FEQ227R273

While candidates in the listed location(s) are encouraged for this role, candidates in other locations will be considered. #CMEG

As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the technical strategy for your customers — owning architecture discussions, driving platform adoption, and serving as a trusted advisor to customer technical leads and architects. You combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to position Databricks as the foundation of your customers’ data and AI strategy. You are developing a technical specialization (archetype) and are recognized within your team for depth in a specific domain.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Own the end-to-end technical strategy for your accounts, from initial discovery through production deployment and consumption growth
  • Lead complex architecture discussions — designing scalable, production-grade solutions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects, engineering leads, and Directors
  • Drive technical wins in competitive scenarios by demonstrating Databricks’ differentiation through custom-built solutions
  • Develop and declare an emerging technical specialization (archetype) — becoming a go-to resource for your team in that domain
  • Orchestrate cross-functional resources (DSAs, SSAs, Partners) to deliver comprehensive solutions for complex customer needs
  • Influence product direction by providing structured feedback on customer requirements and competitive gaps

What We Look For

  • 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre-sales, or a senior hands-on technical role
  • Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL — you must demonstrate live coding, debugging, and solution-building skills
  • Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture: designing scalable pipelines, streaming architectures, lakehouse patterns, and cloud-native data platforms
  • Proficient on the Databricks Platform (or demonstrated ability to achieve proficiency rapidly) with a developing technical specialization in one area (e.g., real-time/streaming, ML/AI, data governance, migrations)
  • Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders — whiteboarding, design reviews, and trade-off analysis
  • Experience with production deployments on public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including infrastructure, security, and governance considerations
  • Track record of driving platform adoption and consumption growth within accounts
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex architectures into business value for both technical and executive audiences
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have:

  • Databricks certifications (Data Engineer, ML, Platform)
  • Experience with competitive platforms (Snowflake, AWS native services, Azure Synapse) — understanding the landscape you’ll position against
  • Background in a data/AI company or cloud provider
  • Industry domain expertise (Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Media, etc.)

Interview Process: Recruiter Screen → Hiring Manager Screen → Design and Architecture Interview → Live Coding Assessment → Build, Demo, Pitch! Presentation → Reference Check

Sales Sales Manager, B2C at Colibri Group

Lead and coach a distributed B2C sales team of 12-20 professionals, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to improve conversion and productivity.

Lead Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Colibri Group, culture is at the heart of everything we do. Our values Love, Joy, Boldness, Teamwork, and Curiosity guide how we work together, support our customers, and make a difference in the communities we serve.

Colibri Group is a leader in online professional education, serving more than one million learners each year across a family of trusted education brands. This role supports our consumer sales organization, helping ensure prospective learners receive a consistent, high quality sales experience while our frontline teams have the coaching, tools, processes, and support they need to perform at their best.

Come Build What’s Next

We’re looking for a Sales Manager, B2C to lead, coach, and support a nationally distributed team of frontline consumer sales professionals across our real estate education brands.

First and foremost, this is a coaching and people leadership role. You will work with an experienced and highly tenured sales team, helping strong performers continue to grow while identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer conversations, productivity, and overall sales performance.

You will also play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the business. Our teams work across multiple time zones, nine brands, several systems, and four different point-of-sale platforms. The right person will be comfortable learning quickly, removing roadblocks, using data to understand what is happening within the business, and helping the team navigate a complex environment.

We are not looking for someone to come in and change everything that already works. We are looking for a thoughtful, hands-on leader who can build trust, strengthen performance, and help an established team reach the next level without micromanaging them.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a nationally distributed B2C sales team of approximately 12 to 20 professionals through regular one-on-ones, call coaching, performance conversations, and individualized development

  • Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance across revenue, conversion, inbound and outbound activity, productivity, and other key sales measures, using those insights to guide coaching and action

  • Listen to customer conversations, identify patterns and opportunities, and provide practical feedback that helps experienced sales professionals improve their performance

  • Support the day-to-day execution of teams working across multiple time zones, helping remove operational or system roadblocks and ensuring the team has the support and coverage needed to serve customers effectively

