What this role involves

Who We Are:

BrandCycle is an influencer and affiliate marketing platform representing over 7,000 social media influencers, bloggers, and content creators. Our members have a combined following of more than 300 million on social media. Most of our influencers have been creating content to drive sales for years. They are savvy shoppers who cross-promote and achieve high ROI for brands. We work with over 700 top brands, including Target, lululemon, Michael Kors, Under Armour, Crocs, Kate Spade, and Converse. In 2021, BrandCycle was acquired by StackCommerce, a leader in commerce content for major digital media publishers. StackCommerce and BrandCycle are backed by TPG, a top private equity firm that is known for its growth equity and impact investing.

The Role:

We’re hiring a Manager, Creator Community & Content to lead the growth and engagement of BrandCycle’s creator community. You’ll own the channels our creators live in - our Facebook Group, Instagram, email, and webinars - and the content that keeps creators active and earning with BrandCycle.

This role blends community management with content strategy and a real revenue mandate. You’ll decide what thousands of creators see and hear from us, and you’ll measure it in creators activated, creators retained, and dollars earned. You’ll also carry the voice of the creator across the company - into our messaging, campaigns, and product roadmap. It’s a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company at a pivotal moment in our growth.

This is a 100% remote position, must be based in the U.S.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage community channels. Actively respond to messages, moderate conversations, and share feedback with internal stakeholders.
  • Educate and inspire the community. Build the always-on content that empowers creators to maximize their earnings on BrandCycle.
  • Turn brand moments into creator earnings. Package campaigns into content creators can act on fast to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Be the voice of the creator. Act as a bridge between BrandCycle creators and internal teams, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Test and learn. Continuously explore innovative ways to enhance engagement and provide value to our creators.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media, community management, and/or influencer marketing.
  • Experience managing social media groups or online communities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and support creators and influencers.
  • Hands-on experience working with content publishers, creators, or influencers.
  • Proficiency in email marketing using Mailchimp, Hubspot, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or others.
  • Working knowledge of affiliate networks, creator platforms, and social platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools, and a genuine desire to expand how you use them.

Who You Are:

Relationship-driven

  • Warm and relationship-driven; you are a person creators want to hear from.
  • Builds trust quickly and anticipates what creators need before they ask.
  • Balances fierce advocacy for the creator with what’s right for the business.

Self-directed

  • Entrepreneurial and eager to grow within the role and the company.
  • An effective communicator in a remote environment, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup and enjoys wearing many hats.
  • Brings mature, measured judgment and solves problems independently.

Goals-driven

  • Deadline-driven and composed under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical, and energized by reaching and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Fluent in KPIs and the business metrics that measure success.
  • An eye for the next product, trend, or moment worth putting in front of creators.

A fast learner

  • Genuinely interested in digital marketing and e-commerce, and up to speed on the latest trends.
  • Comfortable with, and excited by, new and emerging technology and media channels.

Compensation:

Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.  The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions).  Your initial base pay will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.

Engineer Data Engineer (Fully Remote) at PadSplit

Designs and maintains data pipelines using Dagster, dbt, and Snowflake, writing Python and infrastructure code with a focus on production reliability and code quality.

Mid Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Role We Need

PadSplit is growing its analytics platform and needs a hands-on Data Engineer to work alongside our existing DE lead. This person will build and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines across Dagster (or Airflow), dbt, and Snowflake, with supporting work in Python, Airbyte, and AWS. The role combines building new pipelines and data models with providing real coverage on critical paths — especially the daily Postgres → Snowflake → dbt flow and third-party API loads — all shipped through reviewed pull requests rather than one-off scripts.

