Lead enterprise sales planning solution implementations and act as strategic partner to customers on territory and quota optimization while influencing product development.

Lead Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Forma.ai:

Forma.ai is a Series B startup that’s revolutionizing how sales compensation is designed, managed and optimized. We handle billions in annual managed commissions for market leaders like Edmentum, Stryker, and Autodesk.

Our growth has been fuelled by our passion for fundamentally changing and shaping how companies use sales intelligence to drive business strategy.

We’re welcoming equally driven individuals who are excited about creating something big!

Forma.ai is hiring a Principal Consultant, Sales Effectiveness to transform how enterprises design, roll out, and manage territories and quotas using our Territory and Quota Management (TQM) suite of products. We’re looking for someone who brings real-world perspective on designing, implementing, and rolling out robust enterprise sales planning solutions, across territories, quotas and incentives.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff & Head of Sales Planning Products, you’ll help shape our sales planning solutions and take them to market. You’ll work closely with customers to implement the solution, optimize their processes, and drive adoption, leading engagements from high-level objective setting and modeling through to rollout. You’ll work closely with Customers, Senior Leadership at Forma, and Product Engineering teams to shape requirements, share what you’re seeing in the field, and influence what we build.

This role is for someone with practical, hands-on experience in sales planning. You should be comfortable leading sales planning solution design from objective setting through rollout and adoption. A background in management or technology consulting is heavily preferred. We are looking for someone that is willing to take extreme ownership, can operate at a senior level with customers and leadership, and are willing to get into the details to help build a market leading product.

The role’s key responsibilities are listed below:

  • Lead the implementation of enterprise level sales planning solutions (territory and quota) for new and existing Forma.ai customers. From requirement gathering, to system and process redesign, to roll-out and change management.
  • Act as a strategic partner to customers to optimize their sales planning processes and get the most out of the Forma.ai platform
  • Contribute to product requirements and feature prioritization for territory design, quota setting, territory management, and related capabilities. Translate input from customers, leadership, and your own experience into product needs
  • Support sales and marketing efforts for our sales planning solution, scoping solutions, supporting proof-of-concepts, and helping prospective customers understand what’s possible
  • Operate with high ownership, driving clarity, making decisions, and moving forward in ambiguity

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in sales effectiveness, territory & quota planning, or sales incentives, whether as a consultant, solutions architect, RevOps professional, or in an SPM-related role
  • 6+ years of progressive experience. A background in management or technology consulting is heavily preferred. You’ve owned executive client relationships, run discovery and design workshops, and delivered recommendations that executives acted on
  • You’re hands-on with the details - comfortable building out analytics and models yourself, not just reviewing someone else’s work
  • You can communicate at multiple altitudes - presenting to a CRO one hour, working through model logic with an analyst the next
  • You want to turn what you’ve learned in the field into product: spotting patterns across customers and shaping better tooling

Additional Job Info:

  • This position is for an existing vacancy
  • Salary range: $150K - $200K CAD

Sales Sales Manager, B2C at Colibri Group

Lead and coach a distributed B2C sales team of 12-20 professionals, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to improve conversion and productivity.

Lead Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Colibri Group, culture is at the heart of everything we do. Our values Love, Joy, Boldness, Teamwork, and Curiosity guide how we work together, support our customers, and make a difference in the communities we serve.

Colibri Group is a leader in online professional education, serving more than one million learners each year across a family of trusted education brands. This role supports our consumer sales organization, helping ensure prospective learners receive a consistent, high quality sales experience while our frontline teams have the coaching, tools, processes, and support they need to perform at their best.

Come Build What’s Next

We’re looking for a Sales Manager, B2C to lead, coach, and support a nationally distributed team of frontline consumer sales professionals across our real estate education brands.

First and foremost, this is a coaching and people leadership role. You will work with an experienced and highly tenured sales team, helping strong performers continue to grow while identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer conversations, productivity, and overall sales performance.

You will also play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the business. Our teams work across multiple time zones, nine brands, several systems, and four different point-of-sale platforms. The right person will be comfortable learning quickly, removing roadblocks, using data to understand what is happening within the business, and helping the team navigate a complex environment.

