Product Product Manager - AML Screening at Innovative Systems, Inc.

Define and advance AML screening and payment compliance product capabilities by balancing regulatory requirements, customer needs, and technical complexity.

Mid Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Innovative Systems, a worldwide leader of hi-tech data management, AML compliance, and Payment Screening solutions, is looking for a high-achieving detail-oriented AML Screening Product Manager(reporting to the Head of Product) who wants to be with an organization where they can make a REAL IMPACT!  Innovative provides just the right mix of opportunities.

What’s the challenge?

An AML Screening Product Manager faces the ongoing challenge of balancing speed, accuracy, and compliance in an environment where regulatory expectations evolve faster than product release cycles. Delivering real‑time decisioning while minimizing false‑positive rates becomes a core tension for compliance teams, especially as organizations demand faster results, agentic reviews, and a seamless user experience. Ensuring the product remains technically resilient while integrating with diverse third‑party data providers, and partner tools designed to enhance the scope of the results, adds operational and architectural complexity that must be managed on an ongoing basis.

At the same time, the product manager must understand and operationalize compliance requirements that differ across jurisdictions, industries, and payment types. This means translating regulatory mandates into actionable product functionalities while addressing customer pain points such as workflow bottlenecks, alert fatigue, screening latency, and evolving risk typologies. Engaging customers is both essential and challenging: they expect ease of use, rapid enhancements, and high configurability to match their internal policies. The PM must continuously prioritize features that minimize customer risk while ensuring the product remains competitive, scalable, and adaptable to new technologies and functionality in the market.

How will I make an impact?

You’ll help define and advance Innovative’s customer sanctions, watchlist, and payment screening capabilities in the global market, partnering closely with customers, engineers, and industry experts. Your work will directly influence how Innovative’s customers conduct onboarding and payment screening, while supporting global requirements for a secure ecosystem.

This role is a great fit if you:

  • Are driven by AML and its role in the world

  • Enjoy solving complex, real‑world problems

  • Thrive at the crossroads of customer needs, technology, and regulation

This is not a “sit in meetings and write requirements” role. This is a chance to influence product direction, work directly with customers, and help ensure that complex screening flows are executed accurately, efficiently, and defensibly—at global scale. If you want your work to have real regulatory, operational, and customer impact, you’ll find the opportunity here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns the product lifecycle for AML Screening products, including discovery, roadmap development, requirements definition, and release management

  • Work with Partner Managers to identify new curated data sources and strategic partner integrations.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends to inform product decisions and strategic initiatives.

  • Partner with engineering, operations, and revenue stakeholders to design and deliver enhancements and new functionality across the screening platform

  • Analyze screening data, user feedback, and operational metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Support go‑to‑market planning, customer onboarding, and internal enablement for new payment capabilities.

  • Research and understand capabilities of key competitors, their product focus, and serve as an internal expert of the competitive landscape for revenue and product teams.

What do I need to have to make an impact?

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2-3 years supporting AML, sanctions, KYC, fraud, compliance, or financial crime solutions.

  • Experience reducing false positives and improving screening effectiveness within AML/sanctions screening workflows.

  • A strong understanding of the following:

  • AML regulations and compliance frameworks

  • OFAC, UN, EU, UK HMT, and other sanctions programs

  • PEP (Politically Exposed Person) screening

  • Adverse media screening

  • Customer and payment screening workflows

  • Strong business requirements writing experience, including taking complex customer requests and feedback and turning them into actionable requirements

  • Familiarity with global financial crime compliance expectations across banking, fintech, payments, and financial services.

  • Demonstrated experience defining product vision, roadmap strategy, and prioritization frameworks.

  • Experience working with  APIs, data integrations, and enterprise software platforms.

  • Define and monitor key product KPIs including screening accuracy, false positive rates, throughput, latency, customer adoption, and operational efficiency.

  • Experience working within Agile software development environments and managing product backlogs, user stories, and release cycles.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers, uncovering needs, and translating insights into product improvements.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an ability to interpret complex technical and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Infrequent travel may be required for customer visits and industry conferences, representing less than 5% of total work time.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

It’s a plus if you bring

Engineer AI Engineer at Commercetools

Builds end-to-end AI agent systems including orchestration, backend integrations, generative UI, and production deployments with focus on practical model engineering.

What this role involves

About commercetools

Real innovation starts with a strong foundation, and at commercetools, that comes from the perfect balance of our product and our people.

Behind every leap forward is a collective of builders, explorers, doers, makers, and problem-solvers.The kind of people who not only pioneered a more flexible approach to commerce architecture but also shaped the culture of experimentation that approach unlocked. Together they are the engine of commerce innovation today.

At commercetools, we power the next era of autonomous commerce for our customers. Whether it’s AI-driven solutions that help enterprises make smarter business decisions, bridging digital and physical shopping experiences, or enabling entirely new ways for industries to connect with their customers, we help the world’s most ambitious companies experiment, scale, and grow without limits.

Here the best idea wins, not the loudest voice. You will have the tools, trust, and space to not only build the future of commerce, but to build your own.

Your Impact

You own AI capabilities end-to-end:  from the data and context that feed a model, through agent orchestration, to the generative UI a user sees and trusts. You’ve personally shipped and operated full-stack apps in production, so backend, frontend, data, and ML aren’t four teams you coordinate with, they’re four things you do. You’re not a research scientist; you wield models and engineer ruthlessly around their uncertainty.