The Person We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a practitioner who thinks natively in dimensions, facts, and slowly changing dimensions — someone who knows when to use a full refresh versus an incremental load and how that choice affects idempotency and backfills. This person writes clear, reviewable PRs and gives equally thoughtful reviews, with attention to scoped diffs, sensible tests, and failure modes. They’re comfortable in complex Python data flows and have enough AWS literacy to reason about task roles, buckets, and cross-account access without needing to own all of platform engineering.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

  • PR-driven shipping: Opening and merging pull requests for new or updated Dagster jobs, assets, schedules, and sensors, plus dbt models, tests, and documentation.
  • Infrastructure tweaks: Writing occasional Terraform for secrets, environment variables, or job sizing when a pipeline needs it.
  • Pipeline implementation: Building and debugging Python pipelines covering REST/API syncs, large Postgres extracts, Parquet loads, and Snowflake COPY operations.
  • Airbyte management: Configuring or troubleshooting Airbyte connections wherever managed sync is the right fit.
  • Production monitoring: Watching production runs and investigating failures related to IAM, OOM, Spot instances, or bad watermarks.
  • Backfills & catch-ups: Running backfills and incremental catch-ups with a clear story for what landed and why.
  • Modeling partnership: Working with analytics and product on dim/fct/x_fct design, incremental strategies, and data quality.
  • Code review & runbooks: Participating in code review, release prep, and writing short runbooks so others can operate your pipelines when you’re out.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • Warehouse fundamentals: Solid grasp of relational databases and warehouse patterns — keys, grain, normalization vs. star schema, and how SCD behavior gets encoded.
  • Orchestration experience: Practical, hands-on Dagster (or Airflow) experience — not just writing SQL inside a scheduler UI.
  • dbt proficiency: Real experience building and maintaining models, tests, and documentation in dbt.
  • Python at scale: Comfort reading and writing Python that moves data at scale across extract, transform, and load steps.
  • AWS working knowledge: Practical familiarity with S3, IAM, and ECS/Fargate at a “debug my job” level.
  • EL tool familiarity: Experience with Airbyte or similar extract-and-load tools.
  • PR discipline: The discipline to write pull requests others can easily review, and to give equally rigorous reviews in return.
  • Reliability mindset: A track record of keeping pipelines healthy and modeling consistent across full refresh and incremental paths, without becoming a single point of failure.

The Interview Process:

  • Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by a real human being from the PeopleOps team.
  • If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a video interview with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
  • If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with our Principal Data Scientist for forty-five (45) minutes.
  • If warranted, the next step would be a video panel interview with key stakeholders at PadSplit for one and a half (1.5) hours.
  • If warranted, the next and final step would be a video interview with a key leader in the company for thirty (30) minutes.
  • If warranted, we move to offer!

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

  • Fully remote position - we swear!
  • Competitive compensation package including an equity incentive plan and company-wide bonus opportunity
  • National medical, dental, and vision healthcare plans
  • Company provided life insurance policy
  • Optional accidental insurances, FSA, and DCFSA benefits
  • Unlimited paid-time (PTO) policy with eleven (11) company-observed holidays
  • 401(k) plan
  • Twelve (12) weeks of paid time off for both birth and non-birth parents
  • The opportunity to do what you love at a company that is at the forefront of solving the affordable housing crisis

$150,000 - $165,000 a year

Compensation is based on the role’s scope, national market benchmarks, the person’s expertise and experience, and the impact of their contributions to our business goals.  In addition to salary, there is a variable compensation component based on performance.

Please note: Although the job posting says it’s in Atlanta, Georgia, this is a fully remote position. This is a result of our Applicant Tracking System requiring a location to post the role on LinkedIn.

Notice to Applicants:

PadSplit participates in E-Verify. All new employees are required to complete an I-9 form and be authorized to work in the United States. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the E-Verify process.

PadSplit is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Trainer Software Engineer - AI Agent Evaluation (Remote) at Mindrift

Create and evaluate coding tasks for AI agents by building realistic developer environments, designing challenges, and writing tests to assess model performance.

Mid Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Please submit your CV in English and indicate your level of English proficiency.

Mindrift connects specialists with project-based AI opportunities for leading tech companies, focused on testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems. Participation is project-based, not permanent employment.

What this opportunity involves We’re building a dataset to evaluate AI coding agents - how well a model handles real-world developer tasks.

