and deliver enhancements and new functionality across the screening platform

  • Analyze screening data, user feedback, and operational metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Support go‑to‑market planning, customer onboarding, and internal enablement for new payment capabilities.

  • Research and understand capabilities of key competitors, their product focus, and serve as an internal expert of the competitive landscape for revenue and product teams.

What do I need to have to make an impact?

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2-3 years supporting AML, sanctions, KYC, fraud, compliance, or financial crime solutions.

  • Strong business requirements writing experience, including taking complex customer requests and feedback and turning them into actionable requirements

  • Familiarity with global financial crime compliance expectations across banking, fintech, payments, and financial services.

  • Demonstrated experience defining product vision, roadmap strategy, and prioritization frameworks.

  • Experience working with  APIs, data integrations, and enterprise software platforms.

  • Define and monitor key product KPIs including screening accuracy, false positive rates, throughput, latency, customer adoption, and operational efficiency.

  • Experience working within Agile software development environments and managing product backlogs, user stories, and release cycles.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers, uncovering needs, and translating insights into product improvements.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an ability to interpret complex technical and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Product Solution Consultant France & Belgium (f/m/d) - Hybrid / Remote at PriceHubble

Solution Consultant translates client requirements into custom technical solutions using APIs, no-code tools, and automation platforms, owning delivery end-to-end.

Mid Hybrid Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

As Solution Consultant, you will be the technical partner of our account executives in France and Belgium. You are the person who translates client needs into concrete solutions built on top of the PriceHubble platform, then delivers them end-to-end.

The role combines:

  • Client-facing consulting and solution design (approx. 50%): working alongside account executives to understand client needs, demo the product, scope custom solutions, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on solution delivery (approx. 50%): configuring, building, and integrating the solutions you scoped, using our stack of APIs, internal and external no-code tools, and automation platforms

Unlike our enterprise track, where a Solution Consultant works in a trinome with an account executive and a dedicated project manager, this role means owning your own project management. You are your own captain: you scope, you build, you deliver, you communicate.

Customer-facing solution design

  • Support account executives during discovery and demo calls: explain technical concepts in an accessible way to non-technical audiences
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into structured technical solutions
  • Present, defend, and iterate on solutions with clients across French and Belgian markets
  • Bring an eye for detail and quality to everything client-facing: microsites, branded pages, reports, communication assets

Hands-on solution delivery

  • With Designer support, configure and adapt PriceHubble solutions (property valuation portals, lead engines, ownership dashboards) to client branding and specific needs, using our internal no-code tool Page Builder
  • Build API integrations between PriceHubble services and client systems (CRM, forms, portals)
  • Wire automation workflows using tools such as n8n or ActivePieces (webhooks, lead routing, notifications, engagement triggers)
  • Structure data flows, dossiers, and custom records within the PriceHubble platform
  • Test, iterate, and ship: your work goes live to real end users, and you own its quality

Project ownership

  • Own project scope, timeline, and delivery for the accounts you support - you are your own project manager

  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, design) to deliver on time and to standard

  • Ensure scalability, maintainability, and GDPR compliance across your builds

  • Handover finished projects to customer success cleanly, with documentation

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Solution Consultant, Technical Project Manager, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar client-facing technical role

  • You’re equally comfortable in French and English, close to native level in both. This isn’t a nice-to-have: you’ll be switching between the two every day

  • Comfortable presenting to clients and explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and confident way

  • Basic to intermediate technical foundation: you can read API documentation, understand JSON, work with structured data objects, and follow how systems talk to each other

  • Exposure to no-code or low-code tools (any of: Bubble, Webflow, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, n8n, ActivePieces, Retool)

  • An eye for design, quality, and detail: pixel-perfect matters when you build the customer-facing pages

  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable owning your own project management without a dedicated PM

  • Well-presented and professional in client-facing settings

Preferred

  • Experience with automation platforms (n8n, ActivePieces, Zapier, Make)

  • Exposure to AI or LLM-powered workflows (autonomous agents, MCP, voice agents)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and how to integrate with them

  • Understanding of JSON, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and basic HTTP concepts

  • Experience in SaaS, proptech, fintech, real estate, or data platforms

  • A personal side project or portfolio showing you are a builder

  • A CDI and a role with real ownership: you own your accounts, your projects, and your outcomes

  • Exposure to modern data platforms, AI-driven workflows, and automation technologies

  • Close collaboration with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams across Europe

  • An international, fast-growing SaaS environment where you can learn quickly and grow into more senior technical or PM role and professional development opportunities

Product Product Manager, AI Enablement at Pindrop

Product manager who owns internal AI enablement workflows, configures agentic solutions for business teams, and drives adoption of AI capabilities across Finance, RevOps, and other departments.

