What this role involves

About commercetools

Real innovation starts with a strong foundation, and at commercetools, that comes from the perfect balance of our product and our people.

Behind every leap forward is a collective of builders, explorers, doers, makers, and problem-solvers.The kind of people who not only pioneered a more flexible approach to commerce architecture but also shaped the culture of experimentation that approach unlocked. Together they are the engine of commerce innovation today.

At commercetools, we power the next era of autonomous commerce for our customers. Whether it’s AI-driven solutions that help enterprises make smarter business decisions, bridging digital and physical shopping experiences, or enabling entirely new ways for industries to connect with their customers, we help the world’s most ambitious companies experiment, scale, and grow without limits.

Here the best idea wins, not the loudest voice. You will have the tools, trust, and space to not only build the future of commerce, but to build your own.

Your Impact

You own AI capabilities end-to-end:  from the data and context that feed a model, through agent orchestration, to the generative UI a user sees and trusts. You’ve personally shipped and operated full-stack apps in production, so backend, frontend, data, and ML aren’t four teams you coordinate with, they’re four things you do. You’re not a research scientist; you wield models and engineer ruthlessly around their uncertainty.

You will:

  • Build agent loops and orchestration: tool use, structured outputs, business-rule enforcement, graceful failure
  • Build the integration layer (via MCP) that lets agents securely call backend systems and business APIs
  • Render model output into live, streamed, accessible UI via generative-UI protocols
  • Ground models in real data: retrieval, embeddings, and feedback loops that actually close
  • Treat evals as a first-class system - provable improvement, not vibes
  • Take a capability from prompt-in-a-notebook to a measured, guard-railed production feature

This is a full time hybrid role location in either  Berlin, Munich, London or Valencia.

What Sets Y ou Apart

You’re a creative problem-solver who is wired to find solutions. You confidently dive into complex challenges and have a talent for making them simple for others. Your curiosity drives you to constantly grow and contribute to an environment of trust and teamwork. Great ideas come from many paths, and your unique perspective matters more than checking every box. What matters most is the mindset you bring to the work.

You bring:

  • Shipped full-stack apps to production and owned them end-to-end: frontend through backend to deploy and operate, not handed off at a layer boundary
  • 5+ years shipping production software, 2+ building with LLMs in production (real users, not demos)
  • Hands-on experience with UI protocols (A2UI, AG-UI, MCP-UI, or similar). You’ve built against a generative/agent-driven UI protocol, not just consumed a REST API
  • The AI spine: prompt/context engineering, agents, tool use, structured outputs, evals, MCP Python and TypeScript/Node + React; comfortable with async, streaming, and observability
  • Working fluency with retrieval/embeddings and SQL

Nice to Have:

  • Fine-tuning/distillation, e-commerce or marketplace systems, and a track record in 0→1

Engineer Staff Site Reliability Engineer at PayJunction

Staff SRE owns platform reliability, security, and automation across AWS, containers, and physical infrastructure while managing incidents and PCI DSS compliance.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We read every application. No AI screening. A real person reviews your materials.

PayJunction is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, security, and automation of the platform that moves billions of dollars a year, across AWS, containers, and the physical servers we still rack ourselves.

Why PayJunction?

PayJunction is relentless and emphatical about helping others.  We exist to drive the success of our partners.  Specifically, the developers who connect to us, businesses who process payments through us, and all of our team members who work with us at PayJunction.

We believe dreams inspire people to start a business, and others to partner with them.  While building dreams, entrepreneurs and business professionals will face many challenges along the way. We believe great partners can make all the difference.

We are your dream partner.

Your success is our success.

Our dream is to help you realize yours.

We exist to drive the success of our partners.  We do this by fundamentally changing the way you transact with others.  We just happen to make great payment systems.  If you love helping others succeed, in a culture that celebrates perfecting your craft, consider partnering with us.

Location

PayJunction takes a Flex First approach to work environments. This means that our team members can choose to work from our Santa Barbara office or remotely from home. We ensure that everyone has the resources and equipment to work where they feel most productive. We trust our teams to make the best decision for their work environment. All PayJunction employees must reside in one of the following states: CA, IL, TX, MN, CO, GA, NY, MA, CT.