  • Reinforce strong CRM and sales process discipline while learning and navigating HubSpot, multiple point-of-sale systems, reporting tools, and processes across several brands

  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Systems, and Site Leadership on hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, reporting, process improvements, and broader business priorities

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, contact center sales, enrollment sales, or another consumer sales environment, including direct experience leading frontline sales professionals

  • A strong coaching mindset with demonstrated success developing sales talent, improving performance, and creating accountability without relying on a micromanagement approach

  • Direct experience owning measurable team outcomes such as revenue, conversion, sales activity, productivity, or other performance goals

  • Strong comfort with sales technology and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable systems, along with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly

  • Experience using sales reports, performance data, call insights, and customer behavior to identify trends, communicate recommendations, and improve team execution

  • Comfort leading a nationally distributed team across multiple time zones and the flexibility to support a consumer sales environment that may occasionally require availability outside traditional business hours

Tools, Platforms, and Methodologies You May Use

Experience with every tool or platform below is not required. We are most interested in your ability to learn quickly, use technology confidently, and turn sales data and customer conversations into meaningful coaching and better performance.

  • HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms

  • Sales reporting, dashboarding, conversion analysis, and performance measurement tools

  • Call recording, conversation intelligence, and quality assurance platforms

  • Multiple point-of-sale systems and sales technology environments

  • AI, automation, workforce planning, and productivity tools that support sales coaching, reporting, and operational efficiency

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Take meaningful ownership of a nationally distributed frontline sales team and have a direct impact on how the team performs and develops

  • Coach an experienced group of sales professionals and help strong, tenured team members continue growing without disrupting what already works

  • Work across sales performance, conversion, customer experience, coaching, technology, and operational improvement

  • Build broad exposure across multiple education brands, systems, customer groups, and business partners

  • Partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Systems while bringing your own judgment and leadership to highly visible work

We Encourage You to Apply

You may not check every preferred box, and that is okay!

Candidates may come from B2C or inside sales leadership, enrollment or admissions sales, contact center sales, consumer services, professional education, or other consumer-facing sales environments where they have been accountable for developing people and delivering measurable results.

HubSpot experience is preferred, but experience with Salesforce or another comparable CRM can translate well.

This role does require recent experience directly leading or coaching frontline sales professionals. If your background has primarily focused on sales operations, CRM administration, analytics, reporting, or enablement without hands-on responsibility for developing a sales team and influencing its performance, this may not be the right opportunity.

Because our sales teams operate nationally across multiple time zones, this role also requires flexibility. Consumer sales activity does not always fit neatly within traditional business hours, and there may be times when the team needs leadership support during evenings, weekends, or other high-demand periods.

If you enjoy developing people, digging into the numbers to understand what is happening, helping experienced sellers get even better, and jumping in when your team needs you, we would love to hear from you.

What You Can Expect From Our Hiring Process

We want our interview process to give you a clear picture of the role, the team, and what it’s like to work at Colibri while giving us the opportunity to understand your experience, leadership style, and what you’re looking for next.

While the exact process may vary slightly, you can generally expect:

  • Recruiter Conversation

An introductory conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about your experience, career goals, and interest in Colibri. We’ll also share more about the role, team, compensation, and what to expect throughout the process.

  • Hiring Manager Conversation

A deeper conversation focused on your career experience, sales leadership, coaching approach, performance ownership, and how you have supported teams through growth, challenges, and change.

  • Team and/or Leadership Interviews

You may meet with additional leaders or cross-functional partners to explore the skills and experiences most relevant to the position and learn more about how the team works together.

  • Final Conversation and Decision

Depending on the interview team, there may be a final conversation with an additional leader or stakeholder. Our Talent Acquisition team will keep you informed about next steps and timing throughout the process.