You will:

  • Build agent loops and orchestration: tool use, structured outputs, business-rule enforcement, graceful failure
  • Build the integration layer (via MCP) that lets agents securely call backend systems and business APIs
  • Render model output into live, streamed, accessible UI via generative-UI protocols
  • Ground models in real data: retrieval, embeddings, and feedback loops that actually close
  • Treat evals as a first-class system - provable improvement, not vibes
  • Take a capability from prompt-in-a-notebook to a measured, guard-railed production feature

This is a full time hybrid role location in either  Berlin, Munich, London or Valencia.

What Sets Y ou Apart

You’re a creative problem-solver who is wired to find solutions. You confidently dive into complex challenges and have a talent for making them simple for others. Your curiosity drives you to constantly grow and contribute to an environment of trust and teamwork. Great ideas come from many paths, and your unique perspective matters more than checking every box. What matters most is the mindset you bring to the work.

You bring:

  • Shipped full-stack apps to production and owned them end-to-end: frontend through backend to deploy and operate, not handed off at a layer boundary
  • 5+ years shipping production software, 2+ building with LLMs in production (real users, not demos)
  • Hands-on experience with UI protocols (A2UI, AG-UI, MCP-UI, or similar). You’ve built against a generative/agent-driven UI protocol, not just consumed a REST API
  • The AI spine: prompt/context engineering, agents, tool use, structured outputs, evals, MCP Python and TypeScript/Node + React; comfortable with async, streaming, and observability
  • Working fluency with retrieval/embeddings and SQL

Nice to Have:

  • Fine-tuning/distillation, e-commerce or marketplace systems, and a track record in 0→1

Our Benefits

Because work and life are connected, our benefits are too. We’ve designed them to give you the security, flexibility, and opportunities you need to focus on what matters most.

  • Experience managing social media groups or online communities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and support creators and influencers.

  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or others.
  • Working knowledge of affiliate networks, creator platforms, and social platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools, and a genuine desire to expand how you use them.

Who You Are:

Relationship-driven

  • Warm and relationship-driven; you are a person creators want to hear from.
  • Builds trust quickly and anticipates what creators need before they ask.
  • Balances fierce advocacy for the creator with what’s right for the business.

Self-directed

  • Entrepreneurial and eager to grow within the role and the company.
  • An effective communicator in a remote environment, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup and enjoys wearing many hats.
  • Brings mature, measured judgment and solves problems independently.

  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach

Benefits

  • (US-ONLY) 100% of medical, dental, and vision covered including 75% for dependents

Operations Revenue Operations Systems Administrator (Hybrid @ Bellevue, WA) at OfferUp

Administers and optimizes multi-platform revenue operations systems (Salesforce, Zuora, Zendesk, HubSpot) across CRM, billing, support, and marketing functions.

Mid Hybrid Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the Role

OfferUp is looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. This is intentionally a multi-platform role spanning CRM, billing, customer support, marketing, and revenue intelligence, including Salesforce, Zuora, Zendesk, HubSpot, and Zoom Revenue Accelerator. We don’t expect candidates to arrive as experts in every tool in our stack. We do expect the technical aptitude to become one.

You’ll own technical execution within a roadmap and priority framework set by the RevOps Manager. We expect you to investigate problems, recommend solutions, and independently drive work through implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation. You’ll have meaningful autonomy in how problems are solved, while broader systems strategy, architecture, and prioritization remain with the RevOps Manager.

This is an opportunity to grow beyond a single-platform admin role. You’ll work across CRM, billing, customer support, marketing, and revenue intelligence systems with meaningful production ownership from day one, alongside modern AI-assisted development practices and direct access to the person setting architecture. As the RevOps Systems function grows, you’ll have the opportunity to become a foundational source of technical and operational knowledge for the team, and to grow into owning more of that architecture yourself.

What You’ll Do

  • Salesforce Administration: Own execution across user management, permissions and access, Flow automation, custom objects and fields, data quality, integrations, reporting, and dashboards. Independently translate business and system requirements into reliable technical solutions, escalating architectural decisions and material trade-offs when appropriate. Example scope: sharing-rule and permission-set fixes for CRM sync parity, UTM/attribution field configuration, lead-routing troubleshooting.
  • Zuora Operations: Own billing workflows, subscription lifecycle management, product catalog updates, and pricing and general configuration. Example scope: product catalog and rate plan updates, subscription amendment troubleshooting for CS-escalated billing disputes.
  • Zendesk Configuration: Maintain and evolve ticket views, automation, triggers, macros, and reporting for CS and Risk. Example scope: after-hours routing triggers, time-tracking field setup, containment/reporting fixes.
  • HubSpot Maintenance: Support marketing-to-sales pipeline hygiene, list management, form configuration, and Salesforce↔HubSpot sync troubleshooting.
  • Broader Stack Support: Build functional knowledge of Zoom Revenue Accelerator and other tools in the revenue stack. Be the person who knows how the pieces connect.
  • Release & Change Management: Own the deployment lifecycle for changes across our stack, including Git-based branching (via GitHub), sandbox testing, PR-reviewed deploys, staged rollouts, and rollback planning. Coordinate timing and communication so changes don’t disrupt live Sales and CS workflows.
  • AI-Assisted Execution: Use AI coding assistants (we use Claude Code) to accelerate technical work, providing clear direction, reviewing generated output, debugging issues, and validating changes before deployment. This is now core to how RevOps work gets done here, not a nice-to-have.
  • KTLO Operations: Triage, investigate, and resolve inbound system requests from Sales and CS, proposing fixes and driving them through implementation without requiring escalation on routine issues.
  • Documentation & Runbooks: Build and maintain internal documentation for system configurations, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Cross-Training: Cross-train with the RevOps Manager on all major instances so OfferUp has operational continuity during PTO, leave, or team transitions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Typically 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a closely related field, with demonstrated ownership of production revenue systems
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience required; Salesforce Admin (ADM 201) certification strongly preferred
  • Exposure to Zuora or a comparable subscription/billing platform (Chargebee, Stripe Billing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or a comparable CS helpdesk platform
  • Experience with structured release management in a live production environment (Git/GitHub branching, PR review, sandbox/staging validation, and rollback planning), ideally on systems that sales or support teams depend on in real time
  • Practical experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate technical work, providing clear direction, reviewing generated output, debugging issues, and validating changes before deployment
  • Strong documentation instincts: you write down how things work so others can follow
  • Able to work independently from a problem statement to a shipped solution, while recognizing the line between execution decisions and architectural ones