Mission

Our SRE / DevOps team’s mission is to securely deliver reliable and responsive computing platforms for our customer products to run on. We keep production available and responsive, manage our infrastructure as code across physical, virtual, containerized, and AWS estates, treat PCI DSS compliance as an engineering property of the platform rather than an annual scramble, and provide the secure internal platform that PayJunction’s operational, analytics, and BI tooling runs on.

Vision

To have customers who rave about our secure, reliable, and responsive products that are always there for them, safely storing their important information.

Job Responsibilities

  • Keep production available and responsive, owning uptime and incident response for the systems that process payments around the clock.
  • Drive the containerization of our internal DevOps estate, moving legacy services into a modern, reproducible container platform.
  • Engineer and evolve our AWS infrastructure with Terraform, building for reliability, security, and cost-awareness.
  • Manage infrastructure as code across physical, virtual, containerized, and cloud estates using Puppet / OpenVox, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Administer Linux servers end to end, from cloud instances down to the physical hardware and data center work behind them.
  • Build PCI DSS compliance into the platform itself, through patching, vulnerability management, logging, and monitoring that hold up under audit.
  • Provide technical leadership on architecture and tooling decisions, and document them so the whole team can operate what you build.
  • Stand up and support the secure infrastructure underneath PayJunction’s analytics and BI stack.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience across development, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
  • 5+ years administering Linux servers in production.
  • 3+ years building and operating production AWS infrastructure.
  • 3+ years running production container workloads.
  • 3+ years with configuration management and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, or similar).
  • 3+ years scripting for automation.
  • Hands-on physical server and data center experience, with willingness to do periodic on-site work in Santa Barbara for physical server support.
  • Preferred: experience operating in an audited or regulated environment such as PCI DSS; experience standing up infrastructure beneath a BI or analytics stack; a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Operations Revenue Operations Systems Administrator (Hybrid @ Bellevue, WA) at OfferUp

Administers and optimizes multi-platform revenue operations systems (Salesforce, Zuora, Zendesk, HubSpot) across CRM, billing, support, and marketing functions.

Mid Hybrid Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Role

OfferUp is looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. This is intentionally a multi-platform role spanning CRM, billing, customer support, marketing, and revenue intelligence, including Salesforce, Zuora, Zendesk, HubSpot, and Zoom Revenue Accelerator. We don’t expect candidates to arrive as experts in every tool in our stack. We do expect the technical aptitude to become one.

You’ll own technical execution within a roadmap and priority framework set by the RevOps Manager. We expect you to investigate problems, recommend solutions, and independently drive work through implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation. You’ll have meaningful autonomy in how problems are solved, while broader systems strategy, architecture, and prioritization remain with the RevOps Manager.

This is an opportunity to grow beyond a single-platform admin role. You’ll work across CRM, billing, customer support, marketing, and revenue intelligence systems with meaningful production ownership from day one, alongside modern AI-assisted development practices and direct access to the person setting architecture. As the RevOps Systems function grows, you’ll have the opportunity to become a foundational source of technical and operational knowledge for the team, and to grow into owning more of that architecture yourself.