Our goal is to make the experience thoughtful, respectful, and transparent. We encourage you to ask questions throughout the process. We’re evaluating the opportunity together.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

Colibri Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and empowered to do their best work. We encourage qualified candidates from all backgrounds, experiences, and career paths to apply.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

  • Meetings booked, held, and converted to pipeline (S2 opportunities)
  • SDR-sourced revenue

If the details below describe you, you could be a great fit for this role:

  • 1+ year of experience in a SaaS SDR role or 1+ year working in PR preferred— you understand either the sales motion or the buyer’s world
  • Highly accountable and self-motivated, with a growth mindset that welcomes feedback and coaching

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment without dropping the ball
  • A quick study with new tools (including AI tools) — we work in Google Workspace, Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, Nooks, SalesNav, etc
  • Based or willing to work East Coast or Central hours

Travel & Team Engagement Expectations

This role requires up to 10% travel for team collaboration, customer engagements, and company events. As part of our commitment to building strong connections across our fully distributed team, attendance at our annual company offsite (typically held in Mexico) is expected.

Salary

In the US, the base salary for this role is $53,000, with $68,000+ in OTE. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.

Sales Sales Manager, B2C at Colibri Group

Leads and coaches a distributed B2C sales team of 12-20 professionals, tracking performance metrics and providing feedback to improve conversion and productivity.

Sales Director, Strategic Partner Sales at Pharos

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with enterprise hardware partners' sales teams, providing technical credibility and relationship management to enable joint customer wins.

Lead Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Director, Strategic Partner Sales

Pharos  |  Remote (United States)  |  Compensation: $190,000–$200,000 OTE (base + matching variable). If your background clearly goes beyond what this role typically requires, we structure some offers above this band for the right experience.

You’re the person a partner’s sales rep pulls into a call the moment their customer’s IT team starts asking hard technical questions, and you’re also the person who spent the two months before that call quietly turning a cold relationship into a warm one. If that sounds like two different jobs, this role is not for you. If it sounds like one job you’ve already been doing, keep reading.

About Pharos

Pharos Systems International is the leader in PrintOps, the integrated, user-centric, and cloud-native approach to managing printing and the infrastructure and operations behind it. Pharos’ modern print management software empowers enterprises to reduce costs, strengthen security, and support today’s hybrid workforce with simple, reliable, and scalable printing solutions. Trusted by thousands of organizations, including many of the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies, Pharos has helped eliminate print servers, cut millions in print-related spend, and accelerate the transition to cloud-based infrastructure. Headquartered in Rochester, NY, Pharos has been delivering innovative print management solutions and measurable ROI since 1992. For more information, visit pharos.com.

What This Role Is

We are looking for someone to build and own our relationships with a strategic hardware partner’s enterprise sales force directly. This is a hybrid role: part solutions engineer, part relationship builder, part quiet marketer for our product inside someone else’s sales conversations. Most of the work is earning trust with people who owe us nothing, one relationship at a time, until reaching for us becomes their default.

This is not a role with a team under you, and it is not a role where you own or control the deal. You will operate inside someone else’s sales process, with real access to and a real say in how this partnership gets built, but the win is measured by what the partner’s sellers do, not by what you personally close.

You don’t have to be the deepest technical expert in the building. Pharos already has that depth on staff, and it’s a resource you can pull into the room for the rare question that goes past your depth. What you need is enough technical credibility to carry the conversation yourself most of the time, and the judgment and honesty to know the moment to bring in backup instead of guessing.

The right person will recognize themselves in these characteristics:

  • You can hold your own in a technical conversation with a skeptical, sophisticated buyer, then hand the win back to the partner’s rep without a second thought.
  • You know the difference between holding your own and pretending to know something you don’t, and you’ve said “let me get you the right person” in front of a customer without it costing you any credibility.
  • You have grown a relationship you already had into something bigger, not just landed a brand new one, and that kind of win satisfies you as much as a fresh close would.
  • You think like a marketer as much as a seller: you know how to frame a product’s value in someone else’s words, not just your own.
  • You have supported someone else’s sale before, technically or strategically, and you were genuinely fine being the reason it worked without being the name on the deal.
  • You have walked away from a deal that was not right, and you can talk honestly about what that cost you.