Nice to Have

  • Apex fluency: comfortable reading and debugging existing code, and recognizing when a Flow-only approach won’t cut it
  • HubSpot experience
  • Zoom Revenue Accelerator or comparable conversation intelligence platform
  • Background supporting a two-sided or consumer marketplace business
  • Experience supporting both a direct sales team and a customer success team
  • Prior experience as an early/foundational hire in a RevOps or systems function at a scaling company

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $145,000

OfferUp offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Individual salaries within our ranges are determined through a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. All roles will receive equity in OfferUp as part of their compensation, the amount of equity varying depending on the individual’s level and experience.

Benefits (all US roles): In addition to our compensation package, this role is eligible to enroll in health insurance, healthcare savings and spending accounts, retirement savings benefits (401(k) plan with match), basic and voluntary life insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off for sick leave, family and/or medical leave, vacation, and 12 company holidays. In regard to vacation time, OfferUp has a flexible vacation policy, and, in general, full-time, exempt employees will be expected to take 3-5 weeks (15-30 days) of pre-planned vacation time per year. Vacation needs are flexible and will naturally vary from year to year based on individual circumstances and business needs. In regard to sick time, all full-time employees (exempt and non-exempt) will be granted 12 days (96 hours) of sick time per year (pro-rated if the start date is other than January 1). Your recruiter can share more details about specific benefits during the interview process.

Project Management Program Manager, Marketplace Operations at HealthCare.com

Manages a portfolio of initiatives across multiple teams, owns project planning through execution, ensures alignment on deadlines and dependencies, and uses data to track progress.

Mid Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Healthcare.com

Healthcare.com is a healthcare technology company building smarter ways to connect people and partners with the coverage, care, and solutions they need.

We’re three businesses, one company. Through Marketplace, Pivot Health, and TrustRx, our work spans health insurance marketplaces, flexible health coverage, and pharmacy, giving us more ways to solve meaningful problems across the healthcare ecosystem.

Healthcare doesn’t stand still, and neither do we. We’re curious, collaborative, and always looking for better ways to solve problems, use technology, and make an impact.

The Opportunity

As our Program Manager, Marketplace Operations, you’ll sit at the center of our Marketplace business, owning a portfolio of initiatives that span Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, and partner facing teams.

You’ll bring structure and visibility to multiple workstreams, connect dependencies across teams, and make sure priorities turn into action. This isn’t a role where you simply collect updates and maintain timelines. You’ll dig into the data, verify progress, identify what needs attention, and help keep teams accountable to their commitments.

Timing matters in our business. Medicare AEP opens October 15 and ACA OEP opens November 1. You’ll work backward from critical deadlines, anticipate risks and dependencies, and help keep the portfolio moving.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

• Own the Marketplace Operations project portfolio from planning through execution and handoff

• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, and partner facing teams

• Run the operating cadence for the portfolio and provide clear, executive ready status updates

• Maintain a single source of truth for initiatives, owners, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and deadlines

• Use data, dashboards, and SQL to independently validate project status rather than relying solely on reported updates

• Identify cross functional dependencies and surface risks before they impact critical deadlines

• Build alignment and hold owners accountable across teams you don’t directly manage

• Maintain clear decision and change documentation across initiatives

• Communicate risks early and bring options for moving forward

• Transition completed initiatives to day to day business owners with clear ownership, monitoring, and follow through

• Use AI agents, workflow automation, and other tools to make portfolio management smarter and more efficient

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• 4 to 8 years of experience managing complex, cross functional projects or programs in a metrics driven environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously

• Working SQL knowledge with the ability to write basic queries and independently verify data

• Fluency with performance KPIs including CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, pacing, and margin

• A track record of driving alignment and accountability across teams without direct authority

• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

• The confidence to surface risks and deliver difficult news early, along with options for moving forward

• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to identify what needs attention without waiting to be told

What Sets You Apart

• Experience in performance marketing, marketplaces, adtech, insurtech, health insurance, lead generation, or a similar environment

• Experience working against immovable seasonal deadlines, major launches, enrollment periods, or peak business cycles

• Experience with Jira administration or workflow design

• Hands on experience using AI tools, LLM agents, or workflow automation in your day to day work

• Experience with BI and data platforms such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Snowflake

• Familiarity with health insurance distribution, lead generation, or call marketplaces

Why Healthcare.com

We’re building a company for people who want to be part of what’s changing, not watching it happen. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to take on meaningful challenges, share new ideas, and make an impact you can see.