What You’ll Do

  • Salesforce Administration: Own execution across user management, permissions and access, Flow automation, custom objects and fields, data quality, integrations, reporting, and dashboards. Independently translate business and system requirements into reliable technical solutions, escalating architectural decisions and material trade-offs when appropriate. Example scope: sharing-rule and permission-set fixes for CRM sync parity, UTM/attribution field configuration, lead-routing troubleshooting.
  • Zuora Operations: Own billing workflows, subscription lifecycle management, product catalog updates, and pricing and general configuration. Example scope: product catalog and rate plan updates, subscription amendment troubleshooting for CS-escalated billing disputes.
  • Zendesk Configuration: Maintain and evolve ticket views, automation, triggers, macros, and reporting for CS and Risk. Example scope: after-hours routing triggers, time-tracking field setup, containment/reporting fixes.
  • HubSpot Maintenance: Support marketing-to-sales pipeline hygiene, list management, form configuration, and Salesforce↔HubSpot sync troubleshooting.
  • Broader Stack Support: Build functional knowledge of Zoom Revenue Accelerator and other tools in the revenue stack. Be the person who knows how the pieces connect.
  • Release & Change Management: Own the deployment lifecycle for changes across our stack, including Git-based branching (via GitHub), sandbox testing, PR-reviewed deploys, staged rollouts, and rollback planning. Coordinate timing and communication so changes don’t disrupt live Sales and CS workflows.
  • AI-Assisted Execution: Use AI coding assistants (we use Claude Code) to accelerate technical work, providing clear direction, reviewing generated output, debugging issues, and validating changes before deployment. This is now core to how RevOps work gets done here, not a nice-to-have.
  • KTLO Operations: Triage, investigate, and resolve inbound system requests from Sales and CS, proposing fixes and driving them through implementation without requiring escalation on routine issues.
  • Documentation & Runbooks: Build and maintain internal documentation for system configurations, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Cross-Training: Cross-train with the RevOps Manager on all major instances so OfferUp has operational continuity during PTO, leave, or team transitions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Typically 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a closely related field, with demonstrated ownership of production revenue systems
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience required; Salesforce Admin (ADM 201) certification strongly preferred
  • Exposure to Zuora or a comparable subscription/billing platform (Chargebee, Stripe Billing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or a comparable CS helpdesk platform
  • Experience with structured release management in a live production environment (Git/GitHub branching, PR review, sandbox/staging validation, and rollback planning), ideally on systems that sales or support teams depend on in real time
  • Practical experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate technical work, providing clear direction, reviewing generated output, debugging issues, and validating changes before deployment
  • Strong documentation instincts: you write down how things work so others can follow
  • Able to work independently from a problem statement to a shipped solution, while recognizing the line between execution decisions and architectural ones

Nice to Have

  • Apex fluency: comfortable reading and debugging existing code, and recognizing when a Flow-only approach won’t cut it
  • HubSpot experience
  • Zoom Revenue Accelerator or comparable conversation intelligence platform
  • Background supporting a two-sided or consumer marketplace business
  • Experience supporting both a direct sales team and a customer success team
  • Prior experience as an early/foundational hire in a RevOps or systems function at a scaling company

Product Solution Consultant France & Belgium (f/m/d) - Hybrid / Remote at PriceHubble

Solution Consultant translates client requirements into custom technical solutions using APIs, no-code tools, and automation platforms, owning delivery end-to-end.

Mid Hybrid Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

As Solution Consultant, you will be the technical partner of our account executives in France and Belgium. You are the person who translates client needs into concrete solutions built on top of the PriceHubble platform, then delivers them end-to-end.

The role combines:

  • Client-facing consulting and solution design (approx. 50%): working alongside account executives to understand client needs, demo the product, scope custom solutions, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on solution delivery (approx. 50%): configuring, building, and integrating the solutions you scoped, using our stack of APIs, internal and external no-code tools, and automation platforms

Unlike our enterprise track, where a Solution Consultant works in a trinome with an account executive and a dedicated project manager, this role means owning your own project management. You are your own captain: you scope, you build, you deliver, you communicate.

Customer-facing solution design

  • Support account executives during discovery and demo calls: explain technical concepts in an accessible way to non-technical audiences
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into structured technical solutions
  • Present, defend, and iterate on solutions with clients across French and Belgian markets
  • Bring an eye for detail and quality to everything client-facing: microsites, branded pages, reports, communication assets

Hands-on solution delivery

  • With Designer support, configure and adapt PriceHubble solutions (property valuation portals, lead engines, ownership dashboards) to client branding and specific needs, using our internal no-code tool Page Builder
  • Build API integrations between PriceHubble services and client systems (CRM, forms, portals)
  • Wire automation workflows using tools such as n8n or ActivePieces (webhooks, lead routing, notifications, engagement triggers)
  • Structure data flows, dossiers, and custom records within the PriceHubble platform
  • Test, iterate, and ship: your work goes live to real end users, and you own its quality