What You Will Own

  • Direct, ongoing relationships with the specific enterprise sellers at a strategic hardware partner who decide whether our software gets attached to their deals
  • A tiered, visible map of that seller network: who is already warm, who is attaching a competitor, who has gone quiet, and a real plan for each
  • Trust with the partner’s sales organization broad enough that sellers recommend us to each other, not just work with us themselves
  • Deals that range from modest attach revenue to seven-figure enterprise wins, all sourced or carried through the same relationships
  • The proof point for whether this model is worth building a team around

What a Strong Background Looks Like

We are not looking for a checklist. We are describing a type of person, and the background that tends to produce that person.

  • Has sold or supported software through a partner or channel relationship, not only direct to the end buyer
  • Has carried a book of relationships that ranged from small, quick wins to large, complex, seven-figure deals, not only one or the other
  • Has built at least one significant relationship completely from scratch, with no inherited book of business and no warm introduction
  • Comfortable being the one who answers the hard technical question in front of a sophisticated buyer, and equally comfortable with the unglamorous relationship-nurturing work in between those moments
  • Has a marketing instinct: knows how to position a product’s value in the language of the person selling it, not just the language of the person who built it

Not a good fit if: you need to own and close the deal yourself, or need public credit, for the work to feel like it’s yours.

Sales State Government Growth & Regulatory Board Partnerships (Remote, US) at Propelus

Build and maintain relationships with state healthcare regulatory boards to drive product adoption and expansion through consultative partnership and solution mapping.

Mid Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

PropelusÂŽ simplifies workforce compliance management across healthcare. Our innovative technology and strategic partnerships empower millions of professionals, their employers, and regulators to work together, creating a connected and efficient healthcare ecosystem.

As a trusted leader for over 20 years, Propelus has focused on bringing more good into the lives of the people and organizations serving healthcare. We deliver seamless compliance solutions to millions. We leverage market-leading technology and essential data to simplify complex operations, reduce risk, and champion a safer, healthier, and happier workforce.

About The Role:

We are seeking a relationship-first professional to serve as our Regulatory Partnership Director. You will build trust with state healthcare regulatory boards and agencies to support the growth and expansion of Propelus This role is grounded in credibility; taking the time to understand stakeholder priorities and operational challenges, and integrating that insight into the CE Broker solution, and ultimately delivering measurable value.

This is a consultative partnership role, not a traditional high-volume sales position. Your work will focus on earning trust within government environments, navigate multi-year decision cycles with patience, and maintaining the discipline needed to move opportunities forward.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned state partners, guiding them on how to improve operational efficiency and strengthen compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute Relationship Cadence: Maintain a consistent and proactive communication schedule with assigned state regulatory boards and agencies. Invest time to understand local missions and constraints.

    • You will drive active, values-focused conversations about creating operational efficiency, new ways to modernize government, and support the regulatory boards in their core mission and supporting healthcare pros in their daily needs.
  • Tactical Solution Mapping: Translate the capabilities of our product, CE Broker, into specific outcomes tied to agency efficiency and public protection. Deliver business cases and proposals that address the immediate needs of board staff and leadership.

  • Manage Opportunities Through the Lifecycle: Advance opportunities using a consultative approach. Create momentum by aligning our implementation timelines with agency deadlines and strategic plans.

    • You will operate with a thoughtful urgency, knowing when and how to navigate strategic opportunities to close deals in complex environments.
  • Regulatory Knowledge Application: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of state licensing frameworks and Continuing Education (CE) compliance for your assigned territories and professions.

  • Pipeline Coordination: Maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline by proactively surfacing new opportunities within existing or prospective accounts. Leverage industry trends and new regulation requirements to identify where Propelus can solve emerging compliance gaps.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from contract signature to “go-live.”

  • Operational Discipline: Maintain accurate visibility into opportunities via CRM (Salesforce). Bring a structure to forecasting and follow-through to ensure no stakeholder request is left unanswered.

We Would Like You To Have:

  • 3–5+ years of experience at the State level working directly with regulatory boards, healthcare regulatory environment, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships within state agencies and/or licensing boards, with an ability to build rapport at both the operational and leadership levels.