The Good Stuff

  • Medical coverage with PPO and HSA plan options
  • Company funded HSA contributions from $2,000 to $4,000 annually
  • Dental and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match and eligibility from day one
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Paid parental and pregnancy disability leave
  • Company paid life and AD&D insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Employee discounts on travel, entertainment, fitness, dining, and more

Bring your ideas. Bring your experience. Bring what makes you different.

We’ll give you the opportunity to make it matter.

Healthcare.com is an equal opportunity employer. We value different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Data Analytics Workforce Analytics Model Standardization Consultant (Contractor) at Included Health

Standardizes and documents Google Sheets-based workforce planning and forecasting models while supporting recurring monthly financial and operational planning cycles.

Mid Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Duration: This is a ~4 month contract opportunity

Included Health is hiring a Workforce Analytics Model Standardization Consultant to improve the reliability, maintainability, and usability of the Google Sheets-based models that support workforce planning, forecasting, FP&A, and Care Operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built spreadsheet tools that other teams depended on, can reverse-engineer undocumented models, and can work inside a live monthly production cycle without disrupting it.

The consultant will partner with Workforce Analytics, FP&A, Care Operations, HRIS, Data Engineering, and other stakeholders to standardize high-burden models, document historical sources of truth, support recurring workflows, and create consistent pre-read outputs for operational and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Model Standardization & Cleanup

  • Bring high-burden Google Sheets models up to team standards for structure, readability, maintainability, and traceability.

  • Audit interconnected spreadsheets, identify broken or fragile dependencies, clarify inputs and outputs, and reduce unnecessary complexity without changing sound forecasting methodology.

  • Establish consistent conventions for tabs, formulas, input areas, assumptions, checks, file naming, permissions, and handoff materials.

  • Review models for data integrity, formula consistency, broken links, stale inputs, hard-coded values, and other issues that could create production risk.

  • Preserve business logic that is working while making the model understandable and operable by someone other than its original author.

Documentation & Archiving

  • Reverse-engineer undocumented or lightly documented models and write clear, practical documentation explaining how they work.

  • Document source data, refresh steps, dependencies, assumptions, business rules, key calculations, outputs, known limitations, and common failure modes.

  • Organize Google Drive folders and model inventories so current working files, reference files, archived versions, and historical sources of truth are clearly distinguished.

  • Identify and archive stale or redundant versions while preserving the historical files needed for auditability, trend analysis, and retrospective review.

  • Create handoff materials that enable an analyst to run, troubleshoot, and maintain the work after the engagement ends.

Cycle & Workflow Support

  • Support the recurring workforce planning and forecasting cycle, which runs roughly from the 20th through the 10th of each month.

  • Handle routine manual ingestion, file preparation, formatting, reconciliation, and quality-check tasks so senior analysts can focus on interpretation and decision support.

  • Work carefully within live production processes, escalating issues early and protecting deadlines for FP&A and Operations deliverables.

  • Help clarify and improve Jira workflow structure where it supports intake, tracking, prioritization, review, and completion of analytics work.

  • Create lightweight checklists and repeatable procedures for recurring tasks, with clear ownership and escalation paths.

Governance Delivery

  • Develop standardized model outputs and reusable templates for FP&A and Operations pre-reads.

  • Meet with stakeholders to understand what they need to review, decide, and act on—not just what they initially ask to receive.

  • Draft recurring monthly outputs, gather feedback, and turn useful patterns into consistent templates and operating standards.

  • Improve traceability from source data and assumptions through model outputs and executive or operational reporting.

  • Apply practical quality controls, peer-review steps, versioning conventions, and documentation standards appropriate for workforce and financial planning work.

Quality Delivery

  • Maintain sufficient hands-on proficiency in advanced Google Sheets, SQL or equivalent data-querying tools, and spreadsheet-based forecasting workflows to independently investigate and resolve issues.

  • Pull and validate source data rather than relying exclusively on prepared extracts or analyst-provided datasets.

  • Produce work that is accurate, reproducible, well documented, and usable under deadline pressure.

  • Use Apps Script, light Python, or other automation selectively when it improves reliability or reduces repetitive work without introducing unnecessary operational risk.

  • Respect the privacy, sensitivity, and appropriate use of people and workforce data throughout the engagement.

Engagement Scope and Deliverables:

This is a named-person, scoped project with a hard end date. As a consultant, you will be expected to own defined workstreams and leave behind durable improvements, not simply provide general staff augmentation or recommendations.

Expected deliverables may include:

  • Standardized and cleaned Google Sheets models, with documented changes and known limitations.

  • A model inventory identifying current working files, dependencies, owners, refresh cadence, and canonical historical sources.

  • Archived and organized Google Drive folders with clear naming and version conventions.

  • Practical runbooks and handoff documentation for recurring models and workflows.

  • Repeatable ingestion, reconciliation, and quality-check procedures for the monthly cycle.

  • Standardized FP&A and Operations pre-read templates and supporting model outputs.