Mid Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

Pindrop is the Real Human + Right HumanÂŽ Identity Trust Platform for the AI era. As AI-driven fraud and deepfakes erode trust in digital communication, Pindrop delivers continuous identity verification and deepfake detection across voice, video, and digital interactions in real time.

Enterprises rely on Pindrop to secure billions of high-risk customer interactions each year, including top U.S. banks, as well as leading insurers and healthcare providers. Powered by models trained on more than 1.5 billion real-world interactions annually and protected by 300+ patents, Pindrop restores trust while reducing fraud, lowering operational costs, and improving customer experience.

Recognized by TIME as one of the Top 10 Most Influential Software Companies of 2026 and by Inc. for Best in Business for Innovation, Pindrop is backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, IVP, and CapitalG.

What you’ll do

Pindrop is an AI-native company — but outside of Product, Engineering, and Research, most teams are still figuring out how to use AI in ways that actually stick. This role fixes that.

As Product Manager, AI Enablement, you will own the product experience that turns Pindrop’s AI capabilities into practical, repeatable workflows across Finance, RevOps, People, Recruiting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal. You are not an AI trainer or a help desk. You are a product manager whose users happen to be internal — and your job is to map their processes, identify the highest-value problems, build or configure the right agentic solutions, and prove the ROI.

You’ll sit within the centralized AI Operations group and work alongside an existing AI practitioner already embedded in Product. The first 50% of your time will focus on Finance and RevOps; the rest goes where the highest-value problems are.

More specifically, you will:

  • Map processes before touching AI. Sit with stakeholders, document current-state workflows end to end, extract the context and tools involved, and identify precisely where AI can reduce friction — not the other way around.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of internal AI tools, agentic workflows, and prompt-based copilots that solve discrete, measurable problems — and push every project past prototype into production.
  • Audit AI capabilities already built into tools Pindrop has purchased (e.g., Greenhouse, ERP) before standing up new solutions; use what we’ve paid for first.
  • Extend Pindrop’s shared AI platform and agent infrastructure to new use cases rather than creating parallel stacks.
  • Design and implement the operating process that moves AI concepts from prototype to production, including evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, rollout criteria, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Consolidate learnings across functions — what worked in Finance should be usable in People; what worked in People should be accessible to CS — and build the tooling and documentation that makes reuse real.
  • Make the ROI case. Define success metrics, instrument usage, track adoption, and be able to explain clearly what the company is getting for its AI investment.
  • Drive adoption through practical enablement — workshops, onboarding paths, office hours, and coaching — focused on giving teams the guardrails they need to use AI well, not just permissively.

Who you are

  • A builder, not just a user. You’ve gone past prompting and into building — you have a GitHub (or equivalent) with projects that prove it. You’ve shipped agentic systems that solve real problems, and you know how different it feels when the last 20% actually works.
  • A process mapper first. Before you touch a tool, you understand the workflow. You can sit with a stakeholder, draw out what actually happens today, and find the leverage point — because you know you can’t automate a process you haven’t mapped.
  • Frontier-fluent and self-directed. You track what’s happening at the edge of AI tooling because you’re genuinely curious, not because it’s required. You know the difference between AI theater and AI value, and you’re allergic to the former.
  • A translator and teacher. You can walk into a Finance or HR meeting without owning their domain and still build credibility — through preparation, curiosity, and practical results. You get energy from turning a skeptic into a confident user.
  • Rigorously skeptical. You stress-test outputs, understand where models break down, and hold a high bar before recommending a workflow to a real team. You know what an eval is and why it matters.