  • Project management mindset that can build pipelines, nurture and close complex deals, and coordinate complex RFPs and contract renewals, ensuring all technical and compliance requirements are met.

  • Patient persistence: Comfortable navigating the long, often non-linear decision cycles typical of government procurement.

  • Communication skills: Strong ability to present technical solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Strategic Individual Contributor: Self-motivated and disciplined in managing a territory without the need for constant daily oversight.

It Would Be Great If You Had:

  • Relationship based sales experience with the ability to build consensus, can navigate objections and know how to push forward confidently and adaptively.

  • Account Management experience specifically in the public sector at the state level

If your experience is close but doesn’t fulfill all requirements, please apply. We’re building the best team in healthcare and are focused on hiring individuals with unique backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences to support us in doing good, what’s human, and making a difference.

Sales Sales Executive - Central Region (Remote, US) at Propelus

Hunts for and closes new enterprise healthcare accounts across the Central US region through outbound prospecting and strategic stakeholder engagement.

We are seeking a high-energy, new logo Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our workforce compliance, employee health, and healthcare data intelligence suite. This is a pure hunter role, and you will be responsible for breaking into greenfield territories and securing new enterprise healthcare accounts in the Central US region.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll build strong customer relationships, navigate increasingly complex sales scenarios, and guide customers through the enterprise buying journey by developing compelling value narratives, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and creating scalable adoption strategies.

This role requires a self-motivated individual with a competitive spirit who embodies our brand’s ethos and values and is eager to champion our solutions within the dynamic healthcare landscape. This position plays a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare technology while making a tangible impact on the industry’s evolution.

What You’ll Do

  • New Logo Acquisition: Own the full outbound lifecycle for large-scale healthcare enterprises. You are responsible for identifying, prospecting, and winning large “greenfield” accounts that span multiple states with a heavy focus in the Midwest US.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a 3x qualified pipeline. You must be disciplined in your use of CRM to track every stage of the outbound funnel.

  • Top-of-Funnel Mastery: Execute a high-volume outbound motion independently. You are responsible for self-sourcing your own pipeline through targeted cold outreach and strategic networking within the healthcare space.

  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Build consensus across complex healthcare organizations. You will identify operational pain points and connect our solutions to the strategic initiatives of the HR and Clinical C-Suite.

  • Complex Deal Navigation: Lead enterprise-level vendor selections and bid processes for $100K+ ARR opportunities, navigating the technical, legal, and clinical requirements unique to healthcare SaaS.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years success selling Workforce, Credentialing, or Healthcare Data solutions to large-scale multi-location healthcare enterprises with multiple stakeholders.

  • A multi-year track record of consistently exceeding $1M+ annual quotas selling complex SaaS technologies to large healthcare organizations.

  • Demonstrated success closing $100K+ ARR sales that require deep executive engagement and building consensus across multiple departments.A documented history of New Logo acquisition, with a focus on breaking into greenfield accounts rather than managing or expanding existing business.

  • You thrive in an environment where you are responsible for your own lead generation and are comfortable building a territory from zero.

  • The ability to identify business impacts and translate technical features into high-level strategic value for hospital leadership.

Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience in the healthcare ecosystem, including experience selling complex software solutions to healthcare organizations, large health systems, background screeners, Credentialing Verification Organizations, or provider network workflow platforms.

  • Healthcare IT/SaaS expertise with a strong understanding of health system financial decision-making, hospital budgeting processes, capital and operating budgets, and enterprise purchasing cycles.

  • Ability to educate buying champions on how to promote our products and services internally to their stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and full-cycle enterprise sales within complex healthcare environments.

  • Experience developing opportunities within net-new enterprise accounts through strategic prospecting and account planning.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution.

  • Experience engaging executive, clinical, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders across large healthcare organizations.

  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, presentations, industry events, and key sales opportunities, as needed, to build brand recognition and awareness

If your experience is close but doesn’t fulfill all requirements, please apply. We’re building the best team in healthcare and are focused on hiring individuals with unique backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences to support us in doing good, what’s human, and making a difference.
