We are building an AI native company where AI is an integral part of how we build and operate. AI tool usage during interviews varies by role. You may be asked to demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, discuss how you leverage AI, or complete interview exercises without AI assistance. Your Recruiter will provide clear guidance as you move through the interview process.
Undisclosed use of AI not previously discussed with or approved by your Recruiter may impact your candidacy.
Life360 is building the family ads platform, and the Ads Operating Group is where that business gets built. We are a combined org spanning Product, Ads Sales & Marketing and Ads R&D, with a mandate to grow a high-value, privacy-safe ads business at the intersection of location intelligence and family life. The Product team moves fast, operates with a builderâs mindset, and is creating infrastructure, partnerships, and revenue that didnât exist before. This role sits at the center of that build, connecting what we make to how we win in the market.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our programmatic advertising exchange and SSP capabilities within Life360âs growing Ads business. This role combines deep operational ownership, strategic product leadership, and hands-on collaboration across Engineering, Programmatic, Sales, and Partner teams.
You will be the primary product owner responsible for the stability, performance, and evolution of our exchange. This includes managing day-to-day exchange operations, guiding backlog and roadmap execution, partnering closely with Engineering on delivery, and working directly with supply and demand partners to drive optimization and growth. You will also own Ad Quality, both on the Exchange and on the L360 app. You will balance short-term operational needs and revenue impact with long-term platform scalability, reliability, and market competitiveness.
This is a highly cross-functional role in a fast-moving, technically complex environment. Success requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment in prioritization, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around clear product direction.
For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $137,000 to $200,000 USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range for this position is $158,500 to $185,000 CAD. We take into consideration an individualâs background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
Our companyâs mission driven culture is guided by our shared values to create a trusted work environment where you can bring your authentic self to work and make a positive difference
We believe that different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds create a stronger and more creative work environment that delivers better results. Together, we continue to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees. It fuels our innovation and connects us closer to our customers and the communities we serve. We strive to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and where everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic best selves to work.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Life360. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status or any legally protected status.
We encourage people of all backgrounds to apply. We believe that a diversity of perspectives and experiences create a foundation for the best ideas. Come join us in building something meaningful. Even if you donât meet 100% of the below qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying!

Technical Product Owner owns the data platform backlog, prioritizes data ingestion/transformation/API work, and bridges engineering and product to drive platform strategy and delivery.
âDynatron is championing a new standard of Fixed Ops excellence for automotive dealerships. We cut through the Fixed Ops data fog and deliver unique insights and actions that help you drive revenue growth, expand margins, and uplift retentionâall through a unique AI-powered Fixed Ops Data Intelligence Platform, proven methodology, and expert coaching.
Weâre seeking a hands-on, technically fluent Technical Product Owner to own the delivery and evolution of the data platform that powers Dynatronâs products and client outcomes. You will define, refine, and prioritize data-related work across ingestion, transformation, APIs, integrations, and governance â ensuring the right data sources, structures, and intelligence are always available to support current products and future innovation.
Success in this role means bridging technical depth with product thinking: writing precise acceptance criteria, partnering closely with engineers and data architects, and relentlessly prioritizing the highest-impact work. Youâll work across Engineering, Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to turn data into a durable competitive advantage.
Data is not a supporting function at Dynatron â it is the foundation upon which our products are built. The ideal candidate is equally at home interrogating source systems and mapping data gaps with our Data team as they are representing product requirements in architectural discussions. You translate product needs into data requirements with the rigor to ensure we build for extensibility and scale â not one-off solutions that require rework â and you hold both sides accountable to each other.