Your skill-set

Must-haves:

  • Process mapping. This is the number-one requirement. You must be able to document a current-state workflow end to end, extract the tools and context involved, and use that map as the foundation for any AI solution. No map, no AI advantage.
  • 3+ years in product management, product operations, AI enablement, or a closely related role at a technology company — with PM-level ownership of scope, requirements, delivery, and metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with frontier AI CLIs and coding tools, including Codex, Claude Code, Anti-Gravity, and/or SuperGrok. We will ask to see what you’ve built.
  • Demonstrated ability to build agentic systems that solve a discrete, measurable problem — not a demo, a shipped solution. A GitHub profile showing 3–4 built projects is a strong signal; candidates without one will be asked to walk through their work in detail.
  • Fluency in context engineering and ontology design — ability to speak to both concepts and apply them in practice.
  • Conceptual command of test-driven development and eval-driven development for AI systems; must understand why evals matter and how to define them, even if you’re not writing them by hand.
  • Proven ability to define success metrics, track adoption, and make the ROI case for AI investments to a skeptical stakeholder.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with meta harnesses and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with RAG patterns, LLM output evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and release gating in enterprise contexts.
  • Exposure to AI acceptable-use policies, data-handling guardrails, or workforce governance frameworks.
  • Background in high-growth, AI-native, or B2B SaaS environments where technology is advancing faster than organizational absorption.
  • Experience building enablement content, use-case libraries, or office-hours programs from a blank page.

What’s in it for you

Most companies are building AI strategy. Pindrop is past that — we’re building AI products for internal users who have real problems and real deadlines, and we need someone who can take that seriously.

This role puts you at the center of a hard and interesting problem: how do you move an organization from scattered AI experimentation to repeatable, measurable AI advantage? You’ll have a direct line to the leaders whose teams you’re serving, a peer already doing this work in Product, and the mandate to consolidate what’s working into something the whole company can use.

Fair warning: the first 60 days will feel exhilarating — every function has problems you can help with. The next 60 will feel hard — because shipping the last 20% of an AI solution is where most people stop, and your job is to not stop. If that arc sounds energizing rather than discouraging, you’re the right person.

You’ll work alongside some of the sharpest technical and creative minds in AI, security, and voice intelligence. We operate with intense focus on execution, and we’re a team that genuinely enjoys the work. If you want to build things that matter, teach others to use them, and help shape how a serious AI company operates — this is that opportunity.

Travel: This role requires approximately 6 trips per year for team on-sites, cross-functional workshops, and company events.

At Intelerad, we believe the path to answers in healthcare should be clear-whether you are waiting for a diagnosis or trying to expedite one. Our medical imaging solutions streamline the flow of information, simplifying complex processes, maximizing efficiencies, and shining a light on the unknown. We empower physicians to get patients the answers they need faster and improve outcomes for everyone. With more accessible imaging, we are getting patients out of the dark.

Headquartered in Raleigh, NC and Montreal, Intelerad has nearly 800 employees located in offices across four countries. Intelerad’s modern enterprise solutions have been acknowledged by a Best in KLAS recognition, ranking #1 for PACS Europe UK/Ireland in the 2026 Best in KLAS: Global Software (Non-US) report.

Job Description

The Product Owner translates product strategy and roadmap priorities into clear, actionable work for engineering teams, and drives the value delivered by every release and sprint. This is a tactical, execution-focused role: the Product Owner owns the backlog for a defined product area, works day-to-day with engineering and design, and ensures that what gets built matches what customers and the business need most.

Acting as the primary connection point between the Product Manager’s vision and the development team’s execution, the Product Owner combines strong product domain knowledge with hands-on agile delivery experience. Success in this role depends on sound day-to-day judgment — making trade-off decisions that keep delivery aligned to the broader product strategy set by Product Management and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for an assigned product area, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria that translate roadmap themes and customer requirements into actionable engineering work.
  • Partner daily with engineering and design throughout the development lifecycle — refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives — making timely trade-off decisions on scope, sequencing, and priority, and escalating strategic or financial trade-offs to the Product Manager or Director as needed.
  • Validate that delivered features meet acceptance criteria and the intended customer or business outcome, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for engineering on requirements, intent, and priority.
  • Gather and synthesize input from Sales, Customer Success, Support, and customers to inform backlog refinement, and support the Product Manager with market research, competitive analysis, and feature-level requirements.
  • Track and report on sprint and release progress, velocity, and delivery metrics, proactively flagging risks to scope or timeline, and incorporate feedback from user acceptance testing and beta programs into subsequent backlog iterations.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or equivalent experience.