  • Recommended Jira workflow structures or updates where needed to support analytics intake and delivery.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in analytics, workforce planning, FP&A analytics, operations analytics, or a related data-focused field, with experience owning projects end to end.

  • Demonstrated experience building spreadsheet tools that other people relied on and maintaining them through real operating cycles.

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas, interconnected files, data validation, error handling, performance considerations, and cross-file references at scale.

  • Direct experience reverse-engineering another person’s undocumented or poorly documented spreadsheet model and explaining how it works to someone else.

  • Experience supporting FP&A, workforce planning, demand forecasting, capacity planning, or a similar recurring planning process where traceability and deadline discipline matter.

  • Ability to pull, inspect, and validate data independently using SQL or an equivalent querying or data-extraction tool.

  • Strong stakeholder-discovery skills, including the ability to extract requirements from partners who have not yet articulated a clean specification.

  • Experience documenting and handing off work successfully, with specific examples of teams continuing to operate the tools after the consultant or analyst left.

  • Ability to work inside a live production cycle, manage competing deadlines, and escalate risks before they affect monthly deliverables.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain model logic and data issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Willingness to perform detailed, repetitive, and operationally necessary work, including file organization, version cleanup, archiving, reconciliation, and formatting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building and leading forecasting or analytics teams, including setting priorities, establishing delivery standards, coaching analysts, and creating repeatable operating practices.

  • Experience with Apps Script, Python, or another scripting language for lightweight data analysis or workflow automation.

  • Experience establishing model governance, version-control practices, documentation standards, review checklists, or audit-ready controls.

  • Experience working in a regulated, audited, SOX-adjacent, healthcare, financial services, or similarly controlled environment.

  • Experience with Jira workflow design for analytics intake, triage, prioritization, review, or delivery.

  • Experience producing recurring pre-reads or standardized planning packages for Finance, Operations, or executive stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with workforce management, contact center, clinical operations, care delivery, or other environments where demand, staffing, capacity, and productivity are closely connected.

Product Solution Consultant France & Belgium (f/m/d) - Hybrid / Remote at PriceHubble

Solution Consultant translates client requirements into custom technical solutions using APIs, no-code tools, and automation platforms, owning delivery end-to-end.

Mid Hybrid Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

As Solution Consultant, you will be the technical partner of our account executives in France and Belgium. You are the person who translates client needs into concrete solutions built on top of the PriceHubble platform, then delivers them end-to-end.

The role combines:

  • Client-facing consulting and solution design (approx. 50%): working alongside account executives to understand client needs, demo the product, scope custom solutions, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on solution delivery (approx. 50%): configuring, building, and integrating the solutions you scoped, using our stack of APIs, internal and external no-code tools, and automation platforms

Unlike our enterprise track, where a Solution Consultant works in a trinome with an account executive and a dedicated project manager, this role means owning your own project management. You are your own captain: you scope, you build, you deliver, you communicate.

Customer-facing solution design

  • Support account executives during discovery and demo calls: explain technical concepts in an accessible way to non-technical audiences
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into structured technical solutions
  • Present, defend, and iterate on solutions with clients across French and Belgian markets
  • Bring an eye for detail and quality to everything client-facing: microsites, branded pages, reports, communication assets

Hands-on solution delivery

  • With Designer support, configure and adapt PriceHubble solutions (property valuation portals, lead engines, ownership dashboards) to client branding and specific needs, using our internal no-code tool Page Builder
  • Build API integrations between PriceHubble services and client systems (CRM, forms, portals)
  • Wire automation workflows using tools such as n8n or ActivePieces (webhooks, lead routing, notifications, engagement triggers)
  • Structure data flows, dossiers, and custom records within the PriceHubble platform
  • Test, iterate, and ship: your work goes live to real end users, and you own its quality

Project ownership

  • Own project scope, timeline, and delivery for the accounts you support - you are your own project manager

  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, design) to deliver on time and to standard

  • Ensure scalability, maintainability, and GDPR compliance across your builds

  • Handover finished projects to customer success cleanly, with documentation

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Solution Consultant, Technical Project Manager, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar client-facing technical role

  • You’re equally comfortable in French and English, close to native level in both. This isn’t a nice-to-have: you’ll be switching between the two every day

  • Comfortable presenting to clients and explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and confident way

  • Basic to intermediate technical foundation: you can read API documentation, understand JSON, work with structured data objects, and follow how systems talk to each other

  • Exposure to no-code or low-code tools (any of: Bubble, Webflow, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, n8n, ActivePieces, Retool)

  • An eye for design, quality, and detail: pixel-perfect matters when you build the customer-facing pages

  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable owning your own project management without a dedicated PM

  • Well-presented and professional in client-facing settings

Preferred

  • Experience with automation platforms (n8n, ActivePieces, Zapier, Make)

  • Exposure to AI or LLM-powered workflows (autonomous agents, MCP, voice agents)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and how to integrate with them

  • Understanding of JSON, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and basic HTTP concepts

  • Experience in SaaS, proptech, fintech, real estate, or data platforms

  • A personal side project or portfolio showing you are a builder

  • A CDI and a role with real ownership: you own your accounts, your projects, and your outcomes

  • Exposure to modern data platforms, AI-driven workflows, and automation technologies

  • Close collaboration with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams across Europe

  • An international, fast-growing SaaS environment where you can learn quickly and grow into more senior technical or PM role and professional development opportunities

Engineer Data Engineer (Fully Remote) at PadSplit

Designs and maintains data pipelines using Dagster, dbt, and Snowflake, writing Python and infrastructure code with a focus on production reliability and code quality.