We are not looking for someone to come in and change everything that already works. We are looking for a thoughtful, hands-on leader who can build trust, strengthen performance, and help an established team reach the next level without micromanaging them.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a nationally distributed B2C sales team of approximately 12 to 20 professionals through regular one-on-ones, call coaching, performance conversations, and individualized development

  • Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance across revenue, conversion, inbound and outbound activity, productivity, and other key sales measures, using those insights to guide coaching and action

  • Listen to customer conversations, identify patterns and opportunities, and provide practical feedback that helps experienced sales professionals improve their performance

  • Support the day-to-day execution of teams working across multiple time zones, helping remove operational or system roadblocks and ensuring the team has the support and coverage needed to serve customers effectively

  • Reinforce strong CRM and sales process discipline while learning and navigating HubSpot, multiple point-of-sale systems, reporting tools, and processes across several brands

  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Systems, and Site Leadership on hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, reporting, process improvements, and broader business priorities

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, contact center sales, enrollment sales, or another consumer sales environment, including direct experience leading frontline sales professionals

  • A strong coaching mindset with demonstrated success developing sales talent, improving performance, and creating accountability without relying on a micromanagement approach

  • Direct experience owning measurable team outcomes such as revenue, conversion, sales activity, productivity, or other performance goals

  • Strong comfort with sales technology and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable systems, along with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly

  • Experience using sales reports, performance data, call insights, and customer behavior to identify trends, communicate recommendations, and improve team execution

  • Comfort leading a nationally distributed team across multiple time zones and the flexibility to support a consumer sales environment that may occasionally require availability outside traditional business hours

Tools, Platforms, and Methodologies You May Use

Experience with every tool or platform below is not required. We are most interested in your ability to learn quickly, use technology confidently, and turn sales data and customer conversations into meaningful coaching and better performance.

  • HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms

  • Sales reporting, dashboarding, conversion analysis, and performance measurement tools

  • Call recording, conversation intelligence, and quality assurance platforms

  • Multiple point-of-sale systems and sales technology environments

  • AI, automation, workforce planning, and productivity tools that support sales coaching, reporting, and operational efficiency

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Take meaningful ownership of a nationally distributed frontline sales team and have a direct impact on how the team performs and develops

  • Coach an experienced group of sales professionals and help strong, tenured team members continue growing without disrupting what already works

  • Work across sales performance, conversion, customer experience, coaching, technology, and operational improvement

  • Build broad exposure across multiple education brands, systems, customer groups, and business partners

  • Partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Systems while bringing your own judgment and leadership to highly visible work

We Encourage You to Apply

You may not check every preferred box, and that is okay!

Candidates may come from B2C or inside sales leadership, enrollment or admissions sales, contact center sales, consumer services, professional education, or other consumer-facing sales environments where they have been accountable for developing people and delivering measurable results.

HubSpot experience is preferred, but experience with Salesforce or another comparable CRM can translate well.

This role does require recent experience directly leading or coaching frontline sales professionals. If your background has primarily focused on sales operations, CRM administration, analytics, reporting, or enablement without hands-on responsibility for developing a sales team and influencing its performance, this may not be the right opportunity.

Because our sales teams operate nationally across multiple time zones, this role also requires flexibility. Consumer sales activity does not always fit neatly within traditional business hours, and there may be times when the team needs leadership support during evenings, weekends, or other high-demand periods.

If you enjoy developing people, digging into the numbers to understand what is happening, helping experienced sellers get even better, and jumping in when your team needs you, we would love to hear from you.

What You Can Expect From Our Hiring Process

We want our interview process to give you a clear picture of the role, the team, and what it’s like to work at Colibri while giving us the opportunity to understand your experience, leadership style, and what you’re looking for next.

While the exact process may vary slightly, you can generally expect:

  • Recruiter Conversation

An introductory conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about your experience, career goals, and interest in Colibri. We’ll also share more about the role, team, compensation, and what to expect throughout the process.

  • Hiring Manager Conversation

A deeper conversation focused on your career experience, sales leadership, coaching approach, performance ownership, and how you have supported teams through growth, challenges, and change.

  • Team and/or Leadership Interviews

You may meet with additional leaders or cross-functional partners to explore the skills and experiences most relevant to the position and learn more about how the team works together.

  • Final Conversation and Decision

Depending on the interview team, there may be a final conversation with an additional leader or stakeholder. Our Talent Acquisition team will keep you informed about next steps and timing throughout the process.

Our goal is to make the experience thoughtful, respectful, and transparent. We encourage you to ask questions throughout the process. We’re evaluating the opportunity together.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

Colibri Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and empowered to do their best work. We encourage qualified candidates from all backgrounds, experiences, and career paths to apply.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.