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related agile delivery/product role at a software company.

  • Working knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with backlog and sprint management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Experience partnering directly with engineering teams, with comfort leading technical discussions on feasibility, sequencing, and trade-offs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in requirements definition and quality validation.

  • Working understanding of enterprise-scale, cloud-hosted, and SaaS technologies.

Preferred Qualifications & Special Requirements

  • Healthcare IT experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than authority.

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a track record of collaboration across engineering, design, and cross-functional business teams.

This job description is not a comprehensive list of tasks or requirements and Intelerad reserves the right to change it at any time.

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Applicants may be required to complete an online personality assessment as part of your application.

Product Product Manager - AML Screening at Innovative Systems, Inc.

Defines and advances AML screening product capabilities by balancing regulatory compliance, customer needs, and technical feasibility across global markets.

Mid Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

This is not a “sit in meetings and write requirements” role. This is a chance to influence product direction, work directly with customers, and help ensure that complex screening flows are executed accurately, efficiently, and defensibly—at global scale.

  • AML regulations and compliance frameworks

  • OFAC, UN, EU, UK HMT, and other sanctions programs

  • PEP (Politically Exposed Person) screening

  • Adverse media screening

  • Customer and payment screening workflows

  • Strong business requirements writing experience, including taking complex customer requests and feedback and turning them into actionable requirements

  • Familiarity with global financial crime compliance expectations across banking, fintech, payments, and financial services.

  • Demonstrated experience defining product vision, roadmap strategy, and prioritization frameworks.

  • Experience working with  APIs, data integrations, and enterprise software platforms.

  • Define and monitor key product KPIs including screening accuracy, false positive rates, throughput, latency, customer adoption, and operational efficiency.

Product Technical Product Owner at Dynatron Software

Technical Product Owner owns the data platform backlog, writes acceptance criteria, and bridges engineering and product teams to deliver data infrastructure that powers the AI-driven platform.

Mid Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Dynatron

“Dynatron is championing a new standard of Fixed Ops excellence for automotive dealerships. We cut through the Fixed Ops data fog and deliver unique insights and actions that help you drive revenue growth, expand margins, and uplift retention—all through a unique AI-powered Fixed Ops Data Intelligence Platform, proven methodology, and expert coaching.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a hands-on, technically fluent Technical Product Owner to own the delivery and evolution of the data platform that powers Dynatron’s products and client outcomes. You will define, refine, and prioritize data-related work across ingestion, transformation, APIs, integrations, and governance — ensuring the right data sources, structures, and intelligence are always available to support current products and future innovation.

Success in this role means bridging technical depth with product thinking: writing precise acceptance criteria, partnering closely with engineers and data architects, and relentlessly prioritizing the highest-impact work. You’ll work across Engineering, Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to turn data into a durable competitive advantage.

Data is not a supporting function at Dynatron — it is the foundation upon which our products are built. Every metric, recommendation, and workflow surfaced to a dealership service department depends on the depth, accuracy, and structure of the data we curate and evolve. The ideal candidate is equally at home interrogating source systems and mapping data gaps with our Data team as they are representing product requirements in architectural discussions. You translate product needs into data requirements with the rigor to ensure we build for extensibility and scale — not one-off solutions that require rework — and you hold both sides accountable to each other.

What You’ll Do

Backlog Ownership & Sprint Execution

  • Own and maintain the data product backlog—writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories, epics, and technical tasks across data ingestion, transformation, APIs, and integrations.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in close partnership with Engineering and Data teams.
  • Manage dependencies, track delivery progress, and proactively surface blockers or risks to stakeholders.

Data Platform Strategy & Roadmap Alignment

  • Partner with Product leadership to shape and maintain the roadmap for Dynatron’s enterprise data platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term product direction.
  • Prioritize initiatives across ingestion, transformation, categorization, storage, governance, and data delivery based on business value and strategic impact.