You’ll create challenging tasks and evaluation criteria within realistic simulated environments:

  • Build realistic developer environments - a virtual company with codebase, infrastructure, and context (tickets, docs, conversations) that forms a believable development history
  • Design tasks from intermediate states of these environments - craft the prompt, define what “solved” means, and ensure the task is solvable by an AI agent
  • Write tests that verify agent solutions - accept all valid approaches and reject incorrect ones, neither too strict nor too lenient
  • Iterate on tasks and tests based on QA feedback - review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine until the evaluation is fair and robust

What this is NOT

  • Not data labeling
  • Not prompt engineering
  • Not writing code from scratch - the agent writes most of the code; you guide and evaluate

What we look for

  • 5+ years in software development
  • Core stack: Python (FastAPI), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis
  • Experience writing tests (functional, integration)
  • English proficiency - B2+

Why this is hard

Frontier models are already good at coding. Creating a task that genuinely challenges the best models is non-trivial. You need to deeply understand where models fail and what scenarios reveal the difference between a good and a bad solution. Tasks have many valid solutions - writing tests that accept all correct solutions and reject incorrect ones is harder than it sounds.

How it works

Apply → Pass qualification(s) → Join a project → Complete tasks → Get paid

Compensation

Up to $50/hr equivalent, depending on level and pace. Tasks are estimated at ~20 hours each; you set your own schedule.

Content B2B Copywriter at We Are Rosie

Writes short-form B2B content including blog posts, emails, landing pages, and case studies based on product marketing briefs and SEO strategy.

Mid Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Company Description

Managed cloud infrastructure solutions

Job Description

Role: Copywriter with strong B2B background

  • Location: Remote; US-based
  • Commitment: 40 hours per week, full-time
  • Duration: Initial engagement through end of September, with opportunity to extend based on ongoing need
  • Hourly Rate: $55/hr

About the Company

Our client is a B2B managed hosting and ecommerce infrastructure company serving customers across three distinct businesses: a self-serve web builder business for small-to-medium businesses growing their online presence, a managed business unit supporting enterprises running cloud solutions, and a performance business unit serving buyers who know exactly what they need and manage the engagement themselves.

About the Role

There is a significant, immediate volume of short-form content to produce across three business units. This includes hundreds of pieces of content needed to be created before quarter-end, driven by multiple product launches per business unit and ongoing website expansion.

Product marketing and SEO teams have defined strategy, positioning, and the content pipeline; what’s missing is writers who can take that input and turn it into clear, well-organized, audience-appropriate copy without heavy oversight. The in-house Creative Copy Director is currently managing this volume, and this hire is meant to give this role room to focus on oversight and quality.

This is embedded, full-time work (40 hours/week) through the end of the quarter, with possible extension depending on ongoing content needs.

Prioritized Responsibilities

  • Write short-form content across formats, including blog posts, nurture emails, website and landing page copy, and case studies (generally under 2,000 words, most shorter)
  • Translate input from product marketing and SEO (positioning, messaging, keyword and content briefs) into clear, audience-appropriate copy without needing to develop strategy independently
  • Write for a range of B2B audiences across the client’s three business units, adapting tone and complexity for each buyer type
  • Proactively engage subject matter experts to ask clarifying questions and fill in gaps, rather than guessing or overstating expertise
  • Take feedback and revise efficiently, working to reduce overall revision cycles and editorial burden on the in-house creative director of copy
  • Manage a high volume of concurrent assignments against tight, quarter-end timelines

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of professional content writing experience, ideally with exposure to B2B tech, SaaS, hosting, or infrastructure subject matter and comfortable with technical concepts (please highlight topics/brands when you apply)
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly for a B2B buyer audience, translating dense or technical positioning into content that’s easy to understand
  • Experience working from creative/content briefs developed by product marketing or SEO teams, rather than independently setting strategy
  • Comfortable operating independently day-to-day, while proactively seeking out subject matter experts and stakeholders when needed
  • Strong collaborator who takes feedback well and integrates it efficiently
  • Reliable and communicative, and someone who shows up consistently, meets deadlines, and flags blockers early

Key Characteristics

  • Pedigree: Solid B2B content writing background, ideally touching technical or infrastructure-adjacent subject matter, without requiring deep technical/developer expertise.
  • Passion: Genuinely interested in making dense, technical subject matter clear and approachable for a business audience.
  • Potential: Can operate with a moderate level of guidance — independent enough not to need hand-holding, experienced enough to know when to ask for it.
  • Play: Personable, dependable, and comfortable engaging subject matter experts directly to get what’s needed; fits into a fast-moving, collaborative in-house team.  Must be available for a few standing team meetings during typical business hours, but as long as deadlines are met and work is going well, you can work a flexible schedule.