Sales Director, Strategic Partner Sales at Pharos

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with enterprise hardware partners' sales teams, providing technical credibility and relationship management to enable joint customer wins.

Lead Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Director, Strategic Partner Sales

Pharos  |  Remote (United States)  |  Compensation: $190,000–$200,000 OTE (base + matching variable). If your background clearly goes beyond what this role typically requires, we structure some offers above this band for the right experience.

You’re the person a partner’s sales rep pulls into a call the moment their customer’s IT team starts asking hard technical questions, and you’re also the person who spent the two months before that call quietly turning a cold relationship into a warm one. If that sounds like two different jobs, this role is not for you. If it sounds like one job you’ve already been doing, keep reading.

About Pharos

Pharos Systems International is the leader in PrintOps, the integrated, user-centric, and cloud-native approach to managing printing and the infrastructure and operations behind it. Pharos’ modern print management software empowers enterprises to reduce costs, strengthen security, and support today’s hybrid workforce with simple, reliable, and scalable printing solutions. Trusted by thousands of organizations, including many of the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies, Pharos has helped eliminate print servers, cut millions in print-related spend, and accelerate the transition to cloud-based infrastructure. Headquartered in Rochester, NY, Pharos has been delivering innovative print management solutions and measurable ROI since 1992. For more information, visit pharos.com.

What This Role Is

We are looking for someone to build and own our relationships with a strategic hardware partner’s enterprise sales force directly. This is a hybrid role: part solutions engineer, part relationship builder, part quiet marketer for our product inside someone else’s sales conversations. Most of the work is earning trust with people who owe us nothing, one relationship at a time, until reaching for us becomes their default.

This is not a role with a team under you, and it is not a role where you own or control the deal. You will operate inside someone else’s sales process, with real access to and a real say in how this partnership gets built, but the win is measured by what the partner’s sellers do, not by what you personally close.

You don’t have to be the deepest technical expert in the building. Pharos already has that depth on staff, and it’s a resource you can pull into the room for the rare question that goes past your depth. What you need is enough technical credibility to carry the conversation yourself most of the time, and the judgment and honesty to know the moment to bring in backup instead of guessing.

The right person will recognize themselves in these characteristics:

  • You can hold your own in a technical conversation with a skeptical, sophisticated buyer, then hand the win back to the partner’s rep without a second thought.
  • You know the difference between holding your own and pretending to know something you don’t, and you’ve said “let me get you the right person” in front of a customer without it costing you any credibility.
  • You have grown a relationship you already had into something bigger, not just landed a brand new one, and that kind of win satisfies you as much as a fresh close would.
  • You think like a marketer as much as a seller: you know how to frame a product’s value in someone else’s words, not just your own.
  • You have supported someone else’s sale before, technically or strategically, and you were genuinely fine being the reason it worked without being the name on the deal.
  • You have walked away from a deal that was not right, and you can talk honestly about what that cost you.

What You Will Own

  • Direct, ongoing relationships with the specific enterprise sellers at a strategic hardware partner who decide whether our software gets attached to their deals
  • A tiered, visible map of that seller network: who is already warm, who is attaching a competitor, who has gone quiet, and a real plan for each
  • Trust with the partner’s sales organization broad enough that sellers recommend us to each other, not just work with us themselves
  • Deals that range from modest attach revenue to seven-figure enterprise wins, all sourced or carried through the same relationships
  • The proof point for whether this model is worth building a team around

What a Strong Background Looks Like

We are not looking for a checklist. We are describing a type of person, and the background that tends to produce that person.

  • Has sold or supported software through a partner or channel relationship, not only direct to the end buyer
  • Has carried a book of relationships that ranged from small, quick wins to large, complex, seven-figure deals, not only one or the other
  • Has built at least one significant relationship completely from scratch, with no inherited book of business and no warm introduction
  • Comfortable being the one who answers the hard technical question in front of a sophisticated buyer, and equally comfortable with the unglamorous relationship-nurturing work in between those moments
  • Has a marketing instinct: knows how to position a product’s value in the language of the person selling it, not just the language of the person who built it

Not a good fit if: you need to own and close the deal yourself, or need public credit, for the work to feel like it’s yours.

Strong fit if: you would rather be the reason a deal closes cleanly than the one running it, and you’re fine if the partner takes the bow.

