Generates sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone while maintaining CRM hygiene and collaborating with account executives to drive qualified leads.

Junior Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Muck Rack is the leading SaaS platform for public relations and communications professionals. Our mission is to enable organizations to build trust, tell their stories, and demonstrate the unique value of earned media. Muck Rack’s AI-powered, comprehensive, and integrated platform streamlines the PR workflow to help businesses generate positive media coverage, monitor mentions to manage brand reputation, and analyze PR’s impact on business outcomes. By combining media database, monitoring, and reporting into one dynamic platform, we empower teams to collaborate seamlessly, pitch effectively, and analyze results faster and more efficiently.

Founder-controlled, fully distributed, and growing sustainably, Muck Rack has received several awards for its unparalleled culture and product from organizations like Inc., Quartz, G2, and BuiltIn. We value resilience, transparency, ownership, and customer devotion, and infuse these values into everything we do.

We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our team and make a big impact.

As an Outbound SDR at Muck Rack, you will work closely with our sales team to generate opportunities through outbound outreach. You should be excited about working in a fast-paced sales environment where you’ll be the first “face” of Muck Rack to prospective customers, representing our team, culture, and brand.

What you’ll do:

  • Build pipeline through outbound outreach — prospect leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone to consistently meet and exceed quota
  • Personalize your interactions — leverage Muck Rack’s tools and prospect insights to make outreach timely, relevant, and informed from the first touch
  • Prospect strategically— develop efficient, creative outreach systems tailored to target accounts, using our systems to identify patterns and prioritize who to contact and when
  • Plan your day with purpose — lean on AI-assisted workflows to structure your time, stay on top of follow-ups, and keep your pipeline moving without things falling through the cracks
  • Stay plugged into PR — monitor industry news to surface timely, relevant outreach opportunities
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene — keep lead records, activities, and reporting accurate and up to date in Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally — partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align outreach efforts and drive pipeline growth
  • Maintain consistent activity standards— execute against outreach expectations across segments while balancing quality personalization with high-volume prospecting

How success will be measured in this role:

  • Meetings booked, held, and converted to pipeline (S2 opportunities)
  • SDR-sourced revenue

If the details below describe you, you could be a great fit for this role:

  • 1+ year of experience in a SaaS SDR role or 1+ year working in PR preferred— you understand either the sales motion or the buyer’s world
  • Highly accountable and self-motivated, with a growth mindset that welcomes feedback and coaching
  • A natural relationship builder with genuine curiosity and a sales-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional written communication skills — you write emails that actually get read and responses that move things forward
  • Strong phone presence — you can build rapport quickly and keep a conversation going
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment without dropping the ball
  • A quick study with new tools (including AI tools) — we work in Google Workspace, Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, Nooks, SalesNav, etc
  • Based or willing to work East Coast or Central hours
  • Proactively incorporate AI tools into day to day work to improve productively and accelerate delivery

Interview Overview

Below you’ll find an outline of the interview plan for this role. Please note that this is what we expect the process to look like; we may ask you for supplemental information or require an additional step before making a final decision.

  • Skills Assessment
  • 15-minute Recruiter Screen with SDR Manager
  • 45-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager, including a mock cold call
  • Panel interview with several members of our team
  • 30-minute Bar Raiser

Travel & Team Engagement Expectations

This role requires up to 10% travel for team collaboration, customer engagements, and company events. As part of our commitment to building strong connections across our fully distributed team, attendance at our annual company offsite (typically held in Mexico) is expected.

Salary

In the US, the base salary for this role is $53,000, with $68,000+ in OTE. Note that we typically build 1-3 quarters of ramp time with lower goals and thus lower earnings from commissions. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.

If we are unable to hire in your current location for the role for which you applied, you will be notified via email. Evaluate and test AI chatbots through structured conversations and voice interactions to provide feedback that improves model performance and safety.

Junior Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Spanish (Spain) AI Product Evaluator

🎯 The Project

Productive Playhouse is building a talent pool of Spanish (Spain) speakers for an upcoming project testing and evaluating leading AI chatbots. The objective is to enhance response quality through direct user interaction with the various AI models.

Open to freelancers based outside the U.S.

This is more than one job. Apply once, and we’ll keep you in mind for this project — and future ones that need your language skills.

The Details

We’re looking for independent contractor engagement (task-based - project-based).

  • Pay Rate: $15.00 USD per hour
  • Remote position
  • You choose which tasks to take, set your own hours, and are free to work with other clients any time. You can stay flexible as the project evolves.
  • This is an iterative project, work arrives in batches (there may be pauses between them).

What You’ll Do

As an AI Evaluator, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and improving the next generation of Generative AI. You’ll participate in structured, hands-on evaluations by interacting directly with various AI models to assess their capabilities, safety, and helpfulness. Your insights and data will directly inform model development and optimization.