Mid Remote Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Role We Need

PadSplit is growing its analytics platform and needs a hands-on Data Engineer to work alongside our existing DE lead. This person will build and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines across Dagster (or Airflow), dbt, and Snowflake, with supporting work in Python, Airbyte, and AWS. The role combines building new pipelines and data models with providing real coverage on critical paths — especially the daily Postgres → Snowflake → dbt flow and third-party API loads — all shipped through reviewed pull requests rather than one-off scripts.

The Person We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a practitioner who thinks natively in dimensions, facts, and slowly changing dimensions — someone who knows when to use a full refresh versus an incremental load and how that choice affects idempotency and backfills. This person writes clear, reviewable PRs and gives equally thoughtful reviews, with attention to scoped diffs, sensible tests, and failure modes. They’re comfortable in complex Python data flows and have enough AWS literacy to reason about task roles, buckets, and cross-account access without needing to own all of platform engineering.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

  • PR-driven shipping: Opening and merging pull requests for new or updated Dagster jobs, assets, schedules, and sensors, plus dbt models, tests, and documentation.
  • Infrastructure tweaks: Writing occasional Terraform for secrets, environment variables, or job sizing when a pipeline needs it.
  • Pipeline implementation: Building and debugging Python pipelines covering REST/API syncs, large Postgres extracts, Parquet loads, and Snowflake COPY operations.
  • Airbyte management: Configuring or troubleshooting Airbyte connections wherever managed sync is the right fit.
  • Production monitoring: Watching production runs and investigating failures related to IAM, OOM, Spot instances, or bad watermarks.
  • Backfills & catch-ups: Running backfills and incremental catch-ups with a clear story for what landed and why.
  • Modeling partnership: Working with analytics and product on dim/fct/x_fct design, incremental strategies, and data quality.
  • Code review & runbooks: Participating in code review, release prep, and writing short runbooks so others can operate your pipelines when you’re out.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • Warehouse fundamentals: Solid grasp of relational databases and warehouse patterns — keys, grain, normalization vs. star schema, and how SCD behavior gets encoded.
  • Orchestration experience: Practical, hands-on Dagster (or Airflow) experience — not just writing SQL inside a scheduler UI.
  • dbt proficiency: Real experience building and maintaining models, tests, and documentation in dbt.
  • Python at scale: Comfort reading and writing Python that moves data at scale across extract, transform, and load steps.
  • AWS working knowledge: Practical familiarity with S3, IAM, and ECS/Fargate at a “debug my job” level.
  • EL tool familiarity: Experience with Airbyte or similar extract-and-load tools.
  • PR discipline: The discipline to write pull requests others can easily review, and to give equally rigorous reviews in return.
  • Reliability mindset: A track record of keeping pipelines healthy and modeling consistent across full refresh and incremental paths, without becoming a single point of failure.

The Interview Process:

  • Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by a real human being from the PeopleOps team.
  • If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a video interview with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
  • If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with our Principal Data Scientist for forty-five (45) minutes.
  • If warranted, the next step would be a video panel interview with key stakeholders at PadSplit for one and a half (1.5) hours.
  • If warranted, the next and final step would be a video interview with a key leader in the company for thirty (30) minutes.
  • If warranted, we move to offer!

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

  • Fully remote position - we swear!
  • Competitive compensation package including an equity incentive plan and company-wide bonus opportunity
  • National medical, dental, and vision healthcare plans
  • Company provided life insurance policy
  • Optional accidental insurances, FSA, and DCFSA benefits
  • Unlimited paid-time (PTO) policy with eleven (11) company-observed holidays
  • 401(k) plan
  • Twelve (12) weeks of paid time off for both birth and non-birth parents
  • The opportunity to do what you love at a company that is at the forefront of solving the affordable housing crisis

$150,000 - $165,000 a year

Compensation is based on the role’s scope, national market benchmarks, the person’s expertise and experience, and the impact of their contributions to our business goals.  In addition to salary, there is a variable compensation component based on performance.

Please note: Although the job posting says it’s in Atlanta, Georgia, this is a fully remote position. This is a result of our Applicant Tracking System requiring a location to post the role on LinkedIn.

Notice to Applicants:

PadSplit participates in E-Verify. All new employees are required to complete an I-9 form and be authorized to work in the United States. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the E-Verify process.

PadSplit is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.

Security Applied AI Security Engineer at Waabi

Designs and implements AI security controls, guardrails, and sandboxing patterns across company systems while auditing AI tool usage and training users on secure practices.

Mid Posted about 3 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Waabi, founded by AI visionary Raquel Urtasun, is the leader in Physical AI. With a world-class team, we’re unlocking the next era of autonomous transportation with technology that’s powering commercial autonomous trucks and robotaxis. Waabi is backed by and partners with world leaders in AI, automotive, logistics, and deep tech.