Product Line Partnership & Data Enablement

  • Partner with Product Managers across all product lines to ensure products have the data sources, integrations, and intelligence needed to meet roadmap goals and customer needs.
  • Identify gaps in current data capabilities and prioritize the highest-value opportunities to strengthen product offerings and improve client outcomes.

Integrations, Vendors & External Partnerships

  • Own all third-party data integrations and API partnerships, including evaluation, prioritization, implementation coordination, and ongoing optimization.
  • Manage vendor relationships, licensing agreements, service levels, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate new data sources, partnerships, and enrichment opportunities that expand product capabilities.

Data, AI & Innovation

  • Collaborate with Analytics, Data Science, and AI teams to surface KPIs, benchmarks, predictive capabilities, and intelligent automation opportunities.
  • Champion data quality and governance through standards for accuracy, consistency, transparency, and trust.
  • Help shape future AI-enabled capabilities by ensuring Dynatron has the data foundation required to scale innovation.

Go-To-Market & Internal Enablement

  • Support go-to-market readiness for data-driven features and platform enhancements.
  • Enable Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams with clear narratives, use cases, and product knowledge related to data capabilities.

What You Bring

Product Owner Experience

  • 4+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience, with a focus on data products, platforms, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, or technical integrations.
  • Proven experience owning and managing product backlogs and sprint execution for data platforms, APIs, or shared product capabilities supporting multiple product lines.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business goals, stakeholder needs, and market opportunities into clear, prioritized product requirements and measurable outcomes.

Data, AI & Technical Acumen

  • Proven ability to work with data teams on pipelines, ETL processes, APIs, data architecture concepts, and AI/ML enablement.
  • Hands-on experience delivering products leveraging complex datasets (e.g., categorization, forecasting, benchmarking, optimization, machine learning, or AI-driven capabilities).
  • Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery), or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data models, dashboards, usage metrics, and business performance indicators to inform prioritization decisions.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional Product Managers and business stakeholders to identify unmet data needs and prioritize future opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to own outcomes from problem definition through delivery and measurable results.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical data and AI concepts in business terms.

Nice to Have

  • Background in automotive fixed ops, transportation, logistics, SaaS, or similar data-intensive industries strongly preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe POPM, or equivalent agile certification a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Pragmatic Institute Certification or similar product training a plus.

Why Dynatron

  • Own and shape the data and AI foundation of a rapidly growing SaaS platform — with direct influence over the intelligent products and outcomes delivered to thousands of dealerships.
  • Highly visible, strategic role with influence across Product, Engineering, Data, GTM, and Leadership teams.
  • Values-driven culture focused on accountability, urgency, and delivering measurable results.
  • Remote-first environment offering flexibility, autonomy, and trust.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary - $130,000/yr
  • Participation in Dynatron’s Equity Incentive Plan
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Employer-paid disability and life insurance
  • 401(k) with competitive company match
  • Flexible vacation policy and 11 paid holidays
  • Remote-first culture

Product Technical Product Owner at Dynatron Software

Technical Product Owner owns the data platform backlog, prioritizes data ingestion and transformation work, and bridges engineering and product teams to ensure data infrastructure supports product delivery.

Product Mortgage Product Development Manager at RenoFi

Manages a fintech mortgage platform's lender knowledge base, onboards new lending partners, and maintains product integrations to enable loan officers to originate loans independently.

Mid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

RenoFi is the modern home lending platform where the country’s best loan officers build their business.

We’re a fintech wearing a mortgage brokerage’s clothes: proprietary renovation products no one else can offer, a national credit union network that delivers exclusive rates and product breadth, and AI-powered marketing & origination tooling that fuels exponential growth for our loan officers. It’s why originators stop shop-hopping when they get here.

We’re hiring a Product Development Manager to own that shelf end-to-end: the lender relationships behind it, the products on it, and the internal knowledge base that lets any LO originate any loan from anywhere, at any time.

This role reports directly to our EVP of National Production, who sits on our executive team. We’re a small company of operators — this is a hands-on IC role with real ownership and exec visibility. If you’re looking for a seat where you manage a team and delegate the work, this isn’t it.