What We Offer

  • $190,000–$200,000 OTE (base + matching variable). If your background clearly goes beyond what this role typically requires, we structure some offers above this band for the right experience.
  • Fully remote (United States)
  • Direct access to the VP of Sales and real influence over how this partnership is built
  • An established, growing partnership with one of the largest names in enterprise technology
  • Recognized as a Great Benefits employer by Mployer
  • Named a Top Place to Work by USA Today

Sales Mid-Market Sales Manager, Retail at Toast

Leads a mid-market sales team building a new upmarket sales motion for Toast Retail while personally closing complex multi-location grocery and convenience store deals.

Lead Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

After years of building an innovative POS platform for restaurateurs, Toast is expanding into new food and beverage concepts: convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops. The Toast Retail platform is already winning with independent operators. Now we are moving

upmarket. This role is the person who helps build the commercial motion as we shift towards increasingly complex upmarket accounts.

Role Overview

As Manager of Mid-Market Sales for Toast Retail, you will lead a small team of Mid-Market Account Executives pursuing multi-location retail with a focus on grocery, liquor, and convenience operators. These are complex accounts with real buying committees, layered compliance requirements, deep inventory and SKU demands, and incumbent systems that took years to entrench. Winning them requires a sales motion that does not exist at Toast Retail yet. You will build it.

This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a playbook and run it well. There is no Mid-Market Toast Retail playbook. A growing set of proof points from our SMB business, a leadership team that is investing, and a set of open questions that someone has to go answer. What does discovery look like when the buyer is a VP of Operations and not an owner? Which of our SMB motions translate upmarket and which have to be rebuilt? What do we need from Product to be credible in a 40 store grocery chain? You will form the hypotheses, run them in the field, and turn what works into something repeatable that the next ten AEs can execute.

Expect to spend real time outside your own team. Getting this motion off the ground means sitting with Product on inventory and scan data gaps, with Marketing on messaging that lands with a category buyer, with Enablement on training that does not exist yet, with Deal Desk and Finance on structures we have not offered before, and with Onboarding on implementations that are meaningfully harder than a single site install. Your ability to move those partners without formal authority over any of them will matter as much as your ability to coach a deal.

This is a player coach role in year one. You will carry a number yourself while you hire and build the team, which means you will be closing Mid-Market Retail deals before you are coaching them. That is deliberate. The person who writes this playbook should draw from their own first-hand experiences from running the motion, not just observations of other people running it. As the team scales, your quota shifts to theirs.

You will report to the VP of Sales, Toast Retail. This is a remote opportunity with travel expectations up to 40 percent of the time.

A day in the life

  • Carry and deliver an individual quota in year one (player-coach) while you hire, onboard, and ramp your team, transitioning to a full team number as your team scales.
  • Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a quota achieving Mid-Market sales team from the ground up, setting the bar for talent in a brand new function
  • Build and codify the Mid-Market Retail sales process: discovery frameworks, demo flows, business case models, mutual action plans, and executive proposals tailored to grocery, liquor, and convenience buyers
  • Run a disciplined sales process and coach your team on qualification rigor, multithreading, and champion development inside complex retail organizations
  • Own live Mid-Market deals end to end yourself, then convert what you learn into discovery frameworks, demo flows, business cases, and proposals the team can run
  • Get in the field. Join discovery calls, sit in on site visits, and walk stores with your reps so the playbook you write is grounded in what actually happens in front of a customer
  • Own all stages of the sales lifecycle with your team: pipeline generation, executive meetings, value proposition development, deal structuring, negotiation, and close
  • Partner across Product, Marketing, Enablement, Deal Desk, Finance, and Onboarding to close the gaps that stand between us and a repeatable Mid-Market motion, and escalate the ones you cannot close yourself
  • Bring the voice of the Mid-Market retailer back into the product roadmap with specificity and evidence, not anecdotes
  • Forecast accurately in a business with little historical data, and be honest about what you know versus what you are still learning
  • Assess and engage in competitive RFPs
  • Leverage GTM tech stack to run an efficient, AI-anchored motion: establish the conversion benchmarks that do not exist yet, and report on them credibly.
  • Distinguish repeatable process from one off hero deals, and build only the former into the playbook
  • Stay close to the competitive landscape across grocery, liquor, and convenience technology, and position Toast Retail sharply against incumbents