Senior Product Manager owns the vision and roadmap for benefits infrastructure, managing integrations, cost systems, and unifying benefits administration across multiple employment products.
Remote is solving modern organizationsâ biggest challenge â navigating global employment compliantly with ease. We make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. With our core values at heart and future focused work culture, our team works tirelessly on ambitious problems, asynchronously, around the world. You can find Remoters working from 6 different continents (Antarctica left to go!) and all of our positions are fully remote.
With Innovation as one of the core values, we have built Automation and AI capabilities into the requirements for every role.
We encourage every member of the Remote team to bring their talents, experiences and culture to the table to help us build the best-in-class HR platform.
If you are energetic, curious, motivated and ambitious, be part of our world. Apply now and define the future of work!
Benefits at Remote is becoming the provider-agnostic, payroll-correct, compliance-monitored infrastructure layer that sits underneath every way Remote employs someone â Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO â and, increasingly, underneath any external HR system a customer brings. It stops being a standalone module people click through and becomes a layer other systems build on top of: invisible when it works, indispensable when it doesnât.
Near term, this is a deeply integration-heavy role. Youâll take over a live, high-stakes book of work: migrating benefit costs onto a unified payroll system across multiple carrier and broker paths, standing up retirement plan administration for US global payroll, building provider-agnostic cost ingestion so any customer can bring their own broker or carrier, making benefits data flowing out of clientsâ own HR systems land correctly in payroll, and resolving benefit-cost data-integrity incidents that touch real employee paychecks. This is hands-in-the-data work: reconciliation logic, eligibility files, settlement thresholds, migration sequencing.
Longer term, this is a full-scope experience and unification role. As Remote consolidates fragmented, product-by-product benefits tooling into one administration platform, one cost-ingestion pipeline, and one source of truth, youâll own the vision and roadmap for making benefits behave consistently everywhere â the same primitives (offers, costs, enrollment, providers, statuses) working the same way across 90+ countries and across Employer of Record, global payroll, PEO, and HRIS-connected customers alike. Youâll also own how that layer shows up for non-human consumers â APIs and agent-facing tooling â not just for people in a UI.
This is a senior, high-autonomy role reporting into Product leadership, with regular exposure to Engineering, Payroll Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal/Compliance.
Nice to have
Own the Benefits infrastructure strategy â near-term integrations, long-term unification
Lead complex, cross-functional integration delivery
Build a seamless benefits experience across products
Own data integrity across partner integrations
Manage the partner portfolio
Communicate and align

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
At Remote, we foster internal mobility as a key element of our culture of employee growth and development, supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness. Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is
$59,900â$151,650 USD
Our full benefits & perks are explained in our handbook at remote.com/r/benefits. As a global company, each country works differently, but some benefits/perks are for all Remoters:
We work async at Remote which means you can plan your schedule around your life (and not around meetings). Read more at remote.com/async.
You will be empowered to take ownership and be proactive. When in doubt you will default to action instead of waiting. Your life-work balance is important and you will be encouraged to put yourself and your family first, and fit work around your needs.
If that sounds like something you want, apply now!
Not only do we encourage folks from all ethnic groups, genders, sexuality, age, abilities, disability status and any other under-represented group to apply, but we prioritize a sense of belonging. We have 4 ERGs (Women, Disability, Queer, Minorities in Tech) who meet regularly with the People team. During your interviews and beyond, we ask & encourage anybody who needs an accommodation to request one from their recruiter.
We will ask you to voluntarily tell us your pronouns at interview stage, and you will have the option to answer our anonymous demographic questionnaire when you apply below. As an equal employment opportunity employer itâs important to us that our workforce reflects people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences and this data will help us to stay accountable. We thank you for providing this data, if you chose to.
At Remote, we embrace AI as a valuable tool while prioritizing human creativity and authenticity. We look forward to meeting candidates who balance innovation with genuine expertise and experience. To learn more about Remoteâs AI guidelines check see here.
Please note we accept applications on an ongoing basis.

Unlocking digital performance. Delivering measurable results
About the Role
Connect is one of the premier and fastest selling products at Sutherland, providing a full omni-channel, Contact Center as a Service solution for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Delivery Manager to join our growing team and drive the delivery of Connect products and services through the full development lifecycle.
The Product Owner sets product vision and roadmap direction. From that point the product is yours through delivery: shaping requirements into a solution that can actually be built, making the trade-off calls that decide what ships and what defers, driving the build, running QA and UAT, and getting the product released and ready to deploy. Client deployments are run by the project management organization, and you support them as the product authority. At times this team carries the deployment directly. This is not a coordination role. You are expected to apply product judgment on scope, design, and release readiness, and to carry the professional standing that earns you the respect of engineering, operations, and clients.
Real contact center expertise is essential. You will make product and delivery decisions daily on omni-channel routing, telephony, agent desktop, recording, reporting, and integration behavior. You need to know how a contact center runs well enough to recognize when a design will not hold up against real routing, peak volume, or a failover, and to make that case to engineering. Candidates must have delivered products or capabilities on a contact center platform.
You will join a team of Product Delivery Managers reporting to the Head of Product Delivery. Delivery work is shared across the team, so you will coordinate with your peers on dependencies, shared components, release trains, and release order, and help shape the standards the team works to. The role has no direct reports and depends on working effectively across architecture, engineering, QA, project management, implementation, and operations. This is a remote position based in the United States. The team works US business hours, primarily Eastern Time and extending to Pacific Time, and that must be your normal business day. This role cannot be worked as an offset shift from another region.

This role calls for a builder mentality: someone comfortable specifying, prompting, and shipping AI-powered features quickly, then iterating based on real usage.