With offices in Toronto, San Francisco, Dallas, and Pittsburgh, Waabi is growing quickly and looking for diverse, innovative and collaborative candidates who want to impact the world in a positive way. To learn more visit: www.waabi.ai

Waabi is leaning into an AI-native strategy — not just in our trucks, but in how we build, ship, and operate every day. Our teams leverage key AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency, continuously expanding AI integration across our systems and workflows. That’s a huge unlock, and it’s moving fast. We’re looking for someone to make sure it keeps moving fast safely — by establishing the guardrails and collaborating on the implementation of sandboxes and automations that let people adopt AI with confidence instead of second-guessing themselves. You’ll join a small, sharp security team and take primary ownership of AI security controls and considerations across the company. If you’ve got a developer’s instincts, a security mindset, and you’re genuinely curious about what these tools can and can’t be trusted to do, this role is built around you.

You will…

- Audit how AI tools and MCP integrations are currently used across the company, and map where they touch sensitive systems, data, or credentials for the purpose of defining policy.

- Design and implement layered guardrails - enterprise-level system prompts, scoped permissions, sandboxing patterns - that constrain AI behavior before it ever reaches a user’s request.

- Maintain an inventory of both MCP servers and AI-to-service connections and their data access controls, with a clear model of what each one can access and why.

- Partner directly with users across the organization to bake secure-by-default patterns into their AI-assisted workflows so that written policy doesn’t just sit on a shelf.

- Evaluate new AI tools, plugins, and integration requests, and figure out the secure way to say yes.

- Continuously test and red-team your own guardrails - assume they’ll be pushed on, and find the gaps before someone else does.

- Document guidance and patterns that a non-security audience can actually follow without needing a security background.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Professional software development experience, with solid fundamentals in how services, APIs, and permissions fit together.

- Hands-on experience using AI coding/productivity tools (Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar) in business-critical workflows.

- Working knowledge of core security concepts — least privilege, sandboxing, trust boundaries, threat modeling basics.

- Strong communication skills - you work with engineers as a partner.

Bonus:

- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-calling/agent-integration frameworks.

- Exposure to prompt injection, jailbreaking, or other AI/LLM-specific attack techniques.

- Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or other safety-critical systems

The US yearly salary range for this role is: $139,000- $258,000 USD and the Canada salary range for this role is: $118,000 - $168,000 CAD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi US Inc. and Waabi Canada Inc.’s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. The salary base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US and Canada locations.  Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including discretionary equity incentive awards and discretionary annual performance bonus.

Perks/Benefits:

Waabi provides a competitive benefits package that includes:

- Competitive compensation and equity awards.

- Health and Wellness benefits that include Medical, Vision and Dental coverage.

- Unlimited Vacation.

- Flexible hours and Work from Home support.

- Daily drinks, snacks and catered meals (when in office).

- Regularly scheduled team building activities and social events.

- As we grow, this list continues to evolve!

Waabi is a technology start-up building technologies to transform the way the world moves. Join our talented team to be a part of the future and to make an impact!

Waabi is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and accessible workplace for all our employees. We seek applicants of all backgrounds and identities, across race, color, ethnicity, national origin or ancestry, age, citizenship, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, military or veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or parental status, caregiver status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. What this role involves

Who We Are

Pindrop is the Real Human + Right Human® Identity Trust Platform for the AI era. As AI-driven fraud and deepfakes erode trust in digital communication, Pindrop delivers continuous identity verification and deepfake detection across voice, video, and digital interactions in real time.

Enterprises rely on Pindrop to secure billions of high-risk customer interactions each year, including top U.S. banks, as well as leading insurers and healthcare providers. Powered by models trained on more than 1.5 billion real-world interactions annually and protected by 300+ patents, Pindrop restores trust while reducing fraud, lowering operational costs, and improving customer experience.

Recognized by TIME as one of the Top 10 Most Influential Software Companies of 2026 and by Inc. for Best in Business for Innovation, Pindrop is backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, IVP, and CapitalG.

What you’ll do

Pindrop is an AI-native company — but outside of Product, Engineering, and Research, most teams are still figuring out how to use AI in ways that actually stick. This role fixes that.

As Product Manager, AI Enablement, you will own the product experience that turns Pindrop’s AI capabilities into practical, repeatable workflows across Finance, RevOps, People, Recruiting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal. You are not an AI trainer or a help desk. You are a product manager whose users happen to be internal — and your job is to map their processes, identify the highest-value problems, build or configure the right agentic solutions, and prove the ROI.

You’ll sit within the centralized AI Operations group and work alongside an existing AI practitioner already embedded in Product. The first 50% of your time will focus on Finance and RevOps; the rest goes where the highest-value problems are.

More specifically, you will:

  • Map processes before touching AI. Sit with stakeholders, document current-state workflows end to end, extract the context and tools involved, and identify precisely where AI can reduce friction — not the other way around.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of internal AI tools, agentic workflows, and prompt-based copilots that solve discrete, measurable problems — and push every project past prototype into production.
  • Audit AI capabilities already built into tools Pindrop has purchased (e.g., Greenhouse, ERP) before standing up new solutions; use what we’ve paid for first.
  • Extend Pindrop’s shared AI platform and agent infrastructure to new use cases rather than creating parallel stacks.
  • Design and implement the operating process that moves AI concepts from prototype to production, including evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, rollout criteria, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Consolidate learnings across functions — what worked in Finance should be usable in People; what worked in People should be accessible to CS — and build the tooling and documentation that makes reuse real.
  • Make the ROI case. Define success metrics, instrument usage, track adoption, and be able to explain clearly what the company is getting for its AI investment.
  • Drive adoption through practical enablement — workshops, onboarding paths, office hours, and coaching — focused on giving teams the guardrails they need to use AI well, not just permissively.