Project ownership

  • Own project scope, timeline, and delivery for the accounts you support - you are your own project manager

  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, design) to deliver on time and to standard

  • Ensure scalability, maintainability, and GDPR compliance across your builds

  • Handover finished projects to customer success cleanly, with documentation

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Solution Consultant, Technical Project Manager, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar client-facing technical role

  • You’re equally comfortable in French and English, close to native level in both. This isn’t a nice-to-have: you’ll be switching between the two every day

  • Comfortable presenting to clients and explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and confident way

  • Basic to intermediate technical foundation: you can read API documentation, understand JSON, work with structured data objects, and follow how systems talk to each other

  • Exposure to no-code or low-code tools (any of: Bubble, Webflow, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, n8n, ActivePieces, Retool)

  • An eye for design, quality, and detail: pixel-perfect matters when you build the customer-facing pages

  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable owning your own project management without a dedicated PM

  • Well-presented and professional in client-facing settings

Preferred

  • Experience with automation platforms (n8n, ActivePieces, Zapier, Make)

  • Exposure to AI or LLM-powered workflows (autonomous agents, MCP, voice agents)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and how to integrate with them

  • Understanding of JSON, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and basic HTTP concepts

  • Experience in SaaS, proptech, fintech, real estate, or data platforms

  • A personal side project or portfolio showing you are a builder

  • A CDI and a role with real ownership: you own your accounts, your projects, and your outcomes

  • Exposure to modern data platforms, AI-driven workflows, and automation technologies

  • Close collaboration with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams across Europe

  • An international, fast-growing SaaS environment where you can learn quickly and grow into more senior technical or PM role and professional development opportunities

Content Developer Relations Education Engineer at Arize AI

Create educational content about AI observability and evaluation through blogs, videos, webinars, and courses to teach engineers best practices.

What this role involves

About Arize

AI is rapidly transforming the world. As generative AI reshapes industries, teams need powerful ways to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize their AI systems. That’s where we come in. Arize AI is the leading AI & Agent Engineering observability and evaluation platform, empowering AI engineers to ship high-performing, reliable agents and applications. From first prototype to production scale, Arize AX unifies build, test, and run in a single workspace—so teams can ship faster with confidence.

We’re a Series C company backed by top-tier investors, with over $135M in funding and a rapidly growing customer base of 150+ leading enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. Customers like Booking.com, Uber, Siemens, and PepsiCo leverage Arize to deliver AI that works.

Note: Arize is a remote-first company but Developer Relations roles often appear at in-person events. The nature of this role requires candidates to be based in the San Francisco Bay area, though there isn’t an in-office requirement.

The Opportunity

AI is rapidly transforming the world. Whether it’s developing the next generation of human-level intelligence, enhancing voice assistants, or enabling researchers to analyze genetic markers at scale, AI is increasingly integrated into various aspects of our daily lives.

Arize AI is the leading AI observability and evaluation platform, empowering AI engineers to build and deploy high-performing, reliable models. As the AI landscape shifts from traditional ML to generative AI and agentic systems, Arize ensures teams have the tools to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI in production.

The Role

Our developer relations team’s mission is to provide the best possible developer experience for our flagship products, Arize AX and Arize Phoenix. This role owns the teaching half of that mission. Evaluating and observing AI applications is a genuinely hard skill that most engineers are learning on the job, and our job is to teach it: on our blog and other people’s blogs, on our YouTube channel, in webinars, in courses, and in person at conferences as talks and hands-on workshops. The same material then gets adapted for our social channels where it makes sense.

The field of AI moves so quickly that a tutorial written six months ago is often wrong, so the content has to be built to be updated rather than shipped and forgotten. Also, a lot of your students now arrive with a coding agent already open, which changes what a good explanation looks like, what needs to be taught and what can be handled by agents. Those two challenges are exciting and central to this role.

We are heavy users of AI-driven automation and expect you to build pipelines that get you from one piece of source material to a blog post, a video, a webinar and a week of social content. Strong writing, speaking and teaching skills are of course required, but we expect you to use AI to greatly accelerate and amplify your reach.