What You’ll Own

The RenoFi Wiki — our lender & product knowledge base

The Wiki is the most robust internal lender guide we’ve seen anywhere. The test: a new LO on their first day should be able to pick a lender and submit a loan at 11pm — 100% self-serve, no one else online. You own that standard.

  • Keep the Wiki accurate and current as lenders change guidelines, overlays, pricing, or programs

  • Track lender-specific overlays vs. agency/investor baselines; manage the change process (who needs to know, which pipeline loans are affected)

  • Own “Every Loan Has a Story” — capture the learnings from every loan (unique structures, exceptions, approvals, what worked) and route them back into the Wiki so nothing gets lost. Surface the LOs who are doing standout work so others can learn from it.

New lender onboarding

  • Evaluate inbound and outbound lender partnership opportunities: business case, product overlap with our existing shelf, gap-fill rationale, exec recommendation

  • Own onboarding end-to-end: broker application (partnering with Legal on the sensitive bits), portal setup, understanding their product and process, how it integrates into RenoFi’s systems

  • Build training materials for each new lender/product and deploy to the RenoFi team

  • Announce new partnerships internally; partner with Marketing on lender-specific collateral, rate sheets, and comparison tools

Ongoing lender administration, strategy & reporting

  • Maintain lender portals (LO credentials, correct entity assignment, licensed addresses, etc.)

  • Lead annual renewals and any pricing negotiations; track significant contract terms; own the offboarding/termination process

  • Serve as the internal escalation point for stuck loans, pricing exceptions, or underwriting exceptions requiring lender-side intervention

  • Own reporting and dashboards to leadership: volume by lender, margin and profitability by lender, concentration risk

  • Build and own a lender strategy roadmap — which relationships to grow, consolidate, or sunset

  • Run periodic business reviews with our most important lender partners

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in mortgage, with meaningful time in product development, product management, underwriting, secondary marketing, or capital markets. Deep product literacy across agency, non-agency, home equity, and renovation lending (construction-to-perm, HomeStyle/CHOICERenovation, or ARV-based products)

  • Experience managing investor, correspondent, or wholesale lender relationships — credit union experience is a strong plus

  • Strong LO/underwriter scenario chops: you can read a difficult file and know how to structure it

  • A writer. Guides, guidelines, LO comms, and marketing review are half the job — the Wiki bar is high

  • An operator, not a delegator — you want to do the work, not just oversee it

  • Technology savvy, leaning into AI, can pick up new software tools quickly

Nice to Have

  • Credit union channel experience

  • Speak Sales; a deep understanding of or exposure to origination

  • Built or run a scenario / product help desk

  • Experience serving as broker of record or lender POC for a mortgage company

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LOS/POS, and PPE tools

$80,000 - $105,000 a year

RenoFi is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We believe various backgrounds and experiences contribute to our mission of transforming the renovation lending industry. If your experience doesn’t perfectly match the requirements, we encourage you to apply anyway and tell us why you’d be a great fit for this role!

ABOUT US:

RenoFi’s mission is to empower every homeowner to be a renovator.

Founded in 2018, RenoFi created the world’s first Renovation HELOC – called the RenoFi Loan. RenoFi Loans enable homeowners to borrow based on the after renovation value (ARV) which dramatically increases a homeowner’s borrowing power by 11x on average, all without having to refinance out of their existing low mortgage rate.

By leveraging RenoFi’s proprietary Renovation Underwriting technology platform, RenoFi provides lending partners with a turnkey solution to offer the best renovation financing solutions in the market.

Over time, RenoFi evolved into becoming the world’s first one-stop-shop for renovation finance, offering every renovation financial product available from renovation home equity loans, to unsecured home improvement loans, to land loans, construction loans and so much more. No one in the country can match the breadth and depth of the renovation solutions available to homeowners through RenoFi.

To date, RenoFi has helped finance over $1 billion in renovation projects and is backed by leading investors including Fifth Wall, Canaan, First Round Capital, and TruStage Ventures. Learn more at www.renofi.com.

Product Product Manager at Kojo

Own the Field app product roadmap and strategy, simplifying workflows for construction crews to adopt mobile and web tools for material management.

Mid Posted 10 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Kojo

It’s time to build. Whether it’s creating more housing, upgrading our infrastructure, or adapting to climate change, one thing is clear: the construction industry is at the center of solving our biggest problems. We’re making buildings cheaper and easier to build by transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. Join us.