Who you are

  • A builder, not just a user. You’ve gone past prompting and into building — you have a GitHub (or equivalent) with projects that prove it. You’ve shipped agentic systems that solve real problems, and you know how different it feels when the last 20% actually works.
  • A process mapper first. Before you touch a tool, you understand the workflow. You can sit with a stakeholder, draw out what actually happens today, and find the leverage point — because you know you can’t automate a process you haven’t mapped.
  • Frontier-fluent and self-directed. You track what’s happening at the edge of AI tooling because you’re genuinely curious, not because it’s required. You know the difference between AI theater and AI value, and you’re allergic to the former.
  • A translator and teacher. You can walk into a Finance or HR meeting without owning their domain and still build credibility — through preparation, curiosity, and practical results. You get energy from turning a skeptic into a confident user.
  • Rigorously skeptical. You stress-test outputs, understand where models break down, and hold a high bar before recommending a workflow to a real team. You know what an eval is and why it matters.

Your skill-set

Must-haves:

  • Process mapping. This is the number-one requirement. You must be able to document a current-state workflow end to end, extract the tools and context involved, and use that map as the foundation for any AI solution. No map, no AI advantage.
  • 3+ years in product management, product operations, AI enablement, or a closely related role at a technology company — with PM-level ownership of scope, requirements, delivery, and metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with frontier AI CLIs and coding tools, including Codex, Claude Code, Anti-Gravity, and/or SuperGrok. We will ask to see what you’ve built.
  • Demonstrated ability to build agentic systems that solve a discrete, measurable problem — not a demo, a shipped solution. A GitHub profile showing 3–4 built projects is a strong signal; candidates without one will be asked to walk through their work in detail.
  • Fluency in context engineering and ontology design — ability to speak to both concepts and apply them in practice.
  • Conceptual command of test-driven development and eval-driven development for AI systems; must understand why evals matter and how to define them, even if you’re not writing them by hand.
  • Proven ability to define success metrics, track adoption, and make the ROI case for AI investments to a skeptical stakeholder.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with meta harnesses and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with RAG patterns, LLM output evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and release gating in enterprise contexts.
  • Exposure to AI acceptable-use policies, data-handling guardrails, or workforce governance frameworks.
  • Background in high-growth, AI-native, or B2B SaaS environments where technology is advancing faster than organizational absorption.
  • Experience building enablement content, use-case libraries, or office-hours programs from a blank page.

What’s in it for you

Most companies are building AI strategy. Pindrop is past that — we’re building AI products for internal users who have real problems and real deadlines, and we need someone who can take that seriously.

This role puts you at the center of a hard and interesting problem: how do you move an organization from scattered AI experimentation to repeatable, measurable AI advantage? You’ll have a direct line to the leaders whose teams you’re serving, a peer already doing this work in Product, and the mandate to consolidate what’s working into something the whole company can use.

Fair warning: the first 60 days will feel exhilarating — every function has problems you can help with. The next 60 will feel hard — because shipping the last 20% of an AI solution is where most people stop, and your job is to not stop. If that arc sounds energizing rather than discouraging, you’re the right person.

You’ll work alongside some of the sharpest technical and creative minds in AI, security, and voice intelligence. We operate with intense focus on execution, and we’re a team that genuinely enjoys the work. If you want to build things that matter, teach others to use them, and help shape how a serious AI company operates — this is that opportunity.

Travel: This role requires approximately 6 trips per year for team on-sites, cross-functional workshops, and company events.

Job Description

The Product Owner translates product strategy and roadmap priorities into clear, actionable work for engineering teams, and drives the value delivered by every release and sprint. This is a tactical, execution-focused role: the Product Owner owns the backlog for a defined product area, works day-to-day with engineering and design, and ensures that what gets built matches what customers and the business need most.

Acting as the primary connection point between the Product Manager’s vision and the development team’s execution, the Product Owner combines strong product domain knowledge with hands-on agile delivery experience. Success in this role depends on sound day-to-day judgment — making trade-off decisions that keep delivery aligned to the broader product strategy set by Product Management and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for an assigned product area, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria that translate roadmap themes and customer requirements into actionable engineering work.
  • Partner daily with engineering and design throughout the development lifecycle — refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives — making timely trade-off decisions on scope, sequencing, and priority, and escalating strategic or financial trade-offs to the Product Manager or Director as needed.
  • Validate that delivered features meet acceptance criteria and the intended customer or business outcome, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for engineering on requirements, intent, and priority.
  • Gather and synthesize input from Sales, Customer Success, Support, and customers to inform backlog refinement, and support the Product Manager with market research, competitive analysis, and feature-level requirements.
  • Track and report on sprint and release progress, velocity, and delivery metrics, proactively flagging risks to scope or timeline, and incorporate feedback from user acceptance testing and beta programs into subsequent backlog iterations.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or equivalent experience.

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related agile delivery/product role at a software company.

  • Working knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with backlog and sprint management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Experience partnering directly with engineering teams, with comfort leading technical discussions on feasibility, sequencing, and trade-offs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in requirements definition and quality validation.

  • Working understanding of enterprise-scale, cloud-hosted, and SaaS technologies.

Preferred Qualifications & Special Requirements

  • Healthcare IT experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than authority.

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a track record of collaboration across engineering, design, and cross-functional business teams.