What you’ll need to thrive

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing and closing role, with a track record in Mid-Market or complex, multi stakeholder deals
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven record of building and developing quota achieving teams and excellence in outbound pipeline generation
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex deal development, financial structuring, negotiation, and closing with new and existing customers
  • Proficiency with MEDDPICC or a comparable qualification methodology, plus disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
  • A closer who is also a builder. You are recently and personally credible in front of a Mid-Market buyer, and you are not looking for a role where you stop selling
  • A genuine founder’s mindset. You are energized rather than frustrated by ambiguity, and your instinct when a process is missing is to write it rather than ask for it
  • Exceptional cross functional influence. You have a history of getting Product, Marketing, and Operations partners to move on your priorities without owning them
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to hold the room with executive stakeholders and negotiate complex pricing arrangements
  • Comfortable educating customers and team members on the fundamentals of US credit card processing

What will help you stand out

  • Experience standing up a new segment, vertical, or motion inside an existing company, especially taking an SMB product upmarket
  • Experience selling into or operating within grocery, convenience, liquor, or specialty retail
  • Fluency in the operational realities of retail: inventory depth and SKU management, scan data, shrink, category management, age verification and compliance, fuel and foodservice
  • Experience in a fast paced, high growth technology environment
  • A proven track record of creating a winning culture that performs at a high level

Is this your kind of build?

The best version of this hire is someone who reads a role with this much white space and gets excited rather than nervous, and who wants to close the first ten deals themselves before handing the playbook to a team. If you want to point at a Mid-Market business two years from now and say you built it, we would like to talk.

Sales Director, Renewals at Abnormal AI

Leads the renewals organization to own revenue retention strategy, build forecasting models, and manage a team of renewal managers driving predictable customer retention and expansion.

Lead Posted 8 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Role

Abnormal AI is looking for a Director of Renewals to own the strategy, performance, and operating model for our global renewals function. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will lead the renewals organization and own revenue retention across Abnormal’s multi-product behavioral security platform. You will build the renewals engine that makes retention and cross-product expansion predictable at scale, set the standard for how Abnormal renews and expands its customers, and turn customer obsession into measurable retention outcomes.

What you will do

  • Own Abnormal’s renewals strategy and operating model end to end: define the renewal motion, the segmentation approach, the playbooks, and the systems that enable the function to scale ahead with company growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Renewal Managers/Specialists, setting clear goals and KPIs for renewal bookings, gross renewal retention, Upsell, and forecast accuracy.
  • Manage and improve the full renewal lifecycle: engage early, negotiate terms, secure commitments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Sales, Ops, Finance) to ensure contract execution.
  • Drive a data-driven renewal process: monitor pipeline health, identify at-risk accounts, implement preservation strategies, and report on renewal metrics (retention rates, forecast variance, etc.).
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify expansion opportunities during renewal engagements and align on a joint renewal-and-expand motion.
  • Develop and mature forecasting models for renewal bookings, churn, and NARR, presenting updates to senior leadership and driving improvements in predictability.
  • Manage escalations and high-visibility renewal situations; support Renewal Managers/Specialists in complex negotiations or large-scale renewals.
  • Stay current with SaaS licensing, pricing models, contract terms, and market trends in the email security / cybersecurity industry to ensure competitiveness and contract health.

Must Haves

  • 10+ years of experience in renewals, post-sales, or account management within a B2B SaaS environment; preferably with 4+ years managing direct reports.
  • Proven track of owning gross retention as a top-line commitment at scale, with demonstrable improvement in retention and forecast accuracy across a full function
  • Experience building or substantially maturing a renewals function: motion design, segmentation, playbooks, tooling, and the operating cadence behind them.
  • Executive presence and influence: able to shape strategy with C-level internal peers and lead the highest-stakes customer negotiations.

A note on AI in our process: Abnormal AI uses AI-assisted tools to help our recruiting team prepare for candidate interviews. These tools analyze resume content and role requirements to suggest interview questions and areas for the interviewer to explore. They do not make hiring decisions or screen candidates automatically. Every decision about a candidacy is made by a person. Further, if your application is successful and Abnormal AI makes a conditional offer of employment, we will carry out pre-employment checks which must be successfully completed to progress to a final offer. All processes and pre-employment checks are in line with prevailing legislation and Abnormal AI’s policies relevant to our security and privacy standards.