What You’ll Do

Primary responsibilities:

  • Write technical blog posts and tutorials for the Arize blog, and place guest content on partner blogs and third-party publications
  • Produce educational video for our YouTube channel, from short explainers to longer walkthroughs, and internal enablement video that gets our own go-to-market teams up to speed on evals and observability
  • Run a high volume of webinars, owning them end to end from topic selection to the demo to the follow-up content
  • Build and deliver structured courses, both on our own properties and with external learning platforms and partners
  • Speak at conferences and run hands-on workshops, including writing the demo applications and exercises that go with them
  • Adapt each piece of work across formats and channels so that one body of research produces content in several places rather than one
  • Build the AI-assisted production systems that make all of the above possible at a volume that would otherwise need a much larger team

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Take feedback from the community and turn it into actionable product insights that shape our open source and commercial product roadmaps
  • Assist our marketing team by providing source material for field marketing, SEO and answer-engine-focused website copy
  • Work with our documentation team so that educational content and reference documentation point at each other properly
  • Interact with our developer community at conferences, trade shows and local meetups, as well as online through our community Slack and other channels
  • Collaborate with the Product team to prototype “spikes” for new features and product directions

Who We’re Looking for

Required qualifications:

  • 3+ years in developer relations, developer education, technical content, or an engineering role that produced a lot of public material
  • A portfolio we can look at: recorded talks, videos, courses, blog posts or workshops
  • Comfortable on camera and on stage, and able to teach a technical concept live without a script to hide behind
  • Up-to-date engineering skills. You’ll be writing the demo applications you teach from, so you need to be able to build the thing before you explain it.
  • Working knowledge of LLM-based app development e.g. agents, RAG, orchestration frameworks. You do not need to be specifically familiar with Arize.
  • Experience using AI tooling in your own production process, or a clear appetite for building that out
  • A curious and self-motivated continuous learner, comfortable with the ambiguities and rapid iteration of a startup environment
  • Willing to travel regularly for conferences and to attend occasional evening and weekend events, either local to your location or within a few hours’ travel time

Bonus qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the evaluations and observability space including products like Arize
  • Experience shipping a course with a learning platform such as Coursera, DeepLearning.AI, LinkedIn Learning, Maven or O’Reilly
  • Video production and editing skills, or experience growing a technical YouTube channel
  • A track record of getting talks accepted at major industry conferences
  • Highly engaged in technical communities on forums like X, Reddit, Slack, Discord, Dev.to etc.
  • Existing experience running or contributing to open-source projects like Arize Phoenix

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $100,000 - $175,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support.

While we are a remote-first company, we have opened offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person. For all other employees, there is a WFH monthly stipend to pay for co-working spaces.

This role owns the documentation half of that mission: keeping our own docs accurate as the products change, expanding our guides and cookbooks so a developer can get from first read to working code without asking anyone for help, and making sure Arize is documented correctly in other people’s material too, from integration partners to online courses.

Documentation now has two audiences reading it simultaneously: developers, and the coding agents working on their behalf. The same page has to be skimmable by a human and unambiguous to an agent that will act on it, and nobody in the industry has settled on how to do both well. That’s an exciting problem and it will be central to this role.

We are not looking for someone to hand-edit pages forever. We are heavy users of AI-driven automation and expect you to build systems that spot stale content, catch drift between the code and the docs, draft updates for review, and check that our examples still run. Good writing and editing skills are of course required for this role, but we expect you to use AI to greatly accelerate and amplify your skill.

What You’ll Do

Primary responsibilities:

  • Own the health of Arize’s product documentation: keep it accurate as we ship, and rewrite the parts that have stopped making sense
  • Build automated systems that monitor documentation quality, detect drift between docs and code, test that code samples still work, and draft updates for human review
  • Make our documentation work for coding agents as well as humans: structured content, machine-readable indexes, and real measurement of whether an agent can complete a task using our docs alone
  • Write and refresh tutorials, cookbooks and open-source demonstration repositories that take a developer from introduction to value quickly
  • Get Arize documented accurately outside our own site, working with integration partners, framework maintainers, and course and curriculum authors
  • Create a stellar onboarding experience for new users, judged by whether they get to their first working eval unassisted