Portfolio or relevant writing samples are required to be recommended to the client.

This is a 100% remote position, must be based in the U.S.

  • Turn brand moments into creator earnings. Package campaigns into content creators can act on fast to maximize sales and revenue.

Engineer Data Engineer (Fully Remote) at PadSplit

Builds and maintains data pipelines using Dagster, dbt, and Snowflake, writing Python code and infrastructure-as-code while collaborating on data models and production monitoring.

Operator AI Agent Engineer (Skills & Prompts) at Pixalate

Builds and maintains system prompts, agent skills, and evaluation frameworks for production AI agents serving real customer problems.

Mid Remote Posted about 4 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

AI Agent Engineer (Skills & Prompts)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote, Pakistan

The Role

Pixalate runs AI agents in production against real customer problems: agents that investigate invalid traffic (IVT) for clients, and analytics agents that let customers ask questions of our data directly. These agents are only as good as the instructions and skills behind them.

As an AI Agent Engineer you own that layer. You will write and maintain the system prompts and the agent skills that decide how our agents behave: what they know, which tools they reach for, when they push back, and, critically, when they stop and ask the user a clarifying question instead of guessing. This is engineering work, not prompt tinkering. You will version your changes, measure them against evaluations, and be accountable for agent behaviour in front of real customers. You will work directly with the team building the IQ Agent and Analytics MCP, the client IVT investigator agents, and the MRT MCP.

What You’ll Do

Build and Own Agent Skills

  • Author and maintain Claude skills and plugins that define agent capabilities and behaviour
  • Design agents that ask clarifying questions and gather requirements interactively, rather than answering one-shot from incomplete information
  • Decide what belongs in a skill, what belongs in a system prompt, and what belongs in a tool
  • Maintain the skill library as products evolve, treating it as a living surface rather than a one-time build

System Prompts for Production Agents

  • Own the system prompts behind Pixalate’s client-facing agents: IVT investigator agents, IQ Agent / Analytics MCP, and MRT MCP
  • Version prompts and skills deliberately, with a clear record of what changed and why
  • Debug real agent failures: wrong tool selection, hallucinated findings, missed clarifying questions, context exhaustion

Evaluation and Measurement

  • Define what “correct” means for each agent and build evaluation suites that test it
  • Build ground-truth datasets from real customer scenarios and measure changes against them
  • Catch regressions before customers do

Context and Tool Design

  • Engineer context strategies: what the agent sees, in what order, within what budget
  • Work with engineering on MCP tool surfaces: which tools exist, how they are described, and how those descriptions drive correct selection
  • Tune for cost and latency as well as accuracy

Safety and Trust

  • Guard against prompt injection, data leakage, and unsafe tool use in customer-facing agents
  • Ensure agents represent Pixalate’s findings accurately and do not overstate confidence

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience building LLM agents that shipped to real users, not prototypes or demos
  • Hands-on work with agent skills, plugins, system prompts, or equivalent agent-behaviour tooling
  • Evidence of evaluation discipline: you can describe an eval suite you built, the ground truth behind it, and a regression it caught. This is the single most important qualification.
  • Strong written English. This role is writing, and the writing is the product.
  • Working proficiency in Python or TypeScript, and comfort reading the codebase your agents run in
  • Understanding of tool-calling / function-calling and how agents select tools
  • Awareness of prompt injection, PII handling, and the failure modes of customer-facing AI
  • Comfortable with some U.S. timezone overlap for team meetings
  • Ad-tech, digital advertising, or fraud-detection exposure is strongly preferred: programmatic, DSPs, SSPs, CTV, or IVT and ad fraud concepts. If you do not have it, you must be prepared to learn the domain deeply in your first 90 days, because agent quality depends on it.
  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or similar tool-integration standards is a plus
  • Experience with observability and tracing for LLM systems is a plus
  • Experience with retrieval systems and their failure modes is a plus
  • Data analysis background, including SQL and working with large datasets, is a plus

About us

This role blends community management with content strategy and a real revenue mandate.