Founded in 2018, Kojo is now one of the fastest-growing construction technology companies in the world. Construction accounts for $10 trillion in global spend annually and we can’t live without its output - our roads, schools, hospitals, and offices. Despite this, there’s been very little innovation over the past 70 years in how materials - which constitute up to 40% of project costs - are bought and sold. This is our opportunity.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own product strategy and decision-making for Kojo’s Field app: the workflow that puts materials in the hands of crews across 600+ leading contractors purchasing over $5B in materials annually.

Field crews are physically building the world around us, and it starts with knowing which materials they need, and when, on the job site. This role owns getting that right: turning a historically software-wary industry into one where crews choose to use Field every day.

This Product Manager for the field team will sit within the larger Procurement product, which is the linchpin connecting AP, Warehouse, Catalog, and Integrations. It’s one of Procurement’s two swim lanes, alongside Office.

In this role, you’ll report to our Lead Product Manager, continually solving how to make a complex, multi-persona workflow feel intuitive — and where AI can remove the most friction for technology-cautious, change-sensitive users.

What you’ll own:

  • Own the Field app roadmap end to end, from research through discovery,, prototyping, experimentation, shipping, and iterating across mobile (iOS, Android, tablet) and web.

  • Radically simplify core field workflows to strengthen our position as the most user-friendly solution in the market

  • Diagnose adoption barriers and time-saving opportunities across the wide range of workflows field users use to request material

  • Break down undefined, ambiguous problems into shippable plans.

About You

What we’re looking for:

  • UX ownership: You’ve personally owned the redesign of a workflow for a user who didn’t want to change how they work, and you can point to the before and after. This is an especially critical part of the role, specifically amongst a notoriously trust-scarce industry like construction, where adoption has to be earned.

  • Mobile fluency: You’ve shipped iOS, Android, or tablet products and understand the platform-specific tradeoffs a web-only PM misses. This is core to the role, not a preference.

  • Independent problem framing: You break down ambitious problems and turn them into actionable plans.

  • Multi-persona design: You’ve designed a single product experience that serves multiple distinct user types without fragmenting into disjointed product workflows.

  • Cross-functional influence: You’ve shipped work that depended on teams you didn’t manage, and you know how to move a roadmap without formal authority over it.

  • Adaptability under shifting scope: You’ve kept shipping while the ground moved under a role, priorities reordered, and scope got redrawn mid-quarter.

  • AI fluency: You’ve shipped AI-assisted features, particularly to remove friction

What you care about

  • Customer Obsession: You sit with a field crew that’s skeptical of new tools and rebuild the flow around how they actually work.

  • Impact: You ship the simplest version of a feature that reduces friction in the field, and measure whether behavior changed as a result.

  • Accountability: You own the call on what ships next, even when the roadmap underneath you is still being defined.

  • Collaboration: You pull in engineering, design, and the sales rep who’s been in the room with the customer before writing a spec to ensure the entire team is working toward the same goal.

Working at Kojo

Salary: Your salary will be dependent upon many factors, including your experience level, skillset, market dynamics and balancing internal equity relative to other Kojo employees. The compensation and benefits information that we provide is based on Kojo’s good-faith estimate as of the date of the job posting and may be modified in the future.

Benefits: This position is also eligible for a new hire equity grant and all US-based full time employees are eligible for our full suite of perks and benefits. For more information about our perks and benefits, check out https://www.usekojo.com/careers.

Location: Kojo’s team members work from home 100% of the time across North and South America. If applicable, we’ll identify the travel and/or location-specific requirements of a position in the text above. Otherwise, team members can expect to work business hours congruent with their local time zone and remotely.

Inclusive Workplace: Kojo values diverse perspectives and is committed to building an inclusive workplace. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and do not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, citizenship, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. We strongly encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply.

Scam Notice: Please be aware that there are individuals and organizations that may attempt to scam job seekers by offering fraudulent employment opportunities in the name of Kojo. These scams may involve fake job postings, unsolicited emails, or messages claiming to be from our recruiters or hiring managers. Kojo will never ask for any personal account information, such credit card details or bank account numbers, during the recruitment process.