Exact tasks vary by project and will be spelled out in that project’s Statement of Work (SOW) before you start. Depending on the role, your work may include:

  • Testing and evaluating AI chatbots or language models through structured conversations, using assigned goals and prompts.
  • Voice-based interactions with AI models — for projects that involve this, sessions are recorded, and audio may be shared with the client as part of the evaluation deliverable.
  • Submitting deliverables (write-ups, ratings, screenshots, or recordings) in the format each task specifies.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Native or expert-level fluency in Spanish, as spoken in Spain
  • Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills - assessment maybe required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models
  • Comfortable with both written and voice-based conversation — and good at asking sharp follow-ups
  • Your own smartphone, computer, reliable internet, and comfort with web-based tools
  • Able to pass a language proficiency and technical literacy assessment
  • Responsive communicator — quick replies move you through onboarding faster
  • Able to start within 48 hours

Why PPH? 🌍

🌍 Your language skills are the whole point — and this project pays for them

⚡ Apply once, get contacted directly when a spot opens — no chasing

🏠 Work from anywhere, on your own schedule, alongside any other work you do

🤝 Clear task specs, no ongoing oversight, no micromanagement

💼 Real project experience with a global data and language services company

✨ Work that actually improves how AI understands your language

About Productive Playhouse

We started by teaching kids through award-winning programming. We grew into a global data and language services company trusted by clients worldwide. But the mission never changed: keep language alive.

Transcription, translation, localization, linguistic analysis, AI evaluation — it all comes back to preserving languages and the cultures they carry.

All engagements are contingent upon successful completion of identity verification. Productive Playhouse is an equal opportunity organization headquartered in California and committed to diversity and inclusion across our global workforce. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and abilities, regardless of location or engagement type. For accommodations or inquiries, please contact [email protected].

Junior CSM builds customer relationships, guides onboarding and implementation, and ensures customers achieve value from the product.

Junior Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are

Process Street is an AI software and compliance operations platform startup from San Francisco. We help our customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Our platform automates the work, enforces the standards, and proves compliance so our global customers can run their businesses. We service over 3k customers around the world, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian.

Our mission:

To make recurring work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere.

Our culture:

Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative remote culture. We value flexibility because many of us are parents, travelers, or just creatives who aren’t inspired by the construct of a mundane 9-to-5. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections are what make teams strong, so we regularly do coffee chats, game-playing, story-telling, and more, to build strong relationships.

If you’re entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility we look forward to meeting you!

Where and when you’ll work

This is a fully remote role open to candidates based outside of the United States. Because you’ll be supporting US-based customers, you’ll work US business hours - primarily Pacific Time (PT) - with the flexibility to support customers across PT, MT, and CT.

The Opportunity

This is an early-career Customer Success role, and a great way to grow into the craft alongside an experienced team. You don’t need to have experience as a CSM before, but you do need to genuinely love working with people, solving problems, and a real curiosity about how people and companies operate.

Customer Success sits at the heart of Process Street because our customers tell us where to go. You’ll be one of the people closest to them, helping them get real value from the product and grow with us over time. Some customers start small and grow into huge, multi-departmental rollouts, and you’ll be a central player in making that happen. No two customers look the same, and that’s the fun part.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with customers, learning how each one works and where they want to go.
  • Plan and guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and training.
  • Support existing customers by answering questions, highlighting new features, and running Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Contribute to support systems, such as in-product guides, webinars, and our Help Center.
  • Work closely with other departments to bring the customer voice into the product roadmap and strategy.
  • Identify expansion and referral opportunities through the relationships you build and think creatively about how to act on them.
  • Track the numbers that matter, like churn, time to first value, and net promoter score.
  • Experiment with new strategies, tools, and AI to help customers (and yourself) to work smarter.
  • Always keep our value of Delighting Customers top of mind.

About You

  • You bring real customer experience! You’ve worked directly with customers or clients before and loved it.

You come from a startup, entrepreneurial, or build-it-yourself environment. You’re scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.

  • You’re a self-starter who’s driven by goals, not tasks. You don’t wait to be told the next step. You set your sights on an outcome and keep going until you reach it.
  • You think strategically and creatively. You spot new opportunities, think outside-of-the-box, and actively work toward those opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you.
  • You love building relationships. You’re genuinely excited to talk to people, learn how their teams and companies operate, and find ways to help them work better.
  • You experiment with AI and new tools. You’re already using AI and automation to get things done, and you’re constantly leveling up. You’re curious about technology, you tinker, and you bring that energy to helping customers build creative, complex workflows.
  • You love to learn and help others learn. New ways of working energize you, and you bring a positive attitude that lifts the people around you.
  • You’re an excellent written and verbal communicator. We’re a 100% distributed team, and writing is our primary method of communication. But you’ll be chatting with customers and teammates live too!

Our Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO policy – Most take 3-4 weeks, plus their major holidays, AND a company-wide week off in December.

  • Social time – Regular coffee chats, games, story-telling, house tours (only if you’re comfortable), and more to build connections.

  • Generous health insurance for US employees and their families.

  • Equity for all full-time roles.

  • A chance to shape how companies around the world run through the future of no-code automation.

Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we’ll let you in on a secret: there’s no such thing as a ‘perfect’ candidate. Process Street is a place where everyone can grow. So however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, genetic information, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or Veteran status.