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Take feedback from the community and turn it into actionable product insights that shape our open source and commercial product roadmaps
  • Assist our marketing team by providing source material for field marketing, SEO and answer-engine-focused website copy
  • Interact with our developer community at conferences, trade shows and local meetups, as well as online through our community Slack and other channels
  • Be the first point of contact for community members with product questions, directing them to the appropriate teams and channels
  • Collaborate with the Product team to prototype “spikes” for new features and product directions

Who We’re Looking for

Required qualifications:

  • 3+ years in technical writing, documentation engineering, developer relations, or an engineering role with a lot of writing in it
  • Excellent technical communication skills, demonstrated by public-facing documentation, blog posts or videos you can point us to
  • Up-to-date engineering skills. You’ll be writing code that maintains documentation, not only prose, so docs-as-code workflows, CI and general comfort working in a repo are assumed.
  • Working knowledge of LLM-based app development e.g. agents, RAG, orchestration frameworks. You do not need to be specifically familiar with Arize.
  • Genuine interest in how agents read and use documentation, and in building the tooling that makes that work
  • A curious and self-motivated continuous learner, comfortable with the ambiguities and rapid iteration of a startup environment
  • Willing to attend occasional evening and weekend events in-person either local to your location or (less frequently) within a few hours’ travel time

Bonus qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the evaluations and observability space including products like Arize
  • Experience building automation around documentation: link checking, snippet testing, style linting, LLM-assisted review
  • Opinions about llms.txt, documentation MCP servers, and the other current attempts at machine-readable docs

Operations Revenue Operations Systems Administrator (Hybrid @ Bellevue, WA) at OfferUp

Administers and optimizes multiple revenue operations platforms (Salesforce, Zuora, Zendesk, HubSpot) to support CRM, billing, customer support, and marketing workflows.

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $145,000

OfferUp offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Individual salaries within our ranges are determined through a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. All roles will receive equity in OfferUp as part of their compensation, the amount of equity varying depending on the individual’s level and experience.

Benefits (all US roles): In addition to our compensation package, this role is eligible to enroll in health insurance, healthcare savings and spending accounts, retirement savings benefits (401(k) plan with match), basic and voluntary life insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off for sick leave, family and/or medical leave, vacation, and 12 company holidays. In regard to vacation time, OfferUp has a flexible vacation policy, and, in general, full-time, exempt employees will be expected to take 3-5 weeks (15-30 days) of pre-planned vacation time per year. Vacation needs are flexible and will naturally vary from year to year based on individual circumstances and business needs. In regard to sick time, all full-time employees (exempt and non-exempt) will be granted 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year (pro-rated if the start date is other than January 1). Your recruiter can share more details about specific benefits during the interview process.

Engineer AI Engineer at Commercetools

Build full-stack AI agent systems end-to-end, from model integration and orchestration to production deployment, backend APIs, and generative UI.

Our Benefits

Because work and life are connected, our benefits are too. We’ve designed them to give you the security, flexibility, and opportunities you need to focus on what matters most.

đŸ©ș Comprehensive health benefits for you and your dependents, including access to OpenUp for personalized mental health support

📚 Learning and development opportunities including an annual learning budget, access to self-paced learning platforms and language training, personalized coaching, mentorship, and leadership programs

đŸŒ Family Leave Plus gives you additional fully paid weeks of parental leave on top of government-provided leave, so you can spend more time with your new addition

📈 Our equity participation program allows you to share in our success

Come as you are. Build with us.

Your unique perspective is essential to our success. We are committed to building a team that reflects the world around us because we know it’s the only way to build the future. We celebrate our differences and have created a hiring process that’s fair, inclusive, and designed to let your talent shine.

We proudly welcome applicants of every race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and any other part of your identity that makes you who you are.

Engineer AI Engineer at Commercetools

Builds full-stack AI applications end-to-end, from data pipelines and model orchestration to production UIs, shipping agent-based features with rigorous evaluation and guardrails.

  • Preferred: experience in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS; a CSPO or PSPO certification; and comfort reading product data to inform priorities.
